Responses are generated from the merchant's own data rather than general AI knowledge, reducing the risk of inaccurate or fabricated answers. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure and includes a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement as standard. Pricing is pay-per-use, based on resolved conversations and processed tickets.
