Upside of SmartOffice application when compared to others are its very much easy to use. Pretty much every office file extension it supports. There is a learning curve, you need to be somewhat computer savy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering SmartOffice: There is nothing this system can't do. The reports alone are worth the switch. We can track more inforation on our clients than ever before. We can run list, run mail merges, follow ups, detailed notes, you can make phone calls (if your system allows) from the CRM and it will allow you to take notes and track your time on your call and then add it directly to the client file.
