"Next-level NPS"

What do you like best?

Their simple customer experience means we get a TON of NPS feedback, which is fantastic. We love their back-end tools for our customer success team and feel like we're connecting with our end-users in a new and deeper way.

What do you dislike?

They only recently launched a pricing model that can work well for smaller organizations, which is what prevented us from using their product previously.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We measure NPS for customer success. We now have a much better pulse on the overall health of our customer base and also within specific accounts.

"Great Product and a Great Team!"

What do you like best?

Simplicity of the tool and the new conversational UI makes it easier to get feedback from our clients.

Also, a big shout out to Gretchen and Andy for ensuring we were up and running quickly.

They just added the ability to send surveys from multiple domains so I don't have any dislikes.

"Getting Great Feedback From Our Customers"

What do you like best?

AskNicely takes a different approach to surveying customers. Instead of a generic survey, the new Jarvis feature has provided us with the ability to get higher response rates and keep users engaged all the way through the survey. We are currently seeing 40% response rates with about 5000 surveys going out each month.

The team at AskNicely has also been great and really has helped customize our experience to fit our needs. Big shout out to Alex, Gretchen, Morgan and Andrew!

What do you dislike?

AskNicely has been great. Only downside right now is because Jarvis is a new feature, we have to get the AskNicely team to customize the survey for us. Also would be nice to have scrolling responses on our TV Dashboard instead of the most recent survey comments so our company can see all responses from the day as they walk through our lunch area.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to understand the voice of the customer and what is going great and what their pain points are. We have realized the issues they're experiencing haven't really change, but now we have data to back up decisions on what we want to build next or fix.

"Great Tool for NPS!"

What do you like best?

Great, intuitive interface that makes it simple to navigate. Easy to filter through the various tabs and get the information you need. It's been a big help to get scalable feedback for our B2B team!

What do you dislike?

The dashboard could be improved a bit with more filtering capabilities. It's not as a robust platform as some NPS vendors.

We never had a scalable system to get feedback before, so this has been a big help in diagnosing customer health and getting positive folks to send along to stakeholders.

"Best in class for less!"

What do you like best?

We did an exhaustive search for an NPS provider that included 7 different vendors. From our initial demo to the onboarding to the execution AskNicely was hands down the best we found for the budget we had for this. They have a wonderful report setup and they really have thought the entire NPS process out. We are able to segment and tag responses to ensure that those who are not completely satisfied with us get personalized attention at scale. The ability to segment allows us to pinpoint where we need to concentrate our efforts to effect a change in our culture to better serve our loyal customers.

What do you dislike?

Not much really. They have been very good at answering questions and anticipating our needs.

We had not implemented an NPS program prior to this and we wanted to make sure it was easy to use, and also easy for us to report up the ladder and ensure that management was well aware of the issues we uncovered and how we are addressing them.

"New to this system but what a great tool!"

What do you like best?

The chance to really hear what the clients are thinking and feeling good or bad has had a major impact on how the business is operating since starting these surveys. The staff moral has increased by such a huge percent being able to hear what clients think of us. The client referrals have increased as well since starting this service.

What do you dislike?

The dashboard was a little confusing to begin with but the more you use it and explore all the information the easier it gets. The only other thing would be the cut offs for Promoters, Passive and Detractors, a lot of our 7-8 surveys are commenting positively but the 8 is a Passive result instead of Promoter, this is driving our scores down but in reality they are good reviews and could raise our results if they were not considered Passive.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking to find out what your customers are feeling regarding your service or business than this is the way to go. We have learned so much from using this service. Our clients have not only been able to express concerns but have also improved the staff moral as they are able to hear how great of a job they are doing.

We have been able to improve on our customer service, and have taken a better look at the cost of our services and products offered due to the response from customers.

"Awesome set up and easy to use"

What do you like best?

The best thing I like about the service is the ease at setting it up and how quickly it is to understand. This means we can start working on things almost immediately with very little downtime for implementation and training.

What do you dislike?

One downside is the time it takes to respond to clients once you are aware there is an issue. It is a necessary evil though.

Identifying unhappy clients early so we can resolve issues before its too late. Also trying to identify the things we dont do so well.

