## Asana Reviews
 ### 1. Unexpected Billing Change & Poor Support Experience

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I like best about Asana is its clean interface and the way it helps organise projects and tasks in one place. It’s easy to get started with and gives a clear overview of workflows.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

What I dislike is the lack of transparency and support around billing and account changes. Our plan was unexpectedly increased from 5 to 10 seats without clear approval, and despite raising support tickets, we have not received a response. This has created confusion and a very poor experience, especially while we are still onboarding. It’s also frustrating that as the account owner, I’m unable to easily control or revert these changes.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana is helping us organise our projects, manage tasks, and improve team coordination, especially across different teams and locations. It gives us a clearer structure for project delivery and helps track progress more effectively.

At the moment, we are also exploring how to use it with our clients as part of our project management and collaboration process. However, as we are still new to the platform, there are some grey areas in how everything works, particularly around user management and billing, which is making the experience a bit unclear for us right now.

 ### 2. Feature-Rich, User-Friendly Platform That Boosts Collaboration and Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love this platform for many reason. I love the feature in this platform where layout can be change according to the needs from the options provided like list, Board, Timeline and Calendar View. Though this is a small part , It greatly enhances the capacity of the user in prioritizing the task while also understanding the status of the task. Setting the priority of projects according to our requirement and segregation of task to manage efficiently is allowed with this feature. Other than this, adding teammates is much easier in this platform by providing option to add team mates and to collaborate or co-ordinate the task or workflow right from the beginning. This enhances connectivity and collaborative feature of this platform.

While adding new task creation, I felt that the the AI ability to refine the drafted text improves the accuracy and importance of the task to the Individual's to whom the work is assigned. Moreover while adding the new task, work can also be assigned to specific individuals. This fixes accountability and provides individuals with specific skill set that suits the task for timely execution of the project. Other than this while adding the task, Files can also be added relatively easily. I have seen that searching of files and adding it to the new task is really organized and easy in this platform.

The @mention which is also there in the features also allows connecting with other parts of the task by identifying the progress so that any part of the sideline task is not left behind. Other than this, It also allows seniors and other related departments to see the progress of the task.

I also really like the inbox of this platform as it really helps and provide customizable feature to organize the messages which greatly enhances the efficiency while going back for certain important messages again. This platform allows users to create different folders for different messages allowing user to organize all the messages. One feature stands out in the inbox is the ability for user to bookmark the messages. This really improves efficiency by allowing users to go through high priority messages and capability to segregate one from another with great ease.

ASANA AI is really creative and assist a lot in creating templates for the workflow. Strategic planning is made more easy and simple right from brewing to launching of campaign with its inbuild AI. I also love the ability in this platform to customize and add rules while designing the workflow. This platform have lots of commendable features, one more adding to the list is the ability of this platform to set periodic goals which improves the efficiency of the organization and also allows all teams to understand the target and work towards achieving the same. It also helps to realize the percentage of achievement made and areas of improvement to be done by all teams.

I also love the feature of this platform to drag and drop the new widgets on the main Screen. This really improves the visibility, Control and enriches the Main Screen. Other than this, The availability of this platform in android version or mobile version enhances the portability and usability of this platform. It is also worth mentioning that despite its many features, This platform have a user friendly interface which is really comfortable for users to work with. Its Browser platform is also fast and have little lags which is appreciable in this platform.

This platform also facilitates learning within. It enables user to grab and understand about the feature which will ensure that users get acquainted faster to improve efficiency in work.

Last but not the least, I love the platform ability to record video by external integration with Claap. This boost the applicability of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I love most parts of this platform but I wish that this platform is less costly. Reducing the cost a bit will allow MSME sectors to also utilize this platform to improve efficiency of the organization. Other than this I also wish that the android version was also as powerful as the browser version but I felt that the app version will need more improvements.

Here talking about Improvements I have also seen that the notification doesn't Pop up immediately on the main screen of the phone which I feel that the pop up notification should be notified fast for teams to act timely. Other than this when talking about reminders and notification, I wish that Important task notifications could also be send to personal WhatsApp number for highly prioritized task.

I also wish that this platform could deeply and flawlessly integrate with variety of other platforms, This would greatly enhance connectivity and boost robustness of this platform.

I also wish that this platform could generate the project accountability report and records of the individuals who executed the task.

I would be really more happy if the communication tools between team members were more improved.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness during task execution. This in turn contributes in increasing the productivity of the organization. This platform assist a lot for teams and departments to collaborate while working on a task or multiple interdependent and related task. It enables team to synchronize the final output of the entire project. The task management and tracking in this platform is outstanding with capacity to follow up and monitor all critical juncture. The AI in this platform can also be used as a personal brain storming assistant or even to get assistance for template creation of the workflow. This platform also helps users a lot by providing links to clear the doubt ensuring inlearning between the jobs when confusion creeps in. The Integration with Claap Platform externally is of great assistance in recording videos this really reduces the need to toggle between the application to meet the requirement. The dedicated button of recording is also of great assistance. This platform also enhances focus on certain critical task with its varied views. This ensures better resource allocation for completion of project. The reporting analytics is of great assistance to check the progress of output and reset the diversification of resources according to the renewed priorities. This platform enhances the accountability of the employees through the task assigned.

