**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The best thing about AskNicely is the opportunity to have a second chance to get it right if the communciations were not clear first time. Even if we can't do anything more we can still provide more of the 'why' to our customers. Reading the comments on the 10's are equally valuable as it reinforces what customers love about us when we get it right.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Nothing really. It is a very quick and easy response experience for customers, team leaders and management can easily review the scores and follow up with congratulations to staff or ask if we have gone back to the customer with a follow up.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We set and collect tax. When we can consistantly achive high customer promoters we know we are doing a great job for our community and know that we understand what each customer needs, and how we can improve.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The easy way to send surveys to our customers, the way ask Nicely provide an exact feedback and the control of the NPS score. Also everytime a customer provide us a feedback we can contact them immediately. The support for the customer is really good, and the ease of implementation on everyday tasks is magnificent. The frecuency that we use the site help us to get better reviews. The integration within the company policy also is great.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It's still missing the dark mode but apart from that everything is excellent!

CSAT score and feedback, NPS Score, Customer Needs, Solving issues.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

In my research I found asknicely to be the only tool that provided a unique "Live Chat" experience of taking a survey. This is the feature that we absolutely love about Asknicely. Apart from this the support team is fantastic. Special shout out to Jason for always providing technical guidance promptly and supporting us in every tricky request. The system is super ease to use and implement. We use it for our monthly employee survey as well as customer NPS and exploring integration options with the new CRM we are onboarding. I love the fact that you can trigger a survey with a simple email to asknicely, if full integration is complicated.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The built in reports and graphs are not that great so I find the best approach is to export the response excel and then go about creating reporting manually. All the information is available within asknicely responses, so a more richer reporting functionality within the system would save a lot of work.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides our customer and employees with an easy, interactive way of providing feedback. We did not have a Voice of Customer or a Voice of employee system in our company and this one system solved both these requirements for us.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

It's a tie between the SUPER user friendly platform and the service we've received every step of the way. No question is silly or dumb, and they were incredibly patient with our company's specific needs.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

We have not found anything to dislike. Like most sales processes, the handoff from the first sales rep to the onboarding specialist and account manager was a little uncomfortable at first, but I think that was just an emotional response to change. Everyone was great and I completely understand the specialized roles.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been surveying our customers with the CNPS question for years, with a process that was very manual, limited in function, not mobile friendly, and not actionable. It was creating more problems than solving them. AskNicely improved our customer's survey experience, which helps us appear more professional and take real action sooner! The automations are also saving us hours each month.

So far, nothing that I can think of! I have not experienced any issues using the software in any way.

I like the people I've met and worked with through AskNicely. They have all gone above and beyond each step of the way: Morgan with sales, Jomar with onboarding, and Chris with support and education. No subject has been rushed. Every accommodation has been made to ensure a smooth launch, and all questions have been addressed with concise, knowledgeable answers. My experience with AskNicely makes me confident that we will successfully run campaigns that provide value to Tectonics. In summation, it's been a great experience that I only see getting better.

As a first time administrator of the eNPS, I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge to help guide me through the process.  From the initial setup to the execution of surveys and analysis of results, Ask Nicely's platform proved to be incredibly intuitive and efficient. The customization options allowed us to tailor the surveys to our specific needs, ensuring that we captured relevant feedback from our employees.  The support and guidance provided has been exceptional.  Breanne has been a rock star!  Made the implementation and first eNPS survey outstanding.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Being new to AskNicely, I currently haven't found anything that I dislike, I am still learning all of the different reporting and analytic tools.

Ask Nicely has been an invaluable partner in our journey to elevate employee engagement and satisfaction. Their platform has streamlined the eNPS survey process, enabling us to gather actionable feedback and drive positive change within our organization.

The team at AskNicely were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our Feedback Switchover process from our old provider, to AskNicely.
They did check-ins to see if we needed assistance along the way and set goals for tasks so everything could be switched over easily, making the transition seamless.
They did everything they could to accommodate us, especially working with us to pull across historical data, which is now all live in their dashboard and we can see all our customer feedback in one location. 
I was really impressed with the quality of work and friendliness of their team. Not to mention, their system is awesome and super easy to use and navigate for everyday use.
10/10 recommend!

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

No negative comments, was a great experience!

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their dashboard gives us a lot more data than our previous provider, giving us more reporting functions and the ability to monitor customer experiences better.
Their system also encourages our staff to be more aware of the customer's experience as they have easy access to the dashboard, which also allows them to be proactive if a customer is unhappy, and is encouraging to their work when they see a customer is happy with their experience.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely makes it super easy to send CSAT surveys to our customers.  We have an automated report sent from our ticketing system that sends key pieces of information to the AskNicely platform on a daily basis.  The AskNicely logic then reviews it and makes sure that we're not sending too many surveys to any specific customer and will automatically throttle those requests if it needs to.

The engine for building surveys is incredibly easy to use as well.  It has easy logic to work with which changes follow up questions based upon the customer's initial responses.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I wish I could natively integrate it into our ticketing system (ServiceNow) rather than having to export CSVs and email them to their platform.  Other than that, it's almost perfect for our needs.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskNicely helps us to find scenarios when customers are both happy and left disappointed.  It gives us quick feedback that we can take action on and help to improve customer experiences.

I like the ease of getting regular frequent feedback from our customers. It is easy to respond to customers directly in the app to any feedback left. I enjoy being able to look back and track our progression of feedback.

It seems our NPS  score goes down quickly easily for anything under a 7 rating . I like to track it each week.

