Asana for GMAIL is a little plugin that makes your life smarter. You can add an email, like a task and put a date to respond, is like not forgetting in a sea of emails the really important things. Not forgetting important emails, if you check something while in-home or doing another job and cant reply instantly i prefer to put a task in asana, and also my coworkers can check it. Setting up projects can be really time-consuming. I also would like to be able to utilize a sub-grouping system but as far as I can tell that's not an option. It can be challenging to understand how all the features work without detailed instructions, and it takes a while to customize preferences,.Also, it can be pretty costly. IS very simple meaning that I know exactly where is everything and what do I need to work on.
