"The ideal tool for simulations and creation of interactive courses."
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I use it a lot in program environment simulations. The various possibilities for setting up a simulation help a lot in the creation process and make development more fluid. An unexpected benefit was discovering that Rise also acts as a simulator; before, I only used Storyline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Although it works smoothly most of the time, I think Storyline still falls short in performance and ends up relying heavily on the equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rise 360 is dynamic, didactic, and easy to learn."
4/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I use Rise 360 a lot, and what I like most is that it's a very dynamic and didactic tool. It's easy to learn and anyone can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

There are two things that could be improved:

- There could be a version in my language, PT-BR. Not just the translation feature, but the tool itself, all the functions and everything within the system could be in my language.

- Having the possibility to create videos with AI within the tool, using VEO, for example. If this is included within the tool, just like there are other features, it would greatly help productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful eLearning Toolkit with Fast, Responsive Course Building"
4/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

It provides a complete toolkit for creating professional eLearning content. The interactivity features are powerful, and Rise 360 makes it easy to build responsive courses quickly. The extensive content library, templates, and media assets save a lot of development time, while Review 360 streamlines feedback and collaboration throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

For complex projects, it can become resource-intensive, especially on older computers. Deeper customization also feels somewhat limited compared to Storyline, and the subscription pricing is expensive for individual users or small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Articulate 360 stands out for its ease of use combined with powerful authoring capabilities.

The built‑in content library and streamlined review process make collaboration and development highly efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Some limitations of Articulate 360 include performance lag in Storyline when projects become large or complex.

Rise 360 offers limited customization and advanced interaction control compared to Storyline.

Additionally, it lacks robust native analytics beyond basic LMS tracking, which can restrict deeper learning insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Industry-Standard E-Learning Suite"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

The included Content Library (with access to millions of templates, stock photos, and characters) is a massive time-saver. The ease of publishing to Review 360 for stakeholder feedback also streamlines the entire production workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

From a design standpoint, while Rise 360 is fast, it is rigid regarding customization. If you want to break outside of the predefined block structures in Rise, you are limited in what you can achieve visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding AI Text-to-Speech and Seamless Review Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I use this application almost every day. I appreciate the ability to build my content in Storyline or Rise and then export to Review to share with my team. They are able to add feedback and it marks the slide/screen so I don't have to look for it. The AI functionality is outstanding. I am not spending hours recording and editing audio anymore because of the text to speech options. There are several interactions available and a large catalog of assets. I also love the articulate community, the support and challenges are so useful to get the creative juices flowing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

I don't dislike anything, but I would love it if there was a music/sound library included. The AI can generate some, but it is not as refined as we may wish it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Course Creation, Needs Improved AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

I love how Articulate 360 is an easy-to-use authoring tool that helps me create SCORM-compliant web-based courses quickly. The ease of use is a standout feature; it's quite intuitive and allows me to design courses much faster than other authoring tools. I appreciate its built-in templates, which come in handy when creating courses. The initial setup was straightforward and intuitive, which I could handle on my own without any assistance. Switching from Camtasia to Articulate 360 saved me time on course creation and provided more interactivity options. I also enjoy using the Articulate Rise's audio import feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

I feel the AI feature in Articulate Rise hallucinates or picks information from Google, which makes me trust less on the generated output. Also, it would be great if the Articulate team could add a feature to make minor audio edits in the Rise interface itself, like trimming, cropping, or inserting silence. "Intuitive and fun"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

Because it resembles PPT, it feels intuitive and easy to use. The newer AI-powered features also reduce my reliance on other tools for voice-over generation and character creation. On top of that, I like how versatile it is: using JavaScript lets me make the module more interactive and automate certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Since Articulate isn’t available on MacBooks, it makes it difficult for Apple users to work with it. Yes, Rise is available, but sometimes a client specifically wants Articulate Storyline files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Articulate 360 is a unique tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

Articulate 360 is a powerful tool to make learning content more engaging and less tiring for trainees. For our Instructional Designer teams, it also offers many audiovisual resources, as well as a user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

Occasionally, the system shows some instability, especially in the Review publications. Another point that could be improved is for Reach360 to actually evolve into an LMS, allowing the creation of learning paths and more efficient user control. It would also be important to consider its use not only by employees but also by external clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI resources in Rise and Storyline drive more creative content"
5/5
What do you like best about Articulate 360?

Lately, I have really liked that they are investing a lot in AI resources, both by bringing the migration of other tools into the platform and by creating new native tools that will make the training visually more attractive (especially since we can change the colors, sizes of shapes, etc.) and dynamic. I have already used them in some courses in recent months, such as the code block (to create an interactive game), custom block (diagrams, mixed media), AI image generation. This is both in Rise and in Storyline, which gives us an opportunity to create more creative content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Articulate 360?

The people where I work still have some difficulty configuring the Scenario block to create dialogues between the viewer and the character. Perhaps this configuration could be more intuitive, bringing another layout to make it easier to understand. I think a large part of the difficulty also comes from the fact that the platform's interface is not available in Portuguese (there are several other languages but not Portuguese), which makes it difficult for those who don't know a bit of English yet. Perhaps if they manage to make the platform's interface available in Portuguese, it will already solve 90% of the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
