**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I really like how easy AskNicely is to use and how dynamic it can be to fit the solution you are looking for. It calls out negative feedback right away so you can address it but also gives you the positive feedback as well, and keeps it fresh. Their customer service team is excellent as well.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

I think the only downside I see so far is that customers might be less likely to respond to an email that doesn't come from a contact they know, so it's easier for them to breeze past it. Though, we can just let them know to expect it and ask them to complete it for us and see if that helps.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping get a general pulse on how we are doing with our customers, which will show us how we can improve, which is a huge benefit so we can continue to do our best and meet our customers where they need us to be.

The customer support team are fast to respond and able to help with my enquiries whilst I'm learning how to use the software. I also love the AI technology that they have implemented this year.

It can be difficult to identify why a survey hasn't been sent, i.e. what the error is.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dynamic insights allow us to gain a deeper understanding of customer pain points, so that in turn we can use this to help solve problems within the business and provide our customers with better experiences.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I’m thoroughly impressed with how efficiently and quickly new features are rolled out. Every time I’ve requested updates, the team has been incredibly responsive and proactive in delivering them. The live chat support is exceptionally helpful, and the response times from every representative I've interacted with have been consistently fast and professional. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company. This platform has been one of the easiest to use; everything is right at your fingertips and, so far, has been easily integrated into what I needed.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

We recently gained access to the Reputation Management side of AskNicely, and while we've encountered a few features that require 3 to 5 extra clicks (which I’m sure they’re still refining), I’m impressed with the level of detail in the profile aspects. It's truly unmatched in my experience, and I’m confident the team is working diligently to perfect these features.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I really like how fast I get a reply, i also feel like we are valued. Also, the fact that the support we receive is constant until the end of the support period is needed. The staff will go into the system to try things out and make sure we are up and running. Also, they will implement features for us.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

It would be nice if we could see some of the features described in a bullet point (on how to do something). For example, creating a workflow. I made a small video to share with our staff so they can see step by step how to do this section step by step.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to set up a get more reviews workflow and it asks us to put a link to send the customer to leave a review. is there a way I can do it so the review is completed in AskNicely? fixed it by adding a feature to send customers to our review site. and much more

The interface is very easy to navigate, easy to respond to people, helpful automations and great response rates.

Was not integrated with my CRM so some processes were manual and reporting to others at my company was reliant on downloading data to Excel.

Allows us to regularly collect feedback on overall impression of clients about our company and how well our technical support team is doing. The real time feedback about what the top issues are facing our clients helps guide future improvements to our software.

I like how simple the layout is. Everything you need is within sight and easy to find. The saved filters are also accurate and quick to load.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Auto-response can sometimes fail even when the criteria are fulfilled. Not a dealbreaker but a response can go unattended if you're not aware.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require our customers to complete an experience survey to obtain their NPS score. This directly impacts our objectives.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The Ask Nicely implementation team helped us in getting started and running multiple feedback campaigns for our Accounting and Human Resources teams. Seeing feedback on their dashboard helped our leadership understand who to give kudos to and who needed some more training / help with their duties. Our company had some unique use cases for their product, so they helped us with biweekly meetings and monthly checkups to ensure that we weren't missing out on any of their feature set.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

We weren't able to automate everything, so they helped us with creating manual playlists to use for our surveys. This was due to our multiple departments under a single domain with duplicate customer names / email addresses.

A dashboard of critical feedback or positive feedback.

Gives great customization ability with custom fields in house.
I can schedule and manage surveys at will.

Still not much AI on free versions. Dashboard customizations are minimal. Alerts on - "It's the typical time you send a survey what happened" etc. Segmentation on dashboard.

NPS surveys and other simpler surveys can be customized and sent on the go. It benefits me with the variety in use cases.

It is synced with our systems, there isn't any additional work involved and actually SAVES time. Requesting feedback from our tenants/owners has been on my development to do list for over 12 months and I am SO glad we have found a suitable and easy way to deal with this.

We have the freemium version - the only dislike I have is that it doesn't have the features of the normal version! Haha.

I love how easy AskNicely is to use, from the initial onboarding process to implementing new features and integrations. The platform automatically sends surveys through our Salesforce contacts based on the cadence we set, and since joining in early 2024, we've seen a significant increase in 5-star Google reviews. Their customer service is exceptional, and I appreciate the AI insights, MS Teams integration, and testimonial tool that has enhanced our new website. It's also easy to gather and share data with my team, helping us spot trends quickly.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

The dashboard could be more user-friendly when it comes to downloading documents and forms. Also, the MS Teams integration feels cluttered with unnecessary buttons that can't be removed.

