Blowdown analysis tool which they have newly introduced is more accurate to do staggered RO size calculations and finding the minimum temperature at discharge of RO especially for Adiabatic cold case. I love that I am able to do complex simulations with this program. I also love that I can do graphs and analysis of designs/equipment. HYSYS saves more so much time and work much more efficiently. Also can be confusing when things don't converge and I don't know what to do. Can be a bit complicated to use when starting up. I also dislike that the program randomly crashes sometimes.
