**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The system makes it easy to manage and administer NPS surveys, and responding to the feedback we get is super simple. The implementation team and CS reps have been great to work with--they helped us create custom workflows and access profiles for various levels of access for our executive team and regional managers to be able to respond to feedback. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Native reporting functions aren't great yet, but they're working on it. Until we can pull our own reports, the CS reps have been great at getting us any reports we need.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

- AskNicely integrates perfectly well with Salesforce. As long as you have the data in Salesforce, you can develop a full range of surveys useful to assess your customers' satisfaction throughout their journey
- Ability to close very easily the loop with the customer
- Surveys highly customisable and user friendly 
- AskNicely TV to share feedback across the organisation 
- Feature to prevent survey fatigue
- Reasonable cost - especially when you're an SME. 


**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

- Can improve their overview dashboard by letting you displaying different NPS depending on the customer segment 
- The email reminder when a customer hasn't replied to the survey is unfriendly (plain text) which makes the reminder ineffective 
- It takes a bit of time to get how the reports work and how you can view data efficiently 
- Keyword and Themes features are not useful the way they are designed today 

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It helps raising awareness and sharing customer feedback with the wider business. The customer relationship and knowledge is not owned by just a small part of the organisation anymore. 
- Enables to identify and solve customer issues more quickly. Ultimately improving your customer experience

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

Setup is a breeze: writing your message, importing your audience, setting up the scheduler - all those things are child's play. I wanted to get a first impression and overview of what I would have to do to get started; less than an hour later, everything was complete. This is impressively quick.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The mobile app only does reporting - it's not possible to make any changes or start/stop campaigns through it. Also, we had to add "company" as a custom field, which I feel should be a default field.

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

None really - like I said in my heading, it does what it says on the box. Implementation is super easy and fast.
I don't have any comparison with other players in the NPS field so my opinion is potentially somewhat limited - but I will happily attest to the fact that AskNicely was and is great, quick and easy to use.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a much better understanding of what works and what doesn't for our user base - and our NPS is now a more-than-just-good 30.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I like the easiness of the program. You can start small and then extend your needs when you grow bigger. 

We also like how easy it is to implement new people in to the system. 

We get push notifications when something bad is going on. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I am not that guy who is a experienced programmer so i have hard time to make the system "automated". But i fix this with a programmer :)

When you start up with this programe, see it as a thing that can bring you profit in your business long term goals. 

It's a must have for all businesses. With happy clients, you will get more clients, you can easily raise your prices and increase your profits. 

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now see what my customers think about the services we provide wich is really important. To measure how satisfied our customers is is one of the most important things. We can quickly cover up mistakes that we have been doing and make our customers really happy again. 

The most fantastic thing with the system is that our customers really appruciate the layout and that we actually follow up how they felt about our service.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I love that it is so simple to look at, which increases our response rate. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It's a tad difficult to edit on the back-end of the email. Each of our account manager's wants to personalize the email, so they have to make sure that they edit the first part of the email, instead of just using a saved template of their own making, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

This program has a great user-friendly dashboard that shows you how your responses have affected your NPS score. It's a great gauge for how our clients trust us and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get feedback from theirs! 

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better engaged with our customers view of us. They score us regularly on our performance and if they'd recommend us to industry colleagues, so to have those scores helps us guage where we're at with our client relationship.

I love how we can track our agent's likes and dislikes.  We know what to continue doing and we know what we have to spend more time on improving.

There's nothing that I dislike.  I can see results and comments on our services and customer expectations.

Very easy to navigate the site.  Can see the entire company or filter just my own. We can break it down by price as well as new or returning customer and by the product type

Can be a little busy looking until you have moved around a bit learning where everything is

If you want quick feedback. This is it. Many companies I have worked for would use surveys the customer would not complete because it took too long, this one is quick and efficient.

Easy to send requests to our customers.  Fast feedback.  It amazes me how quickly we receive feedback.  Absolutely love receiving feedback via the mobile app.  Really great to be able to quickly acknowledge and celebrate colleagues success.