As a marketer, my focus is on increasing company awareness and ensuring we receive positive feedback that I can share both internally and externally. AskNicely helps by not only collecting this feedback but also allowing me to distribute actionable insights to my team based on passive and detractor CNPS scores. The best thing about ask nicely is the simplicity of the solution both for end users and customers. The interfaces are really easily configurable and provide a really simple way for customers to leave feedback and insight. From an end user perspective the ease at which insight can be gleaned and used to support improving our processes is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Using the new AI insights tool. Whilst the information gleaned from it is great and a good validation of where we are at a business it can be cumbersome to look at different views and timeframes.

We have a lot of customers and it is really useful at understanding what the it engaging customers think of us across the numerous different journeys we perform.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

It's important to understand how our members feel about our workplace, community, involvement, and facility upkeep. We are now paying close attention to resolving member complaints and situations only because of ask nicely, Ask Nicely is making our work much easier. By using this app, we can ensure that member satisfaction is maintained at 100%, which is incredibly helpful. We may easily get in touch with any member to learn about their issues based on their concerns that they expressed through ask nicely. Wonderful application for monitoring member fulfilment and satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

There isn't a point like that, however I'd like to draw attention to the one below as a suggestion:

A. A notification sound or pop-up sound would be nice. I'm not sure if this is possible, but if it is, it will be very beneficial because sometimes we forget to open the app and check the feedback. I believe that with this initiative, we would be more mindful of closing the cases during the weekends.

It is assisting us in accomplishing a specific client who is disappointed unsatisfied, or missed with some lack of attention. In this particular case, we are reaching out to the specific members through asknicely, comprehending their needs, and resolving the issues. By using this process, we are preserving our important members and business.

Ask Nicely really allowed us to incentivize customer service and make it a fun competition. It turned every need of a customer into an opportunity to earn a 5 star rating.

Some customers would give negative reviews for things not directly related to the individual the review was for.

It cuts through a lot of the red tape of customer issues. It allows to know what to train on.

The NPS and Reputation Management Products are very intuitive and Ask Nicely is continually making stheir product even better!

Ask Nicely is such a great product that I can't really think of anything I dislike.

NPS surveys done quarterly give us a proactive look at where we stand with our clients.  If we ever receive something less than a promoter score, we can course correct very quickly.

All automated and customers tend to be more honest with their feedback when they participate whereas they may not be as honest face to face.

Nothing, it's a great initiative for vendors and customers.

Helps customers share their experience with our company as their supplier. Especially if it was a negative one, they may not necessarily share that experience face to face. This gives us the opportunity to ameliorate ASAP.

being able to see if it was a owner or tenant comment is helpful by helping to identify where we need improvement and who is most affected.

not really a dislike, but maybe have the tenancy start date somehow so we can see if there is a relationship with negative/positive results and the length of the tenancy

It helps us identify any negative interations between Our Property Managers and clients, and can see "repeat offenders" and patterns etc to address this if there are constant issues

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

The system is very easy to set up and use. The features are well laid out and intituve. I am a new user with no prior experence and when I have had questions the Support team is always there to help. This includes some big changes I have made with our integrations as well as our large data sets. They have gone above and beyond to help.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Reporting can be at times a bit lacking and the date filtering is not tied to calendar quarters. I made this request and the development team will review it and I hope they can implement this. They are always open to new feature requests.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They mae reporting on customer sentiment and NPS so easy. The theme reporting has allowed us to target training to improve in many areas based on customer feedback.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

Using AskNicely to generate customer feedback/CSATs. Big fan of the way you design questionnaires to send out. The ability to create dynamic forms is impressive. 

Only reason I gave it a 9 was i couldn't easily find out if salesforce flow could trigger one off surveys. A support agent was quick to help me. Another reason why I'd recommend this solution.

Nothing I can think of now. If I can, I may come back and update this.

AskNicely have helped me a lot in finding answers in a quickly way for any issue that our customers report, but to be honest i always use the tool "rephrase", i think that one is pretty awesome, it helps me to create and have better communication with the customers. 10/10!

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Sometimes when i look for an specific word or issue it's a little bit difficul to get the result i wanted, needed or i remembered that i once found it.

When i need to search for old cases in order to fix or give a solution for our customers.
Improving my way to communicate with the customer through the tool "rephrase"

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

For a long time we have operated on what we *think* guests want and see as important. Now we have real data to tell us what guests truly see as important, providing us direction on where we need to enhance our experience.

