**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I love how user friendly it is for both our clients and myself as a business owner. It helps me to keep track on how well my staff are performing and what areas need to be focused on. It definatly has helped my business as we can see where we need to improve and the areas we are doing really well in.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

There are no downsides to AskNicely. I am ver greatful for AskNicely.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely helps me to see what feed back our clients have left so i can focus on the areas we need to work on and improve on. It is easy to log in to and track how well we are doing or how well we are not doing. It doesnt take our clients long to fill out the feedback. we get the feedback really fast from AskNicely. 
I always fel suported too.

The app is very easy to use. I love the interface and the response from the customers actually help me continue to perform better. I'm going to recommend this to everyone.

It helps with custoemr feeback, it is userfriendly. Doesn't take too much time so everyone is interested in completing it.

Maybe just the design of the website, it can be changed for something more eye apealling.

Integration with CRMs is limited by the AskNicely data model. Some advanced features are not available as self service by the platform users.

I like the platform and how it sets out our reviews. The system makes it easy for me to respond to all customers, both positive and negative.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

There is nothing I dislike. I do have an issue where I can't see some of my teams comments, making it a challenge to see the history. But I think it's a local problem, not a 'disklike' of AskNicely

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely enables us to monitor thefeedback we get from our customers. We make imporvments with the contrustive comments, and we can commend our staff for any call-outs.

AskNicely helps our business apply direct support to programs who may need support in creating better experiences and environments for our participants. It's easy to use and our staff have real time visibility of how their programs are tracking from feedback recieved

We have such demand across the wider business, we'd like to be able to segment different teams data and isolate responses so other departments only see their relevant information.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

We learn about customer issues/grievances faster than we ever did before. This gives us an opportunity to rectify them with extreme speed. For us, this has been pivitiol and turning those customers around.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The Mobile app could be uptaded, for sure.

This platform allows us to discover and attempt to solve customer grievances at an extremly fast pace.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

In the past, we struggled to get good feedback about our performance in the Service area. With AskNicely, getting feedback without overloading the customer with boring surveys is very easy. The surveys are quick and fun, and you can put a time that needs to pass between the surveys.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I would wish to have the option to do anonymous surveys without sending a link the people have to click to participate. So far this is the only little "complaint" I have.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before AskNicely we were doing surveys with our people in the back office. It was very resource-consuming and the customers never gave objective feedback. Furthermore, surveys were long and unattractive. The results were not very representative/objective. 

With AskNicely we saved a lot of resources and customers are happy since the survey takes not even a minute. We can now focus on problem-solving rather then data collection.

The app needs work on Google phones my google pixel 7 pro, phone doesnt load on the app sadly.

I really like the way I am able to get my teams NPS socres as fast as possible I just log in and click the date range and names I Need , I can even filter per department making getting departments NPS just as easy.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I dont like that I'm not able to retrieve the indivudual Nps score for each review.Its possible i dont know how to do it but thtas ab0ut it

Ask nicely is our customers voice , They normally give us soem very productive critisim and if they not ranting We can see how they Raving making it so easy to indentify who our Top agents is.

AskNicely is a very easy-to-use service which provides easy access to customer responses and invaluable information required for business to improve their customer service.

Gaining access to some reports. I did have some trouble exporting all comments.

AskNicely collates responses from customers in a simple way and I receive emails from via the customer response system everyday. This helps us keep in the loop.

It's a good CX platform, however, I am very put off by how they try to get reviews on G2.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

They promise an Amazon gift card for a review. Whether you do a review or not, you get nothing. If you want feedback, simply message them if they could take the time. Don't promise something you won't do.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely has a simple and easy-to-use platform that I was able to learn quickly. I had an extremely short timeline to launch a Customer NPS survey, and in less than 48 hours, I was able to build and lunch it (with some help from AskNicely's wonderful Customer Support Team).

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Some of the reporting capabilities feel limited in what it offers from an analytics standpoint. That said, this may be due to a lack of understanding on my part, and I could be singing a different tune in time!

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking and receiving unbiased feedback from our customers so we can learn as an organization and continue to make meaningful improvements to delight, retain, and grow our customer base.

The app can sometimes be hard to figure out, it may be user error though!

It really lets the patient tell us what goes on in there appts. A lot of patients never say anything because they do not want to leave a bad review but this is very appt focused instead of an overview of the office.

Our AskNicely service works well and manages our data in an easy to access format.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The only thing I could say here is that it's tough determining possible "bot" serveys.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less of a problem, but just getting valuable feedback helps close a valuable communication loop.  Getting a glimps of customer loyalty really helps us determine areas of concern and work to shore those up.