No real dislikes at the moment.  Every product  has wants and needs, but none right now.

AskNicely is a great tool for measuring NPS and discovering trends in customer feedback. By gathering first-hand feedback directly from our customers, we're able to know what we should and should not prioritize to directly impact customer experience.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I wish the dashboard was a little more intuitive and had a few more features. For example, I wish I could increase the timeline on the chart, and I have a hard time easily finding trends in the "Takeaways" column.

The AskNicely Slack integration has allowed our entire company to see customer commentary - which has been incredibly powerful.

Affordable NPS platform with reporting built in. Quality customer service that is responsive. Easy to implement. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Seems to be a product in its infancy that is missing many features that would better serve its customers needs. Survey delivery is not consistent and visibility into why a survey may not have made it to a customer is very limited. Poor customer experience with survey delivery issues.

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

I would recommend this tool if you need a quick and affordable NPS platform. Its the best in its price range. If you want superior quality with many features to enable your business then go up the chain in price. If you are expecting high quality then you will be disappointed with this software.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

It is so simple to use. I get data immediately via my mobile phone and can easily respond with both internal and external follow-ups. They've also been responsive with their product roadmap. Glad that it integrates into Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

There isn't anything I have an issue with. It was easy to set-up, easy to manage. Anything I have had issue with has been pretty quickly changed in one of the more recent updates to the product. The only thing we have a challenge with is getting the emails through to clients with their spam filters. Obviously, we try to get them to do their part by whitelisting us, but they don't always follow through.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been useful in uncovering new opportunities with clients, which was an unexpected benefit. The original problem was that we simply wanted a way to confirm that our clients were getting value from our services and allow us to respond to concerns before they become anything bigger.

It suits our business and at implementation the support provided in building additional functionality was great. Its reliably and the dashboard makes it easy to summarise scores

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Hard to answer, but interfacing with a CRM system to automate surveys has had a very occasional hiccup, but there are workarounds that are fairly easy to use if there have been rare issues

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realised how much our customers value the interaction. We use to obtain feedback on our speaker led events and this has reduced time to manually survey, but also its immediate as attendees leave an event. Our staff get wonderful feedback every day which is very easy to share amongst our business, so we receive constant reinforcement on our great service and see whats important to each customer.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The help and collaboration we've received for their support and customer success teams is great. They're awesome about hearing our needs and coming up with ways to help us meet them or being honest and telling us a feature we'd like isn't really on their radar (which we greatly appreciate). I also like that they let us beta test new features so we can give feedback on them. We've seen several of the comments we gave about the new dash get implemented, which was also very much appreciated. They listen to their users, and that's huge.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

My main issues are with the UI. It's built for a company that wants to send surveys to users at regular intervals - i.e., once a quarter - but runs into issues quickly when you want to do more than that. There are several methods for adding recipients, but not one of them makes the process truly painless. 

I'd also like to see more ways of getting unstructured feedback from emails or calls into AskNicely, so I can have all of my feedback in one place. (This is a big one - they're more likely to lose us as a customer over this than anything else.) They also need an import email button for Outlook, so I can easily add emails not tracked by AskNicely to the responses for archival purposes. 

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

If you, like us, had a more "traditional" surveying method, keep an open mind. You really can get good, worthwhile feedback with a one question survey. And get buy-in from your Salesforce team to have AskNicely integrated with it. Sharing results is tough when you don't have them somewhere everyone can see them. 

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely is helping us identify customers at risk for churn and helping us deal with issues in real-time instead of waiting for someone on our end to learn about the issue.

I love Ask Nicely! It is super easy to use, and provides valuable feedback for all customer interactions.

I wish that, as on email, in the dashboard itself it would show the names of those who left the review rather than ANON. My email alerts, all display the names.