 ### 3. Effortless Project Management with Template Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah B. | Client Engagement Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like how easy it is to build templates in Asana and then customize each one for our specific trips. It makes sure everyone follows the same checklist while allowing us to add or delete tasks as needed, so projects aren't cluttered with unnecessary tasks. Tagging coworkers in tasks and assigning responsibilities is a breeze, and setting due dates helps a lot in organizing. The reminders that come through are really helpful because they take away the mental load of keeping track of each trip's task list. Overall, Asana provides managers with visibility into project status, prevents us from forgetting key steps in trip planning, and aids collaboration with the business office on invoices and wire payments. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

On my dashboard, the customized views don't work very well. The automations don't update often enough to make it particularly useful.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana provides visibility into project status, helps avoid missing steps in trip planning, and facilitates collaboration on invoices. Customizable templates and task tagging streamline project management, while reminders reduce my mental load.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I can never access the project files in the mobile app, which is really frustrating—especially when I’m out in the field.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 5. Powerful automation and a clean interface that saves time from day one

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo D. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Allows you to configure repetitive tasks and automate complex workflows in a matter of seconds, which helps save time. Additionally, its interface is clean, organized, and visually appealing, so teams can start using it quickly and without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The same task cannot be assigned to multiple people, which complicates shared work and team coordination. Additionally, the structure of tasks, subtasks, and projects can become confusing and disorganized quickly if not managed carefully.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a work management platform, it helps us organize, track, and coordinate tasks and projects as a team. Additionally, it contributes to reducing organizational chaos, lack of communication, and uncertainty about who should be responsible for each task. This way, it becomes easier to see how different tasks are progressing without having to constantly ask or request reports.

 ### 6. Powerful Project Management with Details to Improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas V. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana has various views like list, kanban, calendar, and timeline, which allows each team member to see the information in the way that suits them best. Also, the dependencies between tasks work really well. I use Asana to manage team projects and tasks, and it is useful for tracking multiple projects in parallel and knowing who has to do what. It helps me keep everything organized and see the status of each project without having to ask, and also not to forget tasks and maintain clear deadlines. The initial setup was quite easy; you create the account and workspace, and if you take the initial tour, they show you the basic functions in a few minutes. Additionally, I connect Asana with Slack for notifications, Google Drive to attach documents, and Gmail to create tasks from emails.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

It's a bit expensive compared to other options. And sometimes you get lost among so many features, there are options I didn't even know existed. The learning curve is a bit steeper than simpler tools like Trello. They could have better onboarding that shows you the main features without overwhelming you. And the basic plan could be a bit less limited, today to use several views or rules you need to pay for the premium plan no matter what. Also, the mobile app is fine but could be faster.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to manage team projects and tasks. It helps me keep track of multiple projects in parallel, see the status of each project without asking, not forget tasks, and keep due dates clear.

I’ve found it useful for project planning and for creating schedules. The user experience is solid, and the collaboration tools make it easier to work cross-functionally with other teams.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Customization was limited - I didn't like that you couldn't colour coordinate the rows instead you have to use categories. Aside from understanding the basics it felt like there wasn't a lot of support to use it in a more advanced way.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana does a good job of encouraging collaboration across teams. It also sends automated email reminders, which is helpful when you have tasks coming due. Overall, it helps keep our team aligned on the project plan, the next steps, and who is responsible for what.

 ### 8. Streamlined Task Management with Fun Visuals

**Reviewed by:** Elise M. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

I like Asana for its ability to keep everything organized and help us collaborate across projects, ensuring clarity and timely delivery. The animations for completing tasks add a bit of fun to the process. I appreciate the ability to track progress and add documentation both at the task and project levels. The initial setup of Asana was easy.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

At our tier, we can't add multiple people to tasks for partial ownership, we have to create a completely new task for them, which is annoying.

 ### 10. An Effective Platform for Managing Company Tasks and Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Asana has been a very useful tool for managing projects and daily tasks over the past year. I’ve been using it to handle company task lists, regular updates, and overall workflow tracking, and it has made coordination much easier. Tasks can be created quickly, assigned to team members, and tracked with clear due dates, which helps everyone stay aligned. The list and board views are especially helpful for organizing work and monitoring progress. We regularly update company-related lists and ongoing activities in Asana, and everything stays wellstructured and easy to follow. Adding comments, files, and subtasks within each task keeps all communication in one place and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth on email or other tools. Asana also improves visibility across the team, so everyone knows their responsibilities and upcoming deadlines. Notifications and reminders are reliable and help prevent missed follow-ups. Overall, Asana has improved productivity, collaboration, and transparency in our workflow. It’s a dependable platform for both day to day task management and longer-term planning, making it easier to manage work efficiently as a team.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

