Bayaan is a governed enterprise AI workspace built on Microsoft Azure, for companies that want AI without losing control of their data. It connects directly to a company's own live business data, so teams can ask something like "What was EBITDA by property last quarter?" in plain language and get an answer with the source cited. No SQL, no waiting on an analyst. It doesn't stop at answering questions. From a prompt or an uploaded file, Bayaan generates PowerPoint decks, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents formatted to match a company's own brand and templates. Every revision is saved as a version, so you can review it or roll it back. Governance isn't an add-on here, it's part of the platform: role-based access, full audit logs, per-project knowledge bases, and source citations on every answer. Security and compliance teams can check exactly how Bayaan is being used and verify the results. Data stays in the customer's own environment and is never used to train outside models. Bayaan is one platform, deployed differently by industry. It's live today for commercial real estate teams, working with leases, occupancy, EBITDA, and CapEx. It's currently in pilot with a life-sciences real estate firm, generating investor-ready documents and answering portfolio questions. Legal and finance are next. Getting started is straightforward. Bayaan connects to a company's data inside its own Azure environment, teams ask questions and get cited answers, and those answers turn into decks, sheets, and documents in minutes. It's a faster, more accountable path from question to output than general-purpose AI tools offer. Bayaan was built by Al Rafay Consulting (ARC), a Microsoft Solutions Partner, but it runs as its own separate business and product.