"Was a Great Experience, Just Found Something Easier"

What do you like best?

I like how hands-on the initial setup was and how flexible they were when you had new ideas for your specific account.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the auto renewal for a year policy or the rate we were able to convert to actual company reviews.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Consider if you'd like a company that can focus on NPS through email addresses vs via text. Their text message option routes the customer to the email version.

I realized I don't have to verify if the customer had already been sent an email. There are options to make sure they only receive NPS emails EVERY 3, 6 OR 12 months.

"Great way to track customer feedback and ask for reviews"

What do you like best?

The fact that we can use SMS to send surveys is huge. Recipients are much more likely to respond via a text than an email. There are also great ways you can track customer sentiment by a number of different data points so you can better track where the problem points lie. The customer support is second-to-none, hands down. They have walked with us the entire way through the setup process.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if the automated workflows could be done with SMS instead of having to use email. They have a couple of workflows you can use for that, but you can't set them to start at a delay.

Gaining feedback from current customers and following up with those who are unsatisfied. We're also able to ask the customers to extend their reviews to online sources in order to build our online reputation.

"We now hear our guests!"

What do you like best?

AskNicely has helped elevate our level of guest feedback in a way that we never thought it could. The ease of use is awesome and the ability to instantly connect with guests and improve their experience really sets this platform apart from the rest. After running multi-billion dollar retail companies, AskNicely competes aggressively!

What do you dislike?

The ability to integrate into receipts would be a huge win down the road. I believe this would allow more options for us to execute as we learn the best way to communicate with our guests.

This competes with SMG, Inmoment and other larger enterprise solutions, very viable for small and large scale companies.

We're solving how to better arm our consumers with information up front about pain points in a new industry and we're capturing incredible detail within visits to better appreciate our path to success.

"Great way to track client satisfaction!"

What do you like best?

It's simple, it gets people to actually give you feedback so you know where you can improve (or how well of a job you are doing). I like that it takes clients to a page to leave a review on Google if they give us a good response. It has helped our Google ratings a lot!

What do you dislike?

My only concern (which is not necessarily AskNicely's problem) is sometimes clients must get confused and somehow rate us twice or write us a negative review when they meant to rate us positively.

If there are any concerns clients have this helps me pinpoint where the problems lie directly.

"Great Product with Excellent Customer Service"

What do you like best?

The customer service is incredible. The product is robust and makes it extremely easy to always have up to date NPS.

Literally nothing. I use this product often to check company NPS as well as individual reps' NPS.

"User Friendly Solution for Collecting NPS Feedback "

What do you like best?

AskNicely is extremely user friendly and the platform is well laid out. Our team was able to pick things up quickly with no issues to date.

What do you dislike?

So far there is nothing that comes to mind as a "dislike" one nice to have might be integration with our ATS, Bullhorn.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using AskNicely to collect both candidate and client NPS feedback.

This data has been instrumental in training our Reps on areas for improvement as well as recognizing what they do well. Some of our Account Managers have been able to see drastic improvements in their scores by changing simple things in their pitch or follow up communication based on the feedback they received through AskNicely.

"Incredible insights to drive our decision making"

What do you like best?

Fantastic system that keeps evolving which means they implement the next great thing before you've even thought to ask for it! Incredible helpful in giving us insights on how to tweak our product / service offering to our customers but also for our customer's customer. Can't fault the service or product - great all around.

"Nice and easy"

What do you like best?

I like that its easy to set up and run. Don't need to have a degree in IT, just ordinary Joe Blogs like myself can manage it very well!

Team members also liked how it literally was a two minute survey, one question and a quick explanation. Something they could do on the run , via cell phone or computer.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything I dislike so far

We are reinvigorating our use of AskNicely - we have discovered we can pink it with our CRM for ease of moving contacts over. And using this system will help us find out what our clients think about us and how we can improve.

"Quick and easy way to gather customer feedback"

What do you like best?

Far more granular than other products available. We had previously been rating CSAT on a Good/Bad scale, which wasn't giving us the details needed, and wasn't allowing the customer to really rate their experience. Having a 0-10 scale has allowed the customer more options and provided us with a better view of our team's strengths and weaknesses based on the feedback provided. I have the Responses page set up to refresh regularly and I love seeing the comments and scores from our customers. It allows me to reach out immediately to a customer if there's any follow up needed.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints about this product. AskNicely has by far exceeding my expectations to date.