  ### 22. One of the best investments we've ever made

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The product is so simple to set up and use, allowing us to start gaining valuable customer insights within days. The theme buckets feature has also simplified the ability to easily identify and drill down on key issues, good or bad.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

As a multi-site business, one of the minor frustrations is the roll out of the data into the executive dashboard. Whilst the headline NPS scores are provided, the ability to view more detailed scores, themes etc at a rolled-up account (regional level) would be advantageous, rather than needing to drill down into each venue individually.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ask Nicely has allowed the business to progress from using "gut feelings" and intuition to intimate customer insights and knowledge, This has resulted in us being able to make informed decisions relating to products, pricing and customer experience, which is translating to more repeat visitation, referrals and ultimately, revenue.

The ease of use and ability to track scores over a period of time. This software is the best and has allowed my company to open a line of communication with customers that wasn't previously there.

No dislikes at the moment, everything seems to work as promised.

We have never asked customers how they feel about our product or brand. With AskNicely we get real time feedback and can respond in the application. It has really been a live saver and also improved employee morale! They always know when customers have feedback for the service.

Streamlined workflow for follow-up activities ranging from additional details to soliciting customer testimonials.

I'd like to see more drill down capabilities in the reports, so that I can easily see which customers received/opened/responded to emails.

I have been able to establish a reliable data set of customer feedback. I rely on this for another perspective to better understand by user community.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

It's easy to use this platform, the dashboard is fairly simple to navigate and it gets the job done for collecting NPS, I like that they are real-time and integrate into our Intercom chat, we respond to our users here to thank them for taking the time!

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Reporting functionality is fairly basic, filtering and exporting is a bit cumbersome. I wish there were more options. Otherwise, it is great for us!

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NPS scores and feedback are important to keep track of, helps us to make decisions on the direction we will go and areas in which we can improve. As a software company, I wish there were more ways to track the feedback and add tags to manage and view in a report.

I think there should be a way to exclude contacts that we no longer use without having to contact support, often we also do some testing and these end up being counted in total.

We work with a considerable customer base, and with the feedback we are getting, we are able to focus on the problem, receive a lot of feedback from our customers and based on that we interact with the areas.

The dashboard interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. It gives me just the right amount of information without being too complex. The support I receive from the team is A+. They are very quick to respond and are forward thinking with their solutions.

I wish I could program additional reminders for the surveys. Only being able to send 1 reminder is restrictive.

I really like that this company knows and understands NPS methodology. They understand that NPS is a system and not just a score. So many NPS dashboard companies focus only on the score and even are open to changing scores to boost a company's NPS. NPS is not a marketing tool....it is a system to help you improve your business.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using AskNicely to complete quarterly pulse surveys with our internal team. We want to stay abreast on the culture and morale we are trying to build in our company. We have realized that getting people to take the survey is a challenge. Our response rate is lower than we anticipated.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

We did an exhaustive search for an NPS provider that included 7 different vendors.  From our initial demo to the onboarding to the execution AskNicely was hands down the best we found for the budget we had for this.  They have a wonderful report setup and they really have thought the entire NPS process out.  We are able to segment and tag responses to ensure that those who are not completely satisfied with us get personalized attention at scale.  The ability to segment allows us to pinpoint where we need to concentrate our efforts to effect a change in our culture to better serve our loyal customers.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Not much really.  They have been very good at answering questions and anticipating our needs.

Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed

We like how easy it is to use. Its simplicity helps us focus on what we should focus on: Having more conversation with our customers we wouldn't normally talk to. AskNicely triggers and facilitates conversations.

It helps us get a good understanding of how our product is perceived. We have the ability to segment our scores by customer demographics for better analysis and understanding of our performance.
We believe NPS is not just about the score itself but engaging with our customers too. We maximise our use of AskNicely with the conversations we have with customers who leave feedback. We reply and dig into their comments.

The chance to really hear what the clients are thinking and feeling good or bad has had a major impact on how the business is operating since starting these surveys. The staff moral has increased by such a huge percent being able to hear what clients think of us. The client referrals have increased as well since starting this service. 

