**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely is a simple platform to get a pulse on what customers say about you.  The NPS calculation rewards really good scores so having a high NPS is telling.  If we see a low NPS score, we have the ability to respond or follow up directly with the customer.  There are also lots of ways to analyze responses. Most useful is the automation to help gain more feedback from customers as to why they submitted their score. The dashboard provides a visual of the responses along with the data points.  The dashboard is also easy to customize.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Customers who "don't give" perfect scores because "no one is perfect" and low scores can severely penalize the NPS score. So, having a low NPS score may not be so telling because it is difficult to recover from neutral and low scores.  Pushing that aside, I found the sale a positive experience and the initial contact with customer service was pretty good but I found it difficult to connect with customer service after that.

NPS is helping us identify problems and work with our team to improve the customer experience.

What I best is how AskNicely provides us with direct, open and honest feedback through the eyes of our customers. Never underestimate how powerful knowing what your customers view of the business is, both positive and negative feedback ensures improvement.

Nothing comes to mind, I've been using AskNicely for a number of years now with an error or issue.

If you are evaluating multiple tools and vendors, make sure to give AskNicley a test run, it's a very powerful and easy to use tool 

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing an NPS program hold us to our customer's expectations! Pain points are raised via the NPS process and we are able to rectify the issues immediately.

NPS is a major part of our B2B company. AskNicely has allowed our team to gather insights into what we're doing well so we can continue to do those things but also what we're not doing well so that we can improve.

Simple to use.  All information is easily viewable and usable.  Also helps strengthen the communication with the client.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

This program  is very flexible in how you choose to implement surveys, from managing the actual surveys, to working with your data and list management. I also like the mobile aspect and dashboard, providing instant access to responses, allowing us to react and reach out to our customers quickly.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I really haven't found anything I don't like yet.

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

Just be aware of the domain name usage. I was concerned about using the AskNicely.com name on our surveys because I realized we would have some issues implementing with our own domain name due to corporate policy, but I found that we still got good response and have only had one responder show concern that the survey did not come from "us."

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting an extremely good response rate and identifying our strengths and weaknesses as perceived by our customers. This data will provide the basis and business case for change as needed to continue to improve our customers' experience.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

You are able to reach a lot customers quickly and simply. By asking one questions, how likely are you to recommend 'x'? on a sale of 1-10, it prompts a lot of responses because it takes 10 seconds to respond. They are then able to provide more information and you can respond. all communication is then done within the program and trackable

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The calculation of the NPS is a little funky to wrap your head around. It can seem like you get a string of 15-20 scores of 9 and 10, but your overall NPS is still low. Detractors really do bring down the overall score. Other than that, the interface is good. Dashboard is simple and clear. Responses are easily view and responding to customers is simple.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created our yearly goal around this software and the NPS. We are working to better improve specific experiences for our customers. From greeting them at the door, to lessons, group classes and specific programs. We are able to hear directly from the customer and provide almost instant responses when someone has a complaint or issue.

Simplicity of the tool and the new conversational UI makes it easier to get feedback from our clients. 

Also, a big shout out to Gretchen and Andy for ensuring we were up and running quickly.

They just added the ability to send surveys from multiple domains so I don't have any dislikes.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

My favorite part of AskNicely is the simplicity of use, and the approach to gather an NPS score. The dashboard is a great way to track how well you're reaching your audience, and how you've performed over time. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It's not terribly engaging for customers, who often did not bother to answer the question, or did not follow up with their blank response, even when prompted. It is also limited, because our customers often had specific requests/complaints that they wanted to share with someone directly. 

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

Be cautious who is receiving the surveys if you are basing the audience off of a separate software (e.g. Intercom) as this does not always update, and you will sometimes ping people who are no longer using your service.

We wanted an easy, automated touchpoint to ask customers what they thought about our product. We were able to target specific users individually, and ask followup questions based on their response.

The staff at AskNice.ly is very accommodating. They respond quickly to questions and are eager to assist when we ask for training help.

I can't wait to see how tracking NPS and creating closed loop processes in our business will create an environment of "Wowing" our customers.

Training materials to roll out new features are lacking. It would be great to have one pagers for each release of a feature as well as a communication when the feature rolls out.

