With every new iteration, there are more options to customize the various blocks (Keep them coming!) and our team has learned how to use the pre-built blocks creatively to maximize their potential and increase variety. **What do you dislike about Articulate 360?** While I appreciate the ease of Rise, many of the pre-built blocks and interactions offer limited options to customize them. Would appreciate additional settings to customize the blocks. For example, the potential to switch elements where they are located in a block, the ability to add images or media files to more blocks, and more options to format them to suit our needs, more blocks that operate horizontally, etc. **What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the entire Articulate 360 suite, we are able to tackle most projects in-house without having to out-source other technology or skills. ### 5. Articulate Tech Support is so quick to respond which often translates to less delay on getting your problem solved. The triggers are so easy to use and provide a rich set of functionality at my fingertips. The Master pages function provide an easy way to apply consistency across the project. Integration of Javascript triggers adds further functionality beyond Storyline's programming. Review 360 makes it easy to share the project with Stakeholders, allowing them to see the fully functioning course and provide comments/requests for change on individual slides. **What do you dislike about Articulate 360?** There are a number of features that need more work in making them fully functional or have a buggy edge to them meaning constant workarounds are required to get the job done. For example, you can use the Freeform polygon tool to create custom-built paths but once completed, it is locked in and you can't edit the points. Storyline provides objects with many states, but when the object is used as a button, the Normal state is always visible, even when the button toggles between the Hover and Down states, which can make some button designs look completely wrong - a kludgy workaround is required to get this working. When you move a grouped object and press undo, often the object won't return the grouped elements back to the same location they all started in and there is no way to get it back to what it was - apart from closing and re-opening the project, losing what you did since your last save. On reviewing the forums, looking for potential bugs or workarounds for something you're struggling with, you'll often find that the issue was presented to Articulate over 4, 6 or more years ago and still behaves the same way, with many people having complained about it since then - indicating it's not just a concern for a small number of people. An example of this is how Storyline doesn't have a Text Wrap feature (like PowerPoint and other layout applications have), which would be SOOOO helpful in allowing us to create unique page designs. **What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to build completely bespoke courses from the content we're provided by our stakeholders. This helps us to make content that is more engaging to the learners and focuses on the outcomes we need from them. ### 6. One example in particular is the undo/redo queue.
