The concepts like 'drop the rope' and 'taking the trip' have really stuck with me. I found the development part with an AI aspect to be really helpful, especially when combined with the learning checkpoints and the interactive experience with AI. This approach improved my experience beyond just watching videos. **What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?** I think some of the checkpoint questions were a little frustrating to get through, especially because it requires 100% of the answers to be correct. I feel like if I was allowed, like, one error, that would have been a little bit better. **What problems is ASLAN Training and Development solving and how is that benefiting you?** ASLAN Training and Development helps me become a trusted partner with our merchants, improves my skills in scoping, and provides effective methods like 'drop the rope' and 'taking the trip.' The AI training seemed like a good way to continue developing, with repetition helping to develop habits, especially honing in on discovery skills. **What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?** I've been through quite a few different training programs for sales, so nothing came as a surprise. **What problems is ASLAN Training and Development solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me focus on meeting setting, discovery techniques, and being a consultative seller. ### 3.