AskNicely has been working very well for our business - Feedback from our customer at a glance. We have a  screen up with the dashboard running and its great to see what our customer are saying.

I like the integration options the most. Also useful that you can chose to not send surveys to certain people who may not like having them as frequent.  Like that you can time them, just the overall customisable aspect of it

That for a ZenDesk integration you have to buy a full license in Zendesk.  Also not a fan of the NPS plummetting if there are no reviews for a month or so, which forces us to split our survey sending

Just to let customers know we care and get their feedback.  The benefits we realise is that we get customer feedback on how good we are doing.

currently there is nothing i dislike about AskNicely. everyone i have spoken to have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable

AskNicely is a professional feedback platform that is very easy to introduce into any company big or small, from the start everything has been a smooth transition from installation into add questions.

To date, i have not come across any issues with AskNicely that needed problem solving.

The support to get set up was excellent thanks Claudia and now for all of our team to be able to easily see the feedback provided from clients with the TV set up, is brilliant.   This will help us to address any shortfalls really quickly and will assist with promoting our business with additional reviews placed by promoters.

The interface and detailed reporting are amazing. Topics and tags are a one-time thing, you set it up and it resolves a lot of the issues and let you identify the department where we need to put in extra attention. Ask nicely feature to the integration with Salesforce is an amazing feature it helps get the customer information in our system.

The only thing we hope gets lower is the monthly subscription fee.

Honestly, AskNicely is such a breeze to use! The communication we can have with our customers and how easily we can pick up issues to solve. I love the way it is set up, everything is easy to find.

I absolutely love having the mobile app also because it constantly notifies me there is a new comment or score from a customer. This means I am getting to the customers faster also and ensuring they know we are hearing them.

I haven't noticed anything that I don't like so far! It is going great.

One thing I would love if there was an app available for Windows computers as the notifications on the computer would be super handy especially if it is a customer that could really benefit from being contacted straight away.

Use it! it will benefit your business in so many ways!

It's great to have actionable feedback about the sales and onboarding process after our customers finish the implementation process. It helps out team to constantly evolve and make the process better.

It's also great to have the integration with Slack so we can have updates in real time.

I don't think we've found anything to dislike so far!

We are able to better the relationships with our customers and are able to hear their concerns and praise in a controlled setting. We've been able to understand reasons for churn, and to address situations as they arise.

We were told AskNicely would integrate with Zoho CRM only to find out after the contract was signed AN only integrates with Zoho Desk. This was a big set back for our team. When will a Zoho CRM integration be available?

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

For us, the most helpful thing that Asknicely does is integrate with our services, like Intercom and Slack.  This allows us to make the reviews more actionable.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Our biggest dislike is the limit on number of users that can sign into the account.  When you have several different departments that want to consume and act on the NPS reviews, the limit of users seems a bit arbitrary (especially when that's not something billed on).

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely has allowed us to directly connect business decisions and changes we've made with our customer satisfaction.  And exporting the raw data over the API has allowed us to graph our user satisfaction as it coincides with our onboarding/training processes.

easy to operate, can see all the stats displayed. can easily compare branches within the company

we seem to get a lot of people reviewing us as a 5, because the display on their computer didnt show the options 6-10. when we ask the customer why the review us so low they often respond that they gave us 5/5. perhaps look at the way the questionnaire is displayed to the customer to stop this happening.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely does what it's supposed to do – very well. It's a good tool for gathering NPS from customers, and looking at the data is clean and easy. The TV module is super fun as well to publicize the results.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It doesn't do anything besides capture and display NPS. Not that it promises to of course! But if you're looking for seamless coordination with other metrics or how to act on your NPS results, the platform will not provide it.

We have much better visibility now into our customer's perspectives - both rational and emotional. We have been able to "crowdsource" solutions by identifying trends in negative responses and then doing something to fix them.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

Far more granular than other products available.  We had previously been rating CSAT on a Good/Bad scale, which wasn't giving us the details needed, and wasn't allowing the customer to really rate their experience.  Having a 0-10 scale has allowed the customer more options and provided us with a better view of our team's strengths and weaknesses based on the feedback provided.  I have the Responses page set up to refresh regularly and I love seeing the comments and scores from our customers.  It allows me to reach out immediately to a customer if there's any follow up needed.  