"Honestly, there's a lot to like about Asana, but a few things could be improved. Sometimes the number of notifications can feel overwhelming if you're part of multiple projects. Also, for new users, the learning curve can be a bit confusing at first especially with all the features packed in. And while the free version is great, some of the most useful tools like Timeline or advanced reporting are only available in paid plans. But overall, it's still a solid tool for staying organized.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the problem of scattered work and unclear task ownership. Before using Asana, it was difficult to track company task lists, updates, and ongoing work across different people and timelines. Important followups were often missed, and updates were spread across messages and emails. With Asana, all tasks are organized in one place, making it easy to see what needs to be done, who is responsible, and when it’s due. Over the past year, I’ve been using Asana to manage company lists, regular updates, and multiple ongoing tasks, which has brought much more clarity and structure to our workflow. The ability to break work into tasks and subtasks helps in managing even small details without confusion. Asana also improves team coordination by providing realtime visibility into progress. Instead of constantly asking for updates, I can simply check the task status. Comments, attachments, and activity history keep all communication connected to the work itself, reducing misunderstandings. Ultimately, Asana has helped improve productivity, accountability, and time management. It saves time, reduces manual tracking, and ensures that nothing important slips through the cracks, making daily operations smoother and more efficient.

 ### 11. Outstanding Portfolio Management and Team Setup—Perfect for Running Multiple Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I love, I mean LOVEEEEE the portfolio management capabilities. I also really appreciate the team structure and their updated custom field manager. As someone who runs multiple teams, 10/10 setup for my business. I also appreciate the lack of guest limits. Much appreciated. I use it every day. It's also been around forever and therefore integrates super well with other tools. The goal planner is also stellar.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think they are lacking in customization of fields. I appreciate that URLs in text fields act as URLs but it's odd for example that I can't make a link only field. Also, the relationships work well but I wish it worked two-way so I didn't have to click into multiple databases. Lastly, I wish I could disable assignee and due date on some projects OR have "items" that are not tasks. Customer support is so nice, but a bit slow. Lastly, I WISH I could drill down into reports the way I can in ClickUp.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my need for top-down view of my work. Reporting features are also helpful for capacity planning.

 ### 12. Asana Keeps Work Clear, Structured, and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I like most about Asana is how clearly it helps me see my work. All tasks are organized in one place, so I always know what I need to do and what is coming next. Creating tasks, setting due dates, and assigning work to team members is very simple. Even when projects become large, Asana keeps everything structured and easy to follow. I also like how flexible Asna is. I can view my work in different ways, such as lists, boards, or timelines. depending on what feels easiest at the moment. This helps me plan my day better and manage long-term projects without feeling overwhelmed. The reminders and notifications are helpful because they make sure nothing important is forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

One thing I dislike about Asana is that it can feel a bit heavy for very small tasks or simple personal use. If someone only needs a basic to-do list, Asana might feel like more than necessary. It takes some time to fully understand all features, especially for new users. Another downside is that some powerful features are available only in paid plans. For teams on a tight budget, this can be limiting. Also, notifications can sometimes become too frequent if settings are not adjusted properly, which may feel distracting.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the problem of work confusion and poor task tracking in many teams, work gets lost in emails. chats or meetings, and people are unsure about responsibilities and deadlines. Asana brings clarity by putting all tasks, deadlines, and ownership in one visible system. For me the biggest benefit is better focus and time management. I can clearly see my priorities for the day and plan my work without stress. It reduces mental load because I don't have to remember everything; Asana keeps track for me. It also improves collaboration. Everyone knows who is working on what, which reduces repeated questions and misunderstandings. Progress is visible, so meetings become more meaningful and shorter. It helps reduce follow-ups and constant checking. Earlier I had to ask people again and again about task status. With Asana, updates are already there, so I save time and avoid unnecessary messages. It brings accountability to the team. When a task is clearly assigned to someone with a deadline, there is less confusion and fewer excuses for delays. This makes everyone more responsible and improves overall work quality. It makes planning long-term work much easier. Big projects often feel scary, but Asana breaks them into small tasks. This helps me move step by step instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. It improves transparency between managers and team members. Everyone can see progress without pressure or micromanagement. This builds trust and keeps work relationships healthier. It helps me maintain work-life balance. Since my tasks and deadlines are clearly planned, I can finish work on time and avoid last-minute stress. I feel more in control of my day instead of reacting to chaos. It helps me maintain work-life balance. Since my tasks and deadlines are clearly planned, I can finish work on time and avoid last-minute stress. I feel more in control of my day instead of reacting to chaos.

The project management and task assignments are very straightforward. It’s been really easy to coordinate my team and keep track of which projects we currently have open.

