The software is designed with the concept, in mind which is worst for someone like me whos not very tech savvy. The customer support needs to be more responsive. **What do you dislike about Ashop?** The customization options are somewhat limited which hampers the ability to fully personalize the store. The software is a bit pricey posing problems for businesses in terms of affordability. Ashop falls short of delivering a cost effective experience for businesses. **What problems is Ashop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its difficult to use the platform when you compare it to Microsoft Commerce, which consumes me a lot of time. This has been a disadvantage, for my business as it does not let me concentrate on important areas not ensuring that everything runs smoothly and keeps our customers happy. ### 2. The platform appears to cater more towards businesses while neglecting the needs of enterprises.
