AsistentiAI is an AI customer-service platform built in Albania. Its AI agent answers a business's customers around the clock on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and the website chat, in Albanian (even when customers write without ë and ç, or in dialect), English, Italian or the customer's own language. The agent learns from the business's website, product catalogue (Excel, CSV, WooCommerce) and documents. It never makes up prices, stock or policies. When it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to the team with a ready draft reply. Every channel lands in one shared, real-time inbox with labels, internal notes, quick replies, orders, bookings and tasks, plus roles with per-person rights. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Built for online stores, clinics, beauty salons, restaurants and service businesses. You pay per AI reply, not per user, and the free trial needs no credit card.