Also, we have seen an immediate dip in negative reviews since people have a different outlet where they can voice their concerns about their visit and we can address them in real time.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

A great feature would be if AskNicely could help us prioritize areas for improvement by cross referencing the customer feedback data with where we identify as areas for improvement.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 10 specific steps in our guest experience that we have identified as being highly important. AskNicely is helping us identify which of these steps we are succeeding in and where we need to improve from a guest perspective. We are already getting actionable feedback which we are implementing solutions for.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I like that it integrates with our internal chat software, Slack, so that we can see our reviews real-time. Additionally, it integrates with Intercom so we can manage the communication with the customer from there. It has streamlined our process internally to allow us to manage both the review visibility and review communication directly to our customers through Slack and Intercom.

As of this time I do not have any specifics downsides. It does what it is supposed to do.

**Recommendations to others considering AskNicely:**

If I were to give a recommendation, definitely use the integration companies to your benefit. It has streamlined our process internally to allow us to manage both the review visibility and review communication directly to our customers through Slack and Intercom.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

AskNicely's product is mature and well developed. It is capable of meeting very complex use cases. The technical support in the implementation phase was excellent and we have had very little trouble getting it working. The platform is very easy to use, even for non-technical staff. It allows for individual branding of the different subdivisions of our businesses and it gives a sense of professionalism to our clients who receive our surveys. I have investigated many platforms, and this is the most smooth implementation that I've come across with no gimmicks.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Several years ago we considered this platform, but our business was smaller and it wasn't as affordable. Now that we have scaled to a larger size the pricing seems very fair.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If our clients have a less than stellar experience with our business, the last place we want them to go and vent is google reviews. We would prefer to capture customer experience data into our own environment where we can then address any concerns immediately and resolve them, without the customer needing to vandalise our reputation online to get our attention. In addition, we are using the platform to drive customers who like us towards the opportunity to review us positively on google.

Been in the Motor Trade over 40 years used various customer follow up systems feedback forms etc.
Ask Nicely is the best I have ever used is so easy to navigate and responding to customers is so easy.
The response rate is great compared to other systems I have tried easy simple questions Would recomend this to any type of business as Manager of a busy Service Department I need to know my customers are happy and if something went wrong know about it as soon as possible to address the situation.
App on my phone means I can check anytime also get alerts for low scores Highly recommended A+++++++

My Frontline staff have a vested interest in Ask Nicely Surveys, take it personally if our score is not a 10.
Has changed attitude of Frontline Staff more postive , have a new Advisor she has taken to the app straight away checks it daily sometimes more than once a day.

Give it a try  , forget about other systems you have tried or used.

Our businses has recently transitioned from NPS to CSAT style surveying which required a lot of set up on both sides. The Ask Nicely business provided brilliant ongoing service and support to help us reach outstanding goals.

The only downside was the difference in timezones between the US and Australia, but that has recently changed with our new customer success manager being in New Zealand.

It is helping us to better understand our customers critical requirements and in turn reduce customer churn.

It informs the user an accurate information and timely manner. It provides great oppurtunity to view the members and customers views regarding the agents success via survey. It is a user friendly environment.

None so far. they are very specific even if you use search mode.

Every details of things that I need to know, CSAT, NPS  and they are all very informative to an agent like me. You can use all the search mode to view all the information needed. When I'm researching for good resolution in my tickets I can see all those remarkable details by clicking the link. You also can see who are those people who excelled in their craft.

**What do you like best about AskNicely?**

I love how easy it is to integrate the feedback with Slack. It makes everything so much easier. I can see the feedback live and act on it straight away. As soon as I get a great review, I can post it and share it on social media. When the review is not positive, I can email the user straightway and book a call to understand in detail the problem he/she is facing. Everything is done without having to log in to the Asknicely website.

I would like to see more information about the users, for instance, their email, when receiving an alert on Slack.

**What problems is AskNicely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily understand what the user values in our product and what tools need to be improved. It's also a great resource for marketing actions, especially around social media sharing.

The system is awesome, but the customer service is really why I am here giving praise. Katey is a delight. She's so on top of her things, she is super organized, super knowledgable, and overall just awesome to deal with!

Took me a while to get it set up the way I wanted, just because there are so many options. But once I got it set up it is easy to navigate.

Amount of feedback from customers has massively increased which improves our customer insights. Previously we had to incentify customers to give feedback which limited us to a selective audiance, whereas this system gets a far more varied response. Sending surveys to customers manually was very time consuming, whereas this is click of a button.

I love being able to keep track of client feedback and love being able to use it to let my employees know where they stand in numbers. I use it everyday, multiple times a day.

**What do you dislike about AskNicely?**

Not much to dislike. It's fast and easy to use and i do not have issues. Support also gets back quickly and helps with all my needs.

It is soloving the issue to avoid not having mh employees know their scores. With AskNicely, they stay up to date on their reviews. It also allows me to find any errors that we can work on as individuals or as a team.
