It was super easy to use and very user friendly- I liked that I can use it on the go, no matter where I was. I like that you can assign taks and manage calendars. Student Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 12/2/2020 "FLIPPING AMAZING!!!! This saved me so much time and allows for on the go work!" 5/5 What do you like best about SmartOffice? I like the fact that it’s super easy to use. It really reminds me of Microsoft Office. It has many similar things, but much easier to breeze through. It wasn’t hard to learn, and it took little to no time to find things on my own. The user interface was easy to figure out. The layout was good. Simple, and really user friendly I like that I can also save files locally and to my cloud. This is something newer they have recently implemented If you need a new app to use on the go for work, this is it. The fact that the options for tables is not available. I don’t have them often, but I have had to use them lately and find myself having to find others way around using them or using another program to make them Least helpful has been some files not saving for me. I have to go back in and save them Twice. What I usually do now is I copy and paste into my email, and save it so I don’t lose my work. There were some lagging issues. Not sure if it was the program or my computer, but the glitches seem to be fixed. Some times the program would force close on me, but it would re open from my Same spot I left off. It’s a life saver and has really don’e a lot to save us time. If you want an app that’s very versatile for all, and easy to use.... get it! Stop thinking! What are you waiting for?!! Go download it... get the pro version and use all its awesome features. It really is beneficial for all. If you know how to use word, this is going to be simple as heck for you. This program allows for mobile use as well which makes it very easy while traveling to complete daily work. The fact that is very simple to use and just like Microsoft office and word makes it less intimidating to use. Having a program that is already familiar to you makes it much more exciting to use I have been able to share a lot of important files with co workers while I am Not in the office. It’s much easier to share on a local Drive with everyone rather than keeping track of all kinds of emails from many people. Not being Microsoft based it allows for others within the business to use the program. Microsoft wouldn’t allow for file sharing all the time with other people.