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like how Asana helps me keep the project on track and ensure deadlines are met, while also allowing for effective division of work between teams. The integrations with third-party tools and workflows are particularly valuable as I can connect my work from outside and create rules on how work is distributed, done, and reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think admin features should be distributed to make it more decentralized.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me keep projects on track and meet deadlines while effectively dividing work between teams. Its integrations let me connect external work and create rules for distributing, completing, and reviewing tasks.

 ### 15. Endlessly customisable workflow tracking that ties everyday work to goals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura H. | Europe Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The ability to keep track of both formal workflows and ad hoc requests in an organised, prio-sensitive way that's endlessly customisable. I also really love the ability connect my everyday work with my goals, it gives every small task a sense of purpose.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

To do it properly, the set up takes a LOT of work and can be challenging when working within a big organisation. It also does take quite a lot of time & effort to train & onboard teams properly, create proper documentation for each new process, etc. - it is worth it in the end though!

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making unclear workflows clearer, defining areas of ownership and giving a much better picture of timelines and processes. It's also connecting my everyday work with our goals, which increases motivation and productivity.

 ### 16. Simplifies Project Management with Intuitive Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

I like Asana's usability and AI integration, which made it easy for me to transition people from Google Docs to Asana. It's pretty simple and user-friendly, so even those who were nervous found it manageable. The AI integration helps with many questions and provides suggestions on what to do or add. I also appreciated Asana Academy, which made the setup process very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Having an option to remove the project or portfolios I've viewed from the work dropdown. It just makes it feel cluttered, and newer users get confused as they are exploring other people's work in our agency.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps my team organize projects, plan backwards, show workstreams, and manage loads.

 ### 17. Effortless Task Management and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I really like being able to comment with people and work on a team shared task while not having to go through email or Teams. I also really like the ability of seeing all my tasks in one area and moving deadlines around if needed. It's valuable because we don't have to go through Teams or email to discuss a certain task. Everything kinda lives in the same area. So the comment section, the notes area, we can assign each other tasks based on where we're at with the project. Also, the initial setup of Asana was very easy. It also integrates with email and teams so you can set yourself tasks and reminders easily. The pricing is very affordable for us because we are a non profit.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think it would be helpful if Asana shared a little bit more about their rules more openly so that it was easier to set up rules, automations. Maybe being able to share, like, a blog or a post where they share more information about how to set up different tasks and kinda give to you a little bit more clear, that would be helpful.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to track team deadlines and my tasks, ensuring everything is organized. It automates task scheduling based on roles, so I don't worry about deadlines. I really like how the tasks will show up automatically and I know what needs to be done next or I can move the deadline if needed, so overall performance of Asana is great.

**Reviewed by:** S P. | Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Asana is very intuitive and makes it easy to organize work across teams and projects. The ability to view tasks in lists, boards, timelines, and calendars helps different team members work in the way that suits them best. Features like task dependencies, custom fields, automation rules, and goal tracking provide strong structure without feeling overly complex. Implementation is straightforward, and integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zapier make it easy to fit into existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Some advanced features, such as detailed reporting, workload management, and goals, are only available on higher-tier plans. For very large or complex projects, the number of tasks and notifications can become overwhelming if not managed carefully. Additionally, new users may need a short learning period to fully understand Asana’s structure and best practices.

 ### 19. Great for Organization, but Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I really appreciate Asana for keeping everyone organized, as it allows me to see who's a collaborator and check comments easily. My favorite thing about Asana is the animations that appear after you complete a task, which I find delightful.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think sometimes that some of the subtasks can become a little bit confusing if there are a lot of subtasks created. Sometimes it's a little difficult to follow. There's these sections, and sometimes there's so many different sections, and subtasks and different layers. And, quarterly tasks and annual tasks can be a little bit overwhelming. A lot of us as users had difficulty getting used to Asana. The learning curve can be steep for small companies.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana reminds me of tasks I need to complete and tracks when I need to finish them. It also alerts me if someone assigns a task to me, helping me stay organized and plan my day.

 ### 20. Template-Based Project Launch Makes Team Assignments Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katey F. | Administrative Systems Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that launching a project from a template enables my team to be assigned in their respective sections and can be dependent upon the completion of other tasks

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I hate that I cannot copy and paste tasks from one project to another. Especially when I would like to copy and paste tasks to a new template.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automation is getting better constantly and i am excited to begin to use AI to create even more efficiency

 ### 21. Streamlined Team Collaboration and Task Tracking in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha P. | Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that you can collaborate with team members and organize tasks into projects into portfolios so you have everything in one place. It makes it easier to track tasks with the rest of the team.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Sometimes the fields are hidden and its hard to know about all of the features Asana offers.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping task management clear and easy to follow. It is also making it easier to track due dates and communicate with the team

 ### 22. Intuitive UI with Great Collaboration, Needs Improved Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey M. | Sales Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana has a very user-friendly UI. The collaboration tools are great, including app mentioning on specific tasks and messages. The ability to create task dependencies is really helpful, outlining the structure of work and tasks within a project. Portfolios allow me to organize all my work in one place and complete dashboard reporting efficiently. The initial setup of Asana was very easy, with a minimal training curve.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I feel that the workflow builder is not user friendly, and I struggle with the customization of the platform. Biggest challenge we have is permissioning. You know, making sure that our clients can't export our task list and share them with other organizations. I believe that that is a feature of our license, but it should be a feature across all different license offerings with Asana. Especially for smaller organizations, we cannot always afford the enterprise level subscription. So having more features in the basic subscription would be helpful.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me organize tasks and keeps our team aligned. I value its collaboration tools, task dependencies for project structuring, and portfolios for organizing work and reporting.

