I love that Articulate 360 is very user-friendly, like an enhanced PowerPoint with steroids. It makes the work done and delivered faster and helps my team, even those at a basic level of instructional design, to analyze and create content with high impact. I really like the Storyline features such as triggers, layers with branching, and the transitions like Morph. The ease of usage overall is a big plus. With RISE, the basic responsive designs, new localization features, and generative AI are really interesting. Limited support for Mac (Parallels) and native Mac-based application is a bit negative. Publishing an offline file after it is completed for review or update, etc., in a Word or PDF document should get better. Storyline is hard for a beginner and has lots of caveats. Rise needs to offer more variety in sizing of content, custom options, some of the blocks are outdated like scenario and some blocked are so outdated they need removed like "Text on Image" block that screams 1990s when anyone uses it.
