The ease with which you can chat to members of their team, suggest and discuss new ideas which gain traction, agility of responses - there have been specific use cases which the Artie team took upon themselves to test out for us as performing the same on our side would have been a large undertaking. Clients using snowflake as a destination get additional benefits that Artie has implemented specific to this platform (performance metrics, and best of all the ability to slow down the sync overnight to reduce on compute costs). Once you have performed the initial integration, its really simple to take on new sources and update existing ones. New features are being released at a good cadence, most recently the ability to monitor replication slot sizes across your deployments and be notified of any breaches, which we have used to feed into a support process around this. Artie is the best data tool I have ever used. It just works. In an industry where people have probably been burned in the past by ETL tools the claim that it "just works" can seem hyperbolic...but it's true. Artie is a breath of fresh air in the data space and syncs your data between databases with ease. Also the customer support is amazing. I never need to use it, but the Artie team is always a quick slack or email away and truly top notch. I highly recommend them for a data team of any size. Artie is such a great tool that sometimes I forget to log into the paltform and see all the latest UI improvements they have made. Artie is a one-time easy setup and then forget about it. The support for whenever we have needed it has been great (on a shared Slack channel). Also, the slowly changing dimension tables have helped us maintain history on one of our core tables. We had some hiccups after the initial setup on the test environment with Postgres WAL size but Artie's support helped us resolve them real fast. Like many, our database systems are myriad. Artie has been a great partner in delivering data in real-time, working with us from the very beginning to customize integrations to our needs. Features like change alerts help us stay on top of unexpected development PRs, etc. Their custom monitors are there, too, to check for volume, lag, etc. All of this in an easy-to-use platform with above-and-beyond custom support.