 ### 23. Claude Integration Made Project and Task Tracking More Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael D. | Staff Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like it's integration with Claude, since doing so, I have made my project and task tracking process much more efficient and effective

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The UI is still a little complex and there are additional features that I don't fully understand how to use to improve my project management

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping streamline and track our tasks in the accounting and finance department to effectively meet deadlines and streamline financial operations such as month end close and payroll procedures

 ### 24. Collaborative and Efficient Yet Needs Better Task-Context Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniella W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that Asana is collaborative and that you can use it to see the same things that your other team members see. I really like how you're able to break down projects and then create duplicates for the following year if you're completing a similar project, rather than having to start from scratch. I also like that you can message other team members on a specific task if you have questions about it. The initial setup was very simple; everything's pretty straightforward and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I don’t like that if you aren’t subscribed to a project, but you are tagged to a task that you can’t see what the project is because that’s very confusing to know why you’re doing the specific task if you don’t have context. I think that if you’re assigned a task, you should automatically be able to see what the project is.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to ensure no tasks are overlooked, set up and manage project steps, and automate recurring tasks monthly. It helps us collaborate effectively, and I appreciate its project duplication feature for similar future projects.

 ### 25. Asana Keeps Complex Teamwork Clear and Structured.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rampukar R. | Frontend Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Asana offers an effective and structured approach to managing ongoing activities without additional complications. It is useful for maintaining clarity in the process of performing several tasks simultaneously, which is especially necessary when cooperation between various performers is required. The design allows one to keep focused on performing usual activities and its alright.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The disadvantage is that the dependence of tasks and the order of their performance must be manually changed when the workflow becomes more complex and non-routine.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key advantages of using Asana is the high degree of transparency in executing tasks. The information about responsibility, progress, and the current state of tasks is always available for everyone, and there is no need to interpret anything.

 ### 26. Asana Makes Workflow Management and Team Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Asana is super helpful to me in managing my workflow and keeping track of upcoming tasks. I love that you can collaborate with other teams and coworkers on tasks- it's super user-friendly. It's a great price for all of the features that we get and it's easy to understand when you're onboarded as an employee.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Very rarely, there are updates that are super disruptive to the work I am doing. Sometimes they take several hours and Asana is typically offline for that entire time.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me manage my upcoming tasks, projects, and deadlines by keeping track of to-do list items and when they are due. Instead of paper lists or calendars, Asana is an awesome place to house all of your tasks and also categorizes them chronologically, so you're able to prioritize your time super easily.

 ### 27. Clean, Fun, and Collaborative Task Management with Great Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Business Development, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Asana has been a great tool for allowing my team to collaborate on shared tasks, with a clean and easy interface, and fun app reactions when completing tasks (flying unicorn across your screen), as well as integrations with multiple applications like Claude, Hubspot, and more.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

One thing I haven't been able to figure out it saving a view when there are filters on my tasks, particularly when our team has a shared project and we each have our own task list. It defaults to the owners tasks or their view every time I log in. This could be operator error or oversight.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating automatic tasks for customer follow-up while integrating with our other applications to keep everything streamlined and organized.

 ### 28. Asana Keeps Projects Organized with Effortless Board & Timeline Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I like best about Asana is how easily it keeps projects organized and transparent. Switching between Board and Timeline views makes tracking progress effortless, and assigning tasks with clear deadlines ensures everyone stays accountable and aligned

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

What I dislike most about Asana is that it can feel a bit complex and overwhelming for simpler projects. Additionally, important features like timelines and custom rules are restricted to the premium plans, and the notification system can quickly become cluttered if you don't adjust it.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the problem of team miscommunication and chaotic project tracking by providing a central hub where every task has a clear owner, due date, and visual status.

The benefit: It saves time on status meetings, keeps projects delivered on schedule, and ensures I always have total clarity on my daily priorities

 ### 29. Asana Keeps Our Team Aligned and On Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny S. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like that the four of us can all work on one project and our individual tasks are clearly outlined and defined. We can take notes on each task, send info to collaborators, assign tasks, etc. It keeps us all on the same page and on time.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I have not found anything that I don't like about Asana.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana keeps us on time and clearly defined. We all know what our individual contributions are and what the others are doing. It keeps us on target.