I would definitely recommend AskNicely to anyone wanting a quick and easy way to get detailed feedback from their customers.

It provides us with a more in-depth understanding of how our customers feel about the level of service we provided. It will allow us to identify any problem areas, or processes, that are not creating a great experience for our customers. I'm able to reach out to customers quickly by using the Responses page because it contains all the details I need to identify the customer and the interaction they're basing their rating off of.

"A great software to empower strategic decisions"

What do you like best?

Customer feedback is like gold dust. As a customer happiness and success centric account manager, I always think in my client's shoes to make sure they get a great service experience with us. On occasions where despite our best efforts there are instances where clients need a platform to voice their opinions - Ask Nicely is a great way to 'Ask Nicely' how can we improve things for them. 5 stars!

What do you dislike?

I could do with a simpler 'filters' facility as there seems to be a lot happening.

In addition, the salesforce plugin could be improved as well.

"A brilliant tool which is smart, efficient and effective. "

What do you like best?

AskNicely allows us to segment our audience in line with our business objectives, ensuring we can optimise with our existing data to decrease churn and increase our share of wallet. It is incredibly easy to use and allows us to continually understand our audience at a granular level rather than a data snapshot of the whole business.

What do you dislike?

There are very little negatives for AskNicely and I would recommend it highly.

"Easy to Use and Interpret "

What do you like best?

Asknicely has such an easy to use platform I can get the feedback and information I need with out any hassle. We now know who and where to target based on the amount of regular consistent feedback that we get.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike about asknicely I find the platform and customer service are so easy to use I have no complaints

Because of the regular consistent feedback we can focus on customers with the lower scores to analyse what we can be doing better but also with the higher scores it allows us to drill down into who our core customer is

"One of the best tools for NPS"

What do you like best?

The UI is intuitive and can quickly provide insights on different segments of users. We also like the built in workflows (automatically following up on blank comments, sending promo emails to promoters, following up with detractors) as well the on-boarding experience we had with one of their team members, it is overall a great service.

What do you dislike?

We wish there was an ability to import more than 10 custom data points (at a time) from Mixpanel. This added extra time to our workflow.

Definitely try the trial and try a few other services but I'd highly recommend.

We are trying to isolate parts of the user journey and correlate that with pain points in our platform so we can improve our service. The built in dashboard is a great way to start seeing these insights.

It is easy to set-up and get your first NPS scores. You can quite easily define templates to react to scores which are given.

What do you dislike?

Nothing specific that I dislike, I just believe you could always make UX faster :)

AskNicely helps to monitor your NPS score. It notably helps identifying your promoters and detractors with whom you are likely to take specific actions accordingly. Spotting a detractor has an infinite value for your business if you manage to get more feedback from it.

"Brilliant Tool, Brilliant Company!"

What do you like best?

Our experience has been exceptional. The software is simple and easy to use. We were able to go from brainstorm to NPS survey launch in 2 weeks. The onboarding process was pleasant and seamless. Each team member we've dealt with has had a great attitude and have been very committed to helping us achieve our goals. I've already shared my experience with numerous friends, I highly recommend AskNicely.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike so far. We plan to be with AskNicely for the long haul.

We are solving the problem of not knowing where we stand with all of our customers. The AskNicely process gives us insights that we wouldn't otherwise have; which will lead to better customer service and low attrition.

What do you like best?

Great customer support. Quick to respond and are very professional. After sales support is really critical to any business and they are doing a very good job in supporting their customers with their service.

None I can think off. So far the interface is user friendly and the system is easy to use.

"Great service and easy to use"

What do you like best?

Ask nicely have a great onboarding and support system that is quick and efficient. Any quarries we have asked have been responded to promptly and professionally. The software is easy to use, logical and easily customisable. It integrates with other key products that we use, intercom and I am sure it will only continue to get better and more powerful with time.

