Absolutely unhelpful, unprofessional technical support, they had unlimited disk space and today they told that only 30gb I have to use, killed my 2 sites don't have backups. Terrible support Lies all the time. They will give bad excuses, lie, they do not give the features offer on there website. Very frustrating and if you care of your business and even your health (avoiding a heart attack) better stay away from this company. Support is something they do not offer, they ahve eliminated the phone and only provide chat. they will waste time and then close the chat once they realize they can not fix the matter. NONE. suppose to have a very user friendly cpanel but they will lock you out and tell you to upgrade when on the website it states very well the features. Terribe careless service. It seemed to work at first but once they changed servers during an “Upgrade” configurations were never the same and essentially have had no email capabilities the last 3 years. Yes Years. Recommendations to others considering Arvixe Web Hosting: Never place a credit card for auto renewal on their server. You will Never be able to get it stopped for billing. I would recommend you actually do not pay by anything except a check or anything that cannot be reused for a renewal sir chances are you will regret it. I cannot imagine how a company can hide without any type of phone contact available. They make it so you give up in frustration when trying to seek support for anything. What do you dislike about Arvixe Web Hosting? Domains no longer come with whois protection, it's an additional $10 to get it. Sites lag a bit, evidence of shared hosting that is cheap. Recommendations to others considering Arvixe Web Hosting: For the price, it's a decent offering, but after my current contract is up, I will probably look elsewhere. Speeds, support, and value are not what they used to be. Support can take awhile to get, and quality is down as well. Speeds are far slower than they used to be. There is absolutely no support now. Recently, they let one of my SSL's lapse. I put in a support ticket with several reminders, and somebody replied a week later saying they need to charge me more money for my SSL due to a billing error. I never got an invoice.