 ### 30. Streamlined, Intuitive, and Game-Changing for Team Collaboration!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish K. | Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The feature to add subtasks has been refreshing.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Task owner doesn't gets saved, if you have multiple users.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Asana, our workflow was a mess. We were trying to manage complex projects using a patchwork of spreadsheets, shared documents, and emails. Information was siloed, deadlines were constantly getting missed, and there was no real accountability. It was stressful and inefficient.
Asana solved this by becoming our single source of truth. It gives us complete visibility into every project across the department. Accountability is now crystal clear, as every single action item has an owner and a timeline. This has dramatically improved our project completion rates and has fostered a much more collaborative and less stressful environment. We are more aligned, more efficient, and can focus our energy on creative work instead of just trying to stay organized.

 ### 31. Asana Brings Structure and Clarity to Our Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres A. | IT & Systems Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I like best about Asana is its flexibility for building real operational workflows, not just simple task lists. It allows us to structure work with clear ownership, dependencies, and standardized tasks that reflect how work actually happens across teams.

It provides strong visibility without micromanagement and integrates well with tools like Slack and HubSpot, which makes automation and cross-team coordination much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Asana is very powerful, but that flexibility can come with a learning curve if workflows and standards aren’t clearly defined upfront. Without good structure, teams can overcomplicate task setups or use it inconsistently.

That said, once templates and governance are in place, Asana becomes very efficient and easy to use.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the problem of visibility and accountability across complex, multi-team workflows. It replaces scattered communication across emails, chats, and spreadsheets with a single, structured system where every task has a clear owner, status, and deadline.

This has improved execution consistency, reduced follow-ups and status meetings, and given leadership real-time visibility into progress without micromanaging. As a result, teams are more aligned, work moves faster, and fewer tasks fall through the cracks.

 ### 32. Asana Keeps Projects Organized with Recurring Tasks That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandeli R. | Customer Support Reps, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The best of Asana is their tools to ensure projects, tasks, and to-do list is organized and completed within the time-frame. Bright and lightweight interface to search for tools and choose the right features for the specific work. Using the assignment creation to create new tasks has several benefits like adding due-dates and auto status update to easily track tasks status at any time. In addition, Asana recurring tasks automates task creation and can be assign on specific time and it has save me time from manually create it everyday at specific time.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Using Asana for the last three years is helpful and it has provide me with many high-quality project management and easy result, some minor issues that I dislike is with the project budgeting that is not accurate in allocating budgets based on project progress, it is too complicated to use and not really working for me.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Asana for task and project management help me to reduce manual task creation and automating many of the process thus reducing working time to manage daily tasks.

 ### 33. Seamless Team Collaboration and High-Level Overview with Asana

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew B. | Associate of Growth Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I really like the compatibility to work between teams with Asana. The dashboards are also great, allowing me to sum up individual projects into overall dashboards that provide a high-level view between projects. These features make it a lot easier to track overall goals and not get stuck in the minor details.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I think just some of the fields can be weird sometimes. Like, I want to be able to see when the last time a status was changed, and in order to do that, I have to basically make my users change the last status updated date so that a formula goes in and says when the last updated date was. Rather than it just saying or it being an option for that. It just turns into a bit more of a manual process.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana solves the lack of communication between teams, improves visibility between leadership and teams, and makes tracking overall goals easier.

 ### 34. Asana Keeps All My Work Organized in One Clean, Intuitive Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I LOVE Asana! It helps me track all my work in one place, saving time searching for messages and files related to each task. Its clean, intuitive interface also makes it easy to organize work and quickly find what I need.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The only downside is that it is not used across my entire company, so some work and communication still live elsewhere.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time because I no longer have to remember whether a message or file was shared through email, chat, or another platform. Everything related to the task is available in one central location.

 ### 35. Streamlined Project Management with Asana

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

What I love about Asana is just all of the tasks that I'm able to get done within a day, within a short time period because they're all organized. I can create projects and assign out sub tasks. There's so much that it helps optimize within our company. It has made my life easier as I can translate it to a new project and a new venture that I am doing, ensuring that our rundown is good for an event. So, yeah, it's just made everything simpler.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I feel like something that could be improved with Asana is being able to upload or import a table and have Asana create a project for me with that table. I know that Asana has a lot of integrations with different apps, but I feel like Asana is missing the capability of being able to convert data into projects. It would be super beneficial for our company and would help me with some things that I only live in Excel for. It was super easy, but definitely a learning curve for all the people that are not tech savvy. It can feel overwhelming for somebody.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me track tasks and monitor project progress across departments, providing visibility and reducing the need for constant communication. It makes collaboration easier and enhances efficiency, ensuring everyone knows their duties and gets their tasks completed.

 ### 36. Fantastic Task Management, Easy to Recommend

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like the My Tasks section and all the various ways I can remind myself to reach out to clients and complete tasks. I can create different task lists for different things and create different due dates to remind myself of them.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I am still learning the application but I would like text reminders to be an option as well instead of just email reminders.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana for keeping all tasks neat in one app. I like the My Tasks section for creating different lists and due dates to remind me to reach out to clients and complete tasks.

