"User-Friendly, Organized Workflow with Seamless Dropbox & Outlook Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

I like that is it user friendly and easy to train and onboard new users. I always feel organized when using it because it's so easy to use and I set things up in the way that makes sense to me. I like that it integrates with Dropbox and Outlook so I can easily import my emails as tasks. The AI features help when I can't figure something out or don't have time to build out a full project on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Honestly, I've yet to find a downside. I have been using Asana since 2018 and it just keeps getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Intuitive Asana That Makes Even Big Task Lists Feel Manageable"
4/5
What do you like best about Asana?

The best thing about Asana is how clean and intuitive it feels right out of the box. It somehow makes even a huge list of tasks feel manageable instead of overwhelming. I also like being able to switch between a list, a board, or a calendar view depending on how my brain is working that day. The little animations when you complete a task are a nice touch, too—it genuinely makes checking things off feel like a win. Overall, it’s a smooth experience that doesn’t feel like “work” just to stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

One thing I find pretty annoying is that you can’t assign a single task to multiple people. I understand they want one person to be accountable, but in the real world a lot of work is a group effort, and having to duplicate tasks just to show who’s involved is a hassle.

The pricing can also feel a bit like a trap. It’s not easy to add just one person at a time, since you’re pushed into buying seats in blocks of five. For a smaller team, that ends up feeling like wasted money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Asana Enhances Team Transparency and Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

I appreciate that Asana provides a lot of greater visibility across the team, ensuring that assignments and information flows are transparent. I really enjoy the overall team calendar where all of our projects are overlaid, keeping everything in one spot and making it helpful for managing deadlines. Additionally, the platform itself is user-friendly and it was quite easy for us to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Task Tracking with a Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

I like that you are able to track your tasks and due dates. I really like that you are able to prioritize and categorize your projects. I've been using the categories to manage potential vendors for a health fair and set them in order of importance to make sure that certain categories are represented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

I find the learning curve with Asana a bit challenging. Some people took to it right away, but others, including myself, are taking a little bit longer to get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Collaboration, Hindrance with Paywalls"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

I like the ability to cross collaborate throughout different projects in Asana. The ability to add things to multiple projects for flow is so useful. This feature increases efficiency and tracking on our team. Being able to add one thing to several boards helps keep track of the amount of work individuals are doing. Additionally, it was easy to use with the instructional videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

I wish so much wasn't stuck behind a paywall as it makes non-profit work more difficult. I think the deletion option is a bit wary; I wish you could delete something off of one project and not all of the ones it was added to more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Friendly Task Management That Streamlines My Day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

it helps me with my everyday tasks. within an hour of the start of the day i've finished everything i had to do. i use the free plan so i do not get all the extra features but it is still a good one. i share the tasks my employees have to do with assigning them to each one of them. performance is great, it doesn't take any time loading all of the tasks. i have not yet needed to contact the support. the ui is very friendly, you get used to it the first day of using it. i have used it along with google drive and slack and it suit me great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

maybe if it had a step breakdown for each task instead of a plain description Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Asana Brings Clarity and Structure to Projects with a User-Friendly Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

What I like most about Asana is how it brings structure and clarity to managing tasks and projects without making things feel complicated. The platform makes it easy to organize workflows, assign responsibilities, and track progress in real time. I especially appreciate how everything stays centralized, which reduces the need to switch between different tools. The interface is user-friendly, and once you get used to it, it becomes a reliable system for maintaining consistency and keeping work aligned across different priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Although Asana is highly functional, there are moments where the platform can feel slightly complex, especially when dealing with more advanced features or setting up detailed workflows. It may take some time to fully understand all the customization options available. In some cases, certain tasks require multiple steps to complete, which can slow down the process a bit. While these challenges are manageable, simplifying these aspects would make the overall experience even more efficient and accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Asana Keeps Our Remote Team Organized and Aligned Across Time Zones"
5/5
What do you like best about Asana?

Asana helps me keep everything organized and moving, especially when working with a fully remote team across multiple time zones. It’s our single source of truth, and it makes it easy for the team to find what they’re looking for without digging around. I also love the dependency features, along with subtasks and milestones, because they help us coordinate work and stay aligned while working asynchronously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

I dislike that when I have recurring tasks with subtasks, any overdue subtasks keep popping back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
