It reads supplier and sales invoices without templates, proposes the journal entry using the firm's own chart of accounts, checks that it balances and flags issues such as mismatches, withholdings, VAT/IGIC errors and duplicates. The team only reviews and approves. It includes a client portal where the firm's clients upload invoices from their phone, see the status of each one and their estimated VAT for the quarter, exchange messages with the firm and answer document requests.