The interface is very comprehensive - enough for us to use across many thousands of corporate travel customers and provide feedback to hundreds of accounts. Very easy to use and set up.  We looked at many providers before deciding AskNicely was the best fit for us.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I'd like to see more options for sending deatiled dashboards (including full comments) directly to key stakeholders without them requiring an AskNicely account to see all information.

We get immediate feedback from clients and can action or provide this to various departments withou our business to track improvements.

The way the survey is delivered to the customer, it's very easy to fill in, which must boost the response rate.

I haven't found a dislike yet, it has covered our requirement completely.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

We use AskNicely to send multiple surveys across different business units - we have surveys in a variety of languages & covering a variety of use cases. AskNicely has made it easy to centralize operations for all of these.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It can be a bit confusing to set up surveys that target the same group - we have a survey that goes out after launch & one that is more continuous. It was a little counter intuitive to set up the after-launch one, but Support was very reactive/helpful.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AskNicely to assess the performance of our Customer Success team & to help inform gaps in our product. Moving forward we will also use it to rate our service partners.

The Constructive feedback helps categorize what areas of customer service customers feel are important when interacting with the frontline team.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The negative aspects of the AskNicely app are that comments are made about irrelevant information that does not relate to the service provided onboard. Eg:race, gender, appearance.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Are we being consistent to the product we are offering onboard . Is our training showing key factors  that demonstrate we are doing the right thing.

Their system is very easy to use and integrates with slack and Gainsight.

Downsides are few.  Maybe if there was a way to better stratify satisfaction across the accounts versus just users, that could be useful.

Get sentiment about our users, share that with all our employees.  And integrate those sentiments into our workflows to recognize and respond to customers needs.

It's simple for our clients to use, and the results are meaningful. The website connector is also a straightforward way to add reviews to our website.

I don't think there is a downside. I really like it and have used it since it started.

AskNicely allows us to keep a finger on the pulse of our clients. It's also a useful way to avoid churn.

AskNicely provides a very clear  snapshot of our standard customer service level while also providing otherwise missed opportunities to resolve customer concerns

There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about it

We get a much higher response rate with AskNicely than we did with older-style surveys.  We also achieve higher team engagement with the results as we display them in our office for all to see.

AskNicely is easy to interface with, import contacts, construct surveys, and analyze and report results. It's very efficient to use and all import/export capabilities are simple to utilize.

You can use AskNicely to gather important information from your customers. You can break the data out by specific products, which allows us to understand which products are doing well and which need more help. Also, you can hear right from the customer when they leave a comment. This gives us valuable insight.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I wish we could make edits to a survey when we send it out via a link. We are capturing more customers via social media by sending a link to our survey, but we are unable to document their name/email when we send it that way.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to capture the voice of the customer efficiently. We can hear feedback from a wider array of customers, not just people who decide to leave a review on our website or from the retailer they bought it from. We can be more customer-centric this way.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely is quick to set up and integrate, and the format and simplicity appears to result in good customer participation and feedback. The dashboard function provides a way of sharing the feedback with wider staff by presenting the data onto a dedicated monitor in a shared space.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Some of the Icons and functionality are confusing, such as; a hammer crossed with a pencil is called Survey but contains all the templates) and a lightning bolt for Workflows.

Also, it would be nice to have a list of the different contact data sources on one page, maybe under a tab on the Contacts page.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can ask different questions to different customer segments and see all the results in one place. The feedback and NPS score helps us zero in on areas that may need attention, such as poor communication or product issues.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

Getting insights into how customers feel about our product and having the NPS score readily available as a business metric but also at an individual level within Intercom for targeted follow up and campaigns. The integration with Intercom is really valuable. We can filter users by intercom scores, the customers we target for NPS surveys are sourced from a pre-built segment query in intercom, which can then be tracked for a separate metric across that group within AskNicely.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Not much. The product is pretty easy to use. It would be good to have a bit more flexibility in the types of follow-up questions that can be asked, but that's a minor thing. Would also like to see some additional logic in the themes scoring. Currently it provides a score based on the existence of certain words in a response. It would great if this could have some combination logic, such as word 'xxxx' AND 'yyyy' in the same response.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have always been able to get customer satisfaction ratings out of Intercom, but that is more a reflection of customer satisfaction with our support function rather than the product itself and only covers the minority of users who interact with our support team. AskNicely gets feedback from a broader user base.
