The support we've received from the Ascend Team since day 1 has been first rate. They have partnered with us at all steps along the way from design to testing to implementation and beyond. The team responds quickly to questions and issues that are raised and are open to feedback on ways to make the product better. The system has been very flexible to allow us to continue expanding it's use and functionality across the organization, delivering efficiencies in each use case.