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I have no complaints about this product.  AskNicely has by far exceeding my expectations to date.  

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

I would definitely recommend AskNicely to anyone wanting a quick and easy way to get detailed feedback from their customers.  

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with a more in-depth understanding of how our customers feel about the level of service we provided.  It will allow us to identify any problem areas, or processes, that are not creating a great experience for our customers. I'm able to reach out to customers quickly by using the Responses page because it contains all the details I need to identify the customer and the interaction they're basing their rating off of.

AskNicely is an easy experience for our customers. We send surveys by email and SMS, and we get responses from people in their 80s!
It's also been easy to roll out to our staff. They love the app. It's easy to learn and enjoyable to interact with.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The reports could be more customisable and they could look better in Outlook.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AskNicely as an always-on feedback system. It's a closed-loop system, which means it's not just for insight, but also for service recovery. As soon as we receive negative feedback, we go back to the customer to put it right. AskNicely lets us log our callback response time by branch.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely is very easy to use after account setup. The software does most of the work for you. I like the ability to import answered surveys into our team Slack channel. Not all team members deal with AskNicely on a daily basis and this allows us all to comment on responses.

I wish we could create other types of surveys in addition to NPS. Platforms like Typeform allow more flexibility with creating engaging surveys.

The layout of the content is easy to follow, the dashboard is easy to navigate and I like that we can make internal notes or reply to clients directly within the system. I like that I can use the app on my phone if I'm not on my laptop, and that it shows our NPS results right upon sign in.

The menus get a little busy if you have admin rights, still tolerable but would like that cleaned up a bit, not so many menu options spread out perhaps.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely takes a different approach to surveying customers. Instead of a generic survey, the new Jarvis feature has provided us with the ability to get higher response rates and keep users engaged all the way through the survey. We are currently seeing 40% response rates with about 5000 surveys going out each month. 

The team at AskNicely has also been great and really has helped customize our experience to fit our needs. Big shout out to Alex, Gretchen, Morgan and Andrew!

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

AskNicely has been great. Only downside right now is because Jarvis is a new feature, we have to get the AskNicely team to customize the survey for us. Also would be nice to have scrolling responses on our TV Dashboard instead of the most recent survey comments so our company can see all responses from the day as they walk through our lunch area.

We're able to understand the voice of the customer and what is going great and what their pain points are. We have realized the issues they're experiencing haven't really change, but now we have data to back up decisions on what we want to build next or fix.

I enjoy being able to time e-mails and also send them individually. A lot of times I try to send them right after a meeting while we are fresh on a customers mind, and other times we haven't had any conversation with a customer for an extended period of time, so the scheduled surveys are beneficial.

This is more of an opinion, but I don't like the fact that an 8 our of 10 scores you a zero. We have people giving "positive" comments, but there 8 gives us a net score of 0.

We are able to get valuable feedback that could otherwise be hard to ascertain. Some people don't want to be direct to your face, or won't give you 100% of their experience. Having a 3rd party ask allows people to really open up about their experience.

Not really much to dislike, but I suppose more visualizations could make the experience better. It'd also be helpful to visually be able to track trends per account.

We've been using AskNicely for a couple years now and it's helped us track customer sentiment. Customers can candidly tell us their perceptions and highlight user pains, to assist us in determining our roadmap. It's also helped us identify and get ahead of potential problems at the customer-account level.

We are using AskNicely to collect both candidate and client NPS feedback. 
This data has been instrumental in training our Reps on areas for improvement as well as recognizing what they do well. Some of our Account Managers have been able to see drastic improvements in their scores by changing simple things in their pitch or follow up communication based on the feedback they received through AskNicely.

Survey is being sent to all the customers and they have a choice to give us a review no matter if they were happy about visit or not. The important is - we get to hear their feedback.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Sometimes people are making a mistakes when providing a feedback. Example, as per score they are detractors, scoring from 1 to 6, but the comment is "this place is awesome" or similar. That brings down overall score. There is no option of making those kind of feedback invalid.

Definitely consider it and use it, especially if you have a big footfall through your venues.

Hearing what customers have to say, focusing to the negative comments, analyzing and if there is a reasonable ground - adjusting the service to fit their needs.