Keeping contact and pulse on all of our customers even when we can't make it out to them. It helps us make sure we are maintaining quality with our customers and that we care enough to check in.

We use AskNicely for our company, this has helped us understand how our customers view our services. This includes training, samples, technical services, customer service etc.
We use AskNicely everyday to check our score and present it to our team every monday.
Its easy to use and understand and our employees recieve feedback everyday.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The only downside to AskNicely is we are unable to intergrate it with our Genesys system.

Other than that, i cant fault anything else.

The function of the software is very user friendly and the support team is extremely helpful and available in real-time to help if you are confused or unsure how to set something up. The connection to salesforce and the workflows that connect to other softwares is very helpful. And the maintenance to keep things working is really non-existent.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Not much, the UI could be a little cleaner but it is not bad and doesnt keep me from using correctly.

We get a 1-10 rating for how happy our clients are with certain steps of our service. Having that quantifiable info is very valuable.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The platform is super user-friendly. AskNicely makes collecting feedback, viewing the data and closing the feedback loop easy. There is no limit to what metrics you can collect feedback on or how many surveys you can create/send. 

The sales process was really smooth and comprehensive. They walk you through how to use the platform and different use cases for your business, so when you get to onboarding, your goals are outlined, and you can get to collecting feedback and improving your business.

The customer service, in general, is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The onboarding process was not as smooth as the sales process. There were some bumps along the way. However, they are quick to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the solution.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to collect consistent feedback from all our clients at different stages in their lifecycles. AskNicely allows us to set up those touchpoints and then begin using that data to improve our business in many aspects. It is also great to automate a big portion of our feedback collection.

The platform itself is very dynamic for our customers to rate us on our products and services. For us internally, we can pull number of reports for leadership consumption and can customize them very easily!

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely automatically sends surveys for us based on when customer tickets are closed in our platform, we have it integrated with our Zendesk platform, this is extremely efficient for us.  They also don't constantly harass our customers by allowing us to limit the number of surveys an individual receives within a customizable time frame, because sometimes users can have multiple tickets a day, but they don't need to receive multiple surveys.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Honestly, I don't have anything to truly dislike about the platform. It has everything we need (and actually has more than we need).  Simple and efficient survey management.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has streamlined our customer success workflows by automating our surveys for day-to-day engagements, and being able to set an automatic scheduler to send our NPS scores once a quarter.

Setting up and configuring surveys via Asknicely proved to be a breeze and their support team promptly addresses any inquiries within a day. Ultimately, Asknicely offers excellent value for the money.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

not much, but a few improvements in the ability to configure auto-triggering at various times for different survey sets as opposed to the current single time slot for all the sets would be great.

Aside from the amazing onboarding team, I truly appreciate the level of granularity the platform allows for.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Due to the amount of features, AskNicely's platform isn't as user-friendly and a bit wonky to navigate through.  That said, I've used multiple platforms in the past, the team with AskNicely assists through the process.

Receiving honest feedback from our customers is the best tool to use when giving direct feedback to our crew. Timely responses allow for quick turnaround regarding any issues or compliments given.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The app isn't as detailed as the laptop version. I'm saying that I prefer to look at the laptop version.

It helps us look at the issues our passengers are experiencing and also what they are liking. This, then becomes an integral part of our ongoing commitment to great service as an airline.

AskNicely has transformed how we get feedback from customers. The importing of customer information and sending of surveys is automated, and we can reply directly to the survey responses, allowing us the opportunity to help any customers who had a poor experience. The AskNicely team is also great - we can reach out at any time to get technical help or ask questions about survey best practices.

I've been very happy with all aspects of AskNicely.

Prior to AskNicely we had to send multiple Net Promoter Score surveys to track all of our offerings - and we had to send each group manually! It was a lot of work, the data was in different places, and it was hard to compare. With AskNicely, all of the work has been automated, and we can view everything from a single dashboard. I've saved hours of work per week with AskNicely.

I am constantly using AskNicely every day. It helps me keep track of how my team members are doing and also gives me solid data to share. I use this as a springboard to identify where my team members are lacking AND where they are excelling in customer service.

Like I said, it helps me identify areas of potential for my team members. For example, I have a team member who has had several poor ratings and the common thread from the comments was that the clients felt there was a lack of urgency. This helped identify the need which gave us a direction in creating a plan for her to focus on.

The star rating is easy for patients / supporters, who are affected by cancer and cancer treatment, to use.  Those with whom English is  second language also find it easy.  The tone of the messages are friendly and approachable so many take the time to write a comment.  This has allowed us the ablity to provide current feedback for the organisations Board and look at overall themes. A useful measure of service effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The ability to adapt to add extra fields.  There has been slowness to reply via email recently.   Not sure if this is due to staff turnover.  It would be good to have an account manager with whom we can approach (or if they leave) pass on to the new person.

The easy integration was also so fast and easy.

I really like being able to have a hands-on feel to what happens between my Technicains and their customers.  I love all the positive feed back and the custructive critisism helps me know what to work on with me staff.

Navigating the dashboard is a little cludgy.  There is a ton of information and multiple ways to drill down into how customers feel about the service we provide but it can be a little cumbersome trtying to find specifics.

It helps me adjust to the needs of our customers.  By tracking responces from the customers I can see what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

AskNicely is an easy tool to use. It presents as a discussion with the user rather than a questionaire. Our users have responded well to using it. Also, their customer service is incredible. They are able to jump on a call or email the way through a problem. No issue has proven too big or small for the AskNicely team.

The tool is a bit rigid in some of its features. Companies should make sure that this is the right tool for them.