There are some more integrations with other software providers that could be improved, but I am sure that will come with time

Easy to use. Love the slack integration. Easily helps me identify who leaves feedback so we can follow up. Customers don't mind completing surveys, because it's easy.

"Great Product Spectacular Service"

What do you like best?

We recently reviewed several of the top rated survey providers and ultimately decided on AskNicely. From that point on the support has been amazing. As a small company trying to establish a NPS for the first time they walked us through our first survey , which I will add was a huge success, and continue to stay engaged helping us to continue enhancing our process

"Valuable and simple to use"

What do you like best?

A chance for all of the customers to write a feedback for your business, which can really help i improving services and customer experience.

What do you dislike?

Currently email is not being sent to all customers. Not sure if there is a problem with my data collection, Ask Nicely or somewhere in between.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Understanding the customer. The biggest benefit is a chance to bring the customer back in case they went home from the venue unhappy. From the feedback you understand what could've been done better.

What do you like best?

Ease of implementation and positive impacts the feedback has had on our business from day one.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to not like about AskNicely as a platform. I felt the pricing was at the higher end of the market although as the product matures I'd expect this to reduce slightly.

"Great insights to how our customers think and feel about our product."

What do you like best?

free text which keeps things honest. It gives the customer a true opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings without restrictions.

What do you dislike?

Given our ticketing environment the only thing that I dislike is the fact that customers are not aware of our ability to respond to their survey/feedback.

"Provides an Amazing Reason to Contact Clients"

What do you like best?

Ease - we demo'd, purchased, set up the drips, integrated to Salesforce, and had meaningful responses within a week!

What do you dislike?

I've not found anything that I think "I wish XX was available, or different..."

Client feedback is super important to us, but not only at the first contact or time of sale; we want to know how they feel about our service 30, 60, 90 days after, which AskNicely has helped us gather.

"Awesome tool for measuring NPS! "

What do you like best?

Ask Nicely is ahead of the game when it comes to providing a simple survey tool for busy customers! Ask Nicely is super easy to use and hits all the marks for making the survey experience easy while providing quick and useful data. Really appreciate the customer support and the quick and thorough responsiveness of the staff! It's so easy and quick to make changes too! The integration with other technolgies is definigtely a plus when it comes to strategizing and optimizing NPS.

What do you dislike?

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. Ask Nicely offers many tools and solutions for optimizing NPS. Looking forward to implementing additional features in 2019.

If you're looking for an excellent tool to take you into the future with measuring and optimizing NPS, Ask Nicely should definitely be on your radar!

The real-time feedback provided is invaluable. Ask Nicely offers excellent integrations allowing the customer feedback to be available immediately. Really love how easy it is and the integration into slack lets the whole company know when feedback is received.

"Easy to set up & manage communication with customers"

What do you like best?

Super easy to set up, Dashboard is easy for everyone in the company to understand, Themes make it easy to automatically categorize responses based on comments, and conversation/case management makes it easy to track conversations! Onboarding was fantastic, and support has been great.

What do you dislike?

The web widget isn't able to be easily previewed and its customization is limited.

We're tracking progress towards our goals and talking with audiences within our user base we didn't previously have close relationships with.

"Awesome tool to track real-time customer feedback!"

What do you like best?

AskNicely is easy to use with excellent customer support. The onboarding experience was fantastic...it was great to be set up for success. I love how we are able to capture and respond to real-time customer feedback.

"Ask Nicely works perfectly for what we need from it"

What do you like best?

Set and forget. Once you set up the automated workflows there is very little upkeep. The reviews keep on coming. we monitor them and make changes to processes as a result.

It's also an extremely effective tool for collecting quality testimonials which are automatically published to our site.

The on-boarding team were also very helpful in getting everything going for us.

What do you dislike?

Initially the interface was not 10/10 intuitive as i would have liked but the team has been working on this and recently updated so it's a lot easier to operate.

"Great product, very smooth experience"

What do you like best?

Extremely easy to use and the integrations with other platforms are great. AskNicely is the foundation of all of our NPS scoring which gets piped into Salesforce and Gainsight. They use their own software to ask NPS questions via email - very meta and showcases the power of their product!

What do you dislike?

The menu and dashboarding view can be a little overwhelming at first but you can pick it up fairly quickly.
