I definitely like the breakdown of my day to day schedule, as well as the ease of viewing different schedule requests and accruals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the interface and dashboard, everything is simple to use and to the point. Not guessing about how time is being spent during the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Aspect allows employees of a company to view their schedule as well as change schedules enter overtime or vto (Voluntarily time off). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I've used this software in several different capacities. It allows for very detailed call queues to be created so that customers can be routed to accurately. It shows the clients call number so you can verify that piece of information without having to bother them with an additional question. It show agents names which is great for providing feedback or getting back to them if necessary. It has excellent reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It rarely glitches or goes down but when it does the whole call center is out of commission and backs everything up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
