Shopify stores can connect through the askVela app, WordPress and WooCommerce sites through its plugin, and other websites can embed the widget using a script. Features include multilingual replies, product recommendations, order lookup through supported integrations and knowledge-base tools. askVela offers a free plan and paid subscriptions.
