Arvisflows gives small businesses an AI assistant that answers customers 24/7 on WhatsApp, on the business website and by phone. It books appointments, visits, tables and rooms, sends automatic reminders, prepares estimates and replies in the customer's language. Owners manage bookings, conversations and settings from a single panel on mobile or desktop. Connecting WhatsApp takes a QR code, with no number change. Plans for appointment-based businesses (salons, clinics, workshops) and for bookings and sales (restaurants, hotels, shops). 14-day free trial.
