Articulate 360 is highly regarded for its comprehensive suite, bringing together the rapid, responsive course development of Rise 360 with the rest of its tools in a single package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The annual subscription cost is high, the app has frequent bugs and crashes, and there’s still no native Mac support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Articulate 360 is easy to use and learn. It's a really great tool for making others learn things. I appreciate how it helps in creating a learning kit by the professionals without needing to depend on external agents. I find it useful and putting the requirement and topics will create a great learning toolkit in no time. The initial setup was quite easier than other products. I wish there were more agents for software technology and quantum computing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The wide range of solutions that it enables to our clients, the easy of use and the evolutions of Rise as a robust tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That Storyline is not available natively on macOS, or no iOS companion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe, so far, what I like the best about Articulate 360 is how clean it is. I love the simplicity of it. It is straight to the point, but also incredibly engaging at the same time. I also love how easy it is to use. With how we make modules now, it can be time consuming, but with Articulate, it cuts the time down in half for how long it takes to make a module. Super awesome! I know this is not the case for everyone who uses Articulate 360, so this is more personal than it is general, but my coworker and I wish that there was an easier to open a module made from Articulate when uploaded to our LMS. A lot of our stores use Chromebooks, and many people using these Chromebooks don't have every day access to a computer, so their computer skills are low. I believe that Articulate opening in a new tab can often times be confusing for those who are not skilled. Other than that though, no complaints here! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Articulate Storyline for about 15 years and am constantly impressed with their updates, training, and community. It's easy to search for solutions, find templates, and participate in the elearning challenges. They have a fantastic team of support techs and engineers. I've only had to use them twice over the years and both times they were determined to resolve the issue, regardless of the hours involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I can think of. I used to refer to Articulate Storyline as PowerPoint on steroids but it has evolved way beyond that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Articulate 360 is how easy it makes it to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging learning experiences. As a landscape architect, I often need to explain design processes, site analysis, and sustainability concepts to clients or team members who may not have a technical background. Using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, I can create interactive content with visuals, diagrams, and step-by-step explanations that help people better understand landscape design concepts. I also appreciate the ready-to-use templates and content library because they save time and help me create professional materials quickly while still focusing on the design story I want to communicate. One thing I find a bit challenging about Articulate 360 is that creating highly customized interactions can sometimes feel time-consuming, especially when I’m trying to adapt visual materials like site plans or landscape diagrams. While tools like Articulate Storyline 360 are powerful, there can be a learning curve when adjusting detailed interactions or layouts to match the way design information is typically presented in landscape architecture. It’s a great platform overall, but occasionally I wish the design flexibility was a bit more intuitive for visual-heavy projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the agility, ease, and performance of Articulate 360. It is an agile and easy-to-use tool. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of installation on machines and the content playback, which is directly in the browser. The agility in installation and the features offered make a big difference. I am so satisfied that this is the second company where I have installed Articulate 360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Storyline gives you deep control (triggers, variables, branching)
Rise lets you create clean, responsive courses in hours instead of days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Articulate Rise is fast, but:
Layout and design flexibility are restricted
Courses can start to look “template-driven” or similar
Less creative freedom compared to Storyline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Articulate 360 gives us suggestions and helps clear the process. It's more of a tool that suggests improvements, which is really useful for making modifications. The AI built into Articulate 360 is great for suggesting and cleaning up processes, making them smooth and free-flowing, which really helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any major issues with Articulate 360, but probably, the cost could be a factor. That would be something to consider. Otherwise, everything is fine and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
