You must spend 20 minutes retracing steps for the new support person, following the same troubleshooting steps you have already done with a previous support person. **What problems is Rocket ContentEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Content search and awareness, the ability to search our entire database for different text strings. Especially finding and retriveing reports and using the jumb box option. Some of the options are hard to find.