 ### 37. User-Friendly Tool That Streamlines Team Collaboration and Accountability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Very user friendly, can work with many others in a project easily. It has helped our team collaborate and hold people accountable to their tasks and see timelines with all departments. The set up was easy and creating the templates has been straight forward. Integrating into teams and email is good too.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I don't like how you can only add quantities of 5 people to a team, for payment structure, after a certain amount. In my opinion, you should only have to pay for the number of team members you have.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with cross department communication and keeping our projects on track.

 ### 38. Intuitive and Reliable Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I use Asana to keep track of the daily tasks that my team of engineers collects throughout the workdays. It's very intuitive, and the UI is also very easy to work with. Everyone on my team likes using Asana. Tracking and re-assigning tasks is very easy and helpful to my team. The initial setup was fairly easy; we rolled it out to a select few first, got a core going, and the rest followed closely behind.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The only thing, and it's not even Asana's fault, we are just waiting on our IT department to approve integration with our email service

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to keep track of tasks, ensuring nothing gets forgotten. It's easy to track and re-assign tasks, which helps my team stay organized.

 ### 39. Asana: Simplifying Task Tracking and Collaboration

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like Asana's AI-powered task management, improved automation, customizable project views, and real-time reporting dashboards. The seamless integrations with other productivity tools make collaboration more efficient and help teams manage projects more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Asana could improve by offering more advanced reporting customization, reducing the learning curve for new users, enhancing offline functionality, and providing more flexible notification settings to minimize unnecessary alerts.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

project creation, task assignment, deadline setting, and communication within platform.

 ### 40. Empowers Task Management with Clear Visuals, Needs Simpler Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mari D. | Application Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I like the dashboards and the way I can quickly see how a project is going by just taking a look at the dashboard and seeing the charts. This setup allows me to understand every part of a project based on the statistics. It's also helpful for monitoring time consumption on projects, budgeting hours, and seeing the percentage of completion. I appreciate being able to evaluate whether we're on track with tasks and knowing how much more we need to invest in a project. Asana's customization options were really nice, letting us find the right templates and workflows, even if it took a little bit of time.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

It's not very clear how to export reports, for example. It's also a little over complicated sometimes. So it's not as intuitive sometimes.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Asana to keep track of my tasks, control projects, and stay updated. It provides a clear view of timelines and progress, helping me stay on track. I also appreciate the dashboards for quick project status insights.

 ### 41. A Project Manager’s Essential Tool for Task Tracking and Team Accountability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent H. | Audio / Video Engineer, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

If you're a project manager, Asana is almost a necessity.

It is one of the most effective ways to organize projects. It lets you set up tasks, assign clear responsibilities to team members, and track overall status and progress so your work stays on track.

You can manage multiple projects at once because each project is contained within its own dedicated page. From there, you can create customized tasks in the order they need to happen, and you can also set up sub-tasks when you want to get more detailed.

What I love most about Asana is that it helps hold everyone accountable. Once you set up tasks and due dates, you can assign team members to specific roles. To assign a task to someone, type "@" and choose a team member from the list. Once assigned, they'll be notified in Asana and through their sign-in email address. After a task is complete, each team member can click the checkbox, and the project can keep moving through each stage of the process.

If you're working with someone outside your organization on a project, invited team members only have access to the information within the project they're assigned to. That way, they only see the project they're involved with.

On top of that, you can access Asana in a variety of ways. You can use the website through a browser or use the desktop and smartphone apps.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The only real downside to using Asana is getting everyone comfortable with how it works. It's most beneficial when everyone on the team understands how to use it and does so consistently. For some people, there can be a learning curve because of the way it's structured, so it may take a bit of time for the whole team to get on the same page.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you’re managing several projects, you need a tool that clearly shows where each one stands in the process. Asana is a valuable project management resource because it lets you view an overview of all projects in development, either from your dashboard or by using the drop-down within the Projects tab. It also helps you stay on top of tasks by offering list, board, gantt, and calendar views, so you can choose the format that makes the most sense for what you’re tracking. If something isn’t getting done, it’s easier to spot where things are falling behind and make sure everything stays on track. And if a team member runs into an issue, they can communicate it to you directly within the project. Overall, it reduces the need to ask, “Why didn’t that get done?” because you can quickly see the breakdown and what’s holding things up.

 ### 42. Visually Pleasing but Not Significantly Better than Basics

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia M. | Impact Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I use Asana for tracking my tasks. I appreciate that it helps keep everything organized and allows for categorizing tasks. I like seeing what the people in my team are doing. The look of the platform is nice; I like the colors and how bright and airy it looks. I also like that you can assign tasks to certain people. The initial setup was easy and not too hard.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

To me, I don't think it's all that much better than just a paper list or Google Calendar tasks or an email.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me organize everything and categorize tasks while seeing what my team is doing.

