It supports merging emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, journals, and attachments while preserving folder hierarchy, metadata, timestamps, and mailbox properties. The software offers multiple merge options, including Merge, Join, and Contacts Merge, allowing users to combine complete mailboxes or specific Outlook data as needed. It can merge identical folders from different PST files, create a new PST, or append data to an existing one. A built-in duplicate removal option helps eliminate repeated items based on attributes such as To, From, Subject, and Date, resulting in a cleaner mailbox. Users can also merge data within a selected date range and protect the output PST with a password. The tool supports ANSI and Unicode PST files created by all Outlook versions and runs on all major Windows editions.
