Ascent HCM is a user platform that provide disorganized compliance management. There are aspects of Ascent HCM that are not good. Their support team is not always available to assist with any issues or questions. There are a couple of areas where I feel there need improvements. What problems is Ascent HCM solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving the user interface would improve the user experience. It falls short is in attendance. Leave management functionality. Ascent does the job, It provides the tax management, Tax history, Payroll history, Payslips etc. all in one place. The only thing I dislike about Ascent is, that there are many controls for which you need to reach out to their team for support, great support btw and yes, the UI!! the UI can be a huge area of opportunity. Recommendations to others considering Ascent HCM: Pretty straightforward platform - can use it for payroll and reimbursements.