 ### 43. Excellent Budget Visibility and Audit Control for Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon L. | Financial Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The platform allows for auditing financial resources by linking custom budget fields to the operational tasks of each advertising campaign. This visibility curbs budget deviations, ensuring that the hours invested by the creative team align with projected profit margins.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I miss having more in-depth native cost reports, forcing me to export data to external spreadsheets to perform complex financial reconciliations.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The data transparency achieved drastically optimized the return on investment for each account. The main benefit is the elimination of financial losses due to unbilled work, guaranteeing impeccable financial health and overall profitability.

 ### 44. Straightforward Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I appreciate how Asana helps me collaborate with other team members by tracking our work towards progress deliverables, ensuring we have everything lined up for the entire scope of the project. I really like the 'My Task' feature, which allows me to see all of my work in one place and prioritize what I need to get done on both a daily and weekly basis. It's my hub for seeing everything on my plate and allows me to reprioritize things as needed. Additionally, Asana is very straightforward to use, which I find beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

There could be some improvement in Asana's customization options, especially with limitations around subtasks. It would also be beneficial to have more meeting capabilities, like spaces for agendas and notes that don't necessarily turn into tasks. Additionally, Asana's chat feature could be more robust.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asana helps me collaborate with team members, track work progress, and align project needs. The 'My Task' feature centralizes my tasks, enabling me to prioritize and manage my workload efficiently.

 ### 45. I use it to collaborate with my team and keeps everyone up to date with their tasks and projects.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josiah Joseph A. | Head of Customer Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I link the new Slack integration upgrades that now lets you react with an emoji on a slack message to instantly create a linked Asana task.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

In e-commerce, tasks like inventory audit or quality check are often collaborative efforts. The thing with Asana is you are forced to use subtasks or collaborators as a workaround, which can make it hard to see wo is actually working on what at the moment. Other tools such as Monday.com or clickup allow for multiple assignees, which feels more natural for team based roles.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main purpose we use Asana isi for project management and assigning tasks to teammates.

 ### 46. Well-Organized Project & Time Management Tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj M. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The platform is well organized for task, project, and time management, with flexible views on lists, boards, calendars, and timelines. It is well organized, defining ownership, dependencies, milestones, and progress. It allows for real-time collaboration through comments, attachments, and notifications.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

The free plan is limited in terms of advanced reports, workloads, and automation. Also, workspaces can get messy as projects grow without good naming conventions, tags, and governance, requiring disciplined setup and maintenance.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me replace ad hoc tracking via email, spreadsheets, or chat conversations. This helps me have better visibility on tasks, avoid missing deadlines, strengthen ownership, and ensure everyone is working on the same page by having all information, files, and conversations in one place.

 ### 47. ASANA Boosts Project Management Efficiency with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany B. | Founder/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

ASANA is just great with project management and automation. Im even more excited about using AI to increase output and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

To use ASANA properly & efficiently requires time to learn the system. I am still trying to master templates, projects and rules... learning how best to apply them to my business set up. I do find it expensive.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ASANA can automate tasks, and create workflows, reducing the time I take to follow up and direct my team members.

 ### 48. Intuitive UI, Rich Knowledge Base, and Powerful AI Orchestration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

Intuitive UI, easy to configure, informative help centre, extensive knowledge base and best practice, advanced AI and agentic orchestration

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Latest shift to AI orchestration from collaborative work management platform causes confusion among end-users. Some claims in agentic AI are overinflated (AI agents are as good as the knowledge they have access to - Asana not necessarily have process information)

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task and teams alignment, visibility of work processes, prioritisation of tasks, automation of standard process execution

 ### 49. Asana Keeps Teams on Track, and AI Helps with the Heavy Lifting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Asana?**

The more a whole team utilizes its features and stays committed to communicating in it, Asana grows in its usefulness and utility for keeping a team on track towards projects' completion.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

Sometimes it's unintuitive to take your ideas and get that detailed into Asana. If you're Type B, like me, this product won't make you Type A. But it still does a great job filling in, and its AI tool can even do some of the heavy lifting for details and task creation.

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating cohesion and uniformity across our team. It gives us a central place to track progress and communicate with each other.

 ### 50. The Best Project Management Tool Out There

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn R. | Associate Director of Paid Search, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Asana?**

I absolutely love the new home page it is so easy to get a quick grasp on what I need to do for the day and all my active projects. I also love that it is so easy to customize.

**What do you dislike about Asana?**

I wish you could apply co-owners to all tasks and subtasks

**What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All marketing agency facing problems. I am someone who works in an agency and it can be chaotic, but using Asna I can create a personal to-do, I can easily see how my team is progressing with their clients and also address anything that has been assigned to me. For my employees, they find its the most useful in creating clarity and boundaries with a client, by managing projects and pushing back on tasks, by showing what is currently in flight.
