Even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person, I was able to pick it up quickly and start using it to track customer debts. This has saved me a lot of time and frustration. **What do you dislike about Finvi?** Finvi's customer support could be better. It would be nice to know I can get help quickly if I run into any issues. **What problems is Finvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finvi has helped me out in a couple of ways with managing customer debts. First, it automates a lot of repetitive tasks, like sending out reminders and following up on overdue payments. This frees me up to focus on more complex cases and strategic work. Second, it gives me a clear overview of all my customer accounts in one place, so I can easily see who owes what and prioritize my collections efforts. This has helped me improve my collection rates and get paid faster. ### 3. Their new or add on products are priced based on licensing and that model makes them not cost effective since the older platforms require multiple licenses per user in most cases to perform their work. **What problems is Finvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Third party collections and business management solution for state and federal assistance program ### 10. It takes no time to reach what you want to know or use. I love it! **What do you dislike about Finvi?** To be fair, there was nothing I found to dislike it for. It helped me all the time, there was no difficulty dealing with it. The best platform for all your collection needs, simplicity, and tracking all the customer info and payments. How can I forgot the call transfer options the best, with a simple one-click you could do that. The call transfer options without he hold. Easier Payment building feature and comments section for the history. **What do you dislike about Finvi?** The UI could have been more interactive as well as the functioning. Sometimes we had to face application downtime for 2-3 days in a row which was a productivity loss for the business. **Recommendations to others considering Finvi:** Best Platform for managing your end-to-end collections. **What problems is Finvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using it as an ARM platform for all the collectors in the center to manage client communication, Data, and records. and the payment history ### 17. The software application easily integrated with our dialing system allowing a great flow for call center agents. Updating Scott's using customizable functions really allows companies to create, modify and monitor workflows in real time. **What do you dislike about Finvi?** The implementation phase. If this type of software isn't properly set up or the planning isn't intense you can really set yourself up for failure. **What problems is Finvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We immediately utilized the built-in reporting in addition to creating some of our own reports within Artiva.
