MapBees is a self-serve location-intelligence map for site selection, territory planning and market-share analysis. It scores every hex of a city on open map and census data with named methods — a weighted Score, Location Quotient, gap analysis, Getis-Ord Gi\* hot spots, Simpson/Shannon variety and 3x3 bivariate maps — and any hex opens to show the breakdown behind its number. Scout Bee, the AI map assistant, turns a plain-language question into one of those maps, says why, and undoes it on a tap. Free Tier available.