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The dashboard was a little confusing to begin with but the more you use it and explore all the information the easier it gets. The only other thing would be the cut offs for Promoters, Passive and Detractors, a lot of our 7-8 surveys are commenting positively but the 8 is a Passive result instead of Promoter, this is driving our scores down but in reality they are good reviews and could raise our results if they were not considered Passive.

If you are looking to find out what your customers are feeling regarding your service or business than this is the way to go. We have learned so much from using this service. Our clients have not only been able to express concerns but have also improved the staff moral as they are able to hear how great of a job they are doing.

We have been able to improve on our customer service, and have taken a better look at the cost of our services and products offered due to the response from customers.

That it automatically pops up across the bottom of our software platform, not in an annoying pop up that is in the way. It also allows them to tell why they gave the review and to which department! We actually use our list of happy customers that left us positive asknicely reviews as a referral contact database! Almost every single customer gives us a referral. It's fantastic.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It seems a lot of angry or unhappy customers get the asknicely request - I would like there to be a way to only have it pop up for users who are actively and regularly engaging with the product.

Take advantage of seeing who your happy customers are! Call them and ask for referrals!

We are able to catch customers that leave mid to low ratings and reach out to resolve any issues they may be having before it's too late and they request to cancel. This really gives our customer success team an advantage!

Their Salesforce integration is excellent, was so easy to turn on and grab data out, as well as getting results back in. Their onboarding process with Gretchen was excellent, and always ended up getting answers i needed fast.

The TV style dashboard isn't customisable enough, as well as some of the reporting could be a bit better - Pricing was a touch high, but then again it has cut out a lot of manual work, and things are much more efficient now.

We were struggling to get data easily in and out of Salesforce and to be able to run a rolling NPS without manual work involved.

The great thing about AskNicely is the simplicity of use for all participants. Most feedback tools attempt to do too much and it becomes burdensome but Ask Nicely makes it fast and easy enough to submit frequently which means you also get a clear picture of trends over time.  

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The way it sets time ranges for reporting is a bit annoying. It would be better to be able to set hard and fats ranges between certain dates. The reporting generally UX is a bit clumsy - could use some focussed work on how people are actually using it.

It was a bit hard to pick up the process flow as I took up using the software from my predecessor and I didn't get training on this to use it.

The ability to receive feedback from our customers in mass, and ensure we do all we can to keep them happy. Our business relies on it's Customer Service as a point of difference and this also help drive Google Reviews to help with our reputation in the industry.

The interface is pretty clear. It is really simple to use.
Plus, it's connected to every best other platforms so there are different channels to get the info of your NPS: mobile app, slack, salesforce, zendesk...
The dashboard feature is also pretty cool to use! You can display your NPS on TVs that you may have in your office. It a great way to involve everyone in your company.

When a software is the leader on its market, there is a good reason! So, just trust them.

With AskNicely dashboard feature, this is amazing what you can do! You can display your NPS on TV in your office, you can share it accross the organization.. You can also, of course, display it according topics that clients choose to rate you. So, for example, you can display to your Product Team, their "Platform features NPS" and to your Customer Success consultants, their score too. and so on.

We used to have mystery shopping,l we do not do this as often any more and have saved $.
Through the workflow function, we are able to automate alerts around the negative response, capturing unhappy customers and preventing reputation backlash.
Another use of the workflow is our utilisation of promoters, encouraging them to review us across other platforms such as productreview.com.au and google maps. Our physical store network is important to us and this lifts them out and creates organic content that Google applauds as well as encouraging new customers to visit our store and buy our product.

The ability to integrate into receipts would be a huge win down the road. I believe this would allow more options for us to execute as we learn the best way to communicate with our guests.

The platform is highly configurable and their product team listens to customer feedback!  I've interacted several times with their product team to pass ideas for feature enhancements and they've already delivered on several!  They are also extremely helpful should anyone have a question on system behavior which is a huge plus.  Lastly, with their Salesforce integration syncing our contact list, we are able to fully automate the entire feedback request process.

Honestly?  I can't think of any negatives.
