I like to add an email to a new or existing task. The integration is seamless. I highly recommend the asana integration for Gmail suite. I specifically use it from my Email. I first have to save the email as a task, then go to asana, and change the task to a subtask of an existing task or to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Every email becomes either a task with attachments and becomes archived, or it gets discarded. I spend most of my day referring to tasks on Asana instead of searching my email. The best thing about Asana's integration with G-suite is It is very easy to transform an email into a task. We can share the document and other information easily. We cannot send an automatic email in asana to a client. For example, if I have some follow-up, I cannot set it up automatically. For that, we need another plugin (so another one). It lacks the functionality to send email from Asana starting from a task, but it makes it easier to create a task from a mail allowing to save time. I like best that it integrates so easily with Gmail - I am not sure what the price is like but I can assure it is worth every dime.
