Love that AskCody is built into Outlook, when we were looking at deploying very few companies had that. There are some limitation to the software and it isn't as customization as other systems out there. I have also found there to be a lot of transition in the customer success managers which takes time to catch up new staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you? I think one of the major problems we have had is using the analytics. Out organization has a lot of recurring meetings and there aren't captured in the reports. We have also found that the reports only work around half of the time. The solution gives clear visibility at each room (Using tablet solution from Glorystar) with current and future scheduling visible, the ability to book rooms on demand and showing users attending the meeting are key benefits. Just as easy at it is to get started with AskCody its is, then sometimes it feels like the articles and solutions only takes you halfway there as "this is so easy to do for us who know the product by heart that we leave some details out" kinda feeling.
