**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Rise 360 is a very fast, responsive authoring tool.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Not too much overall; however, sometimes the storyline glitches, or the performance slows down.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick responsive courses, and AI features that help me create materials.

 ### 2. Versatile App Packed with Features and Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I appreciate most about the app is its broad range of features and the flexibility it offers. I find it useful not only for its main purpose, but also for a variety of other tasks beyond its original design.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Many enhancements tend to stay on the backlog for extended periods, and there are numerous time-consuming workarounds required as a result.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a highly versatile e-learning design tool that allows me the freedom to create truly creative and innovative e-learning experiences.

 ### 3. Awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I really like using Articulate 360 because it makes creating courses so much easier and more fun. I love that it has both Rise 360 for quick, polished courses and Storyline 360 when I want to get more creative and interactive. The templates and content library save me a ton of time, but I can still customize things so they don’t all look the same. Overall, it just takes a lot of the stress out of building courses and lets me focus more on the design side of things

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

One thing I don’t like about Articulate 360 is that some of the features feel a little limited unless you really dig into Storyline, which can take extra time to learn. The subscription price is also on the higher side, which means I will likely not be able to have access once my subscription runs out.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate helps me save time with templates and built-in assets, makes it easier to design professional courses without advanced skills, and streamlines collaboration through Review 360.

 ### 4. Articulate User for 14 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I’m a huge fan of Articulate 360. I’ve been using since 2014. Honestly it’s kind of given me a career. Storyline is my favorite tool. The flexibility to create whatever I have in my head. Also low key, best tool I use is the Review tool. Even if I don’t have a storyline file or a rise course, I’ll put it in the Review tool and send it to stakeholders for accurate feedback tracking.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Ugh, this is hard. I love Articulate 360, but I dislike when I run into issues. And I go to research an issue and the solution is either still unsolved from 12 years ago or there’s a complicated workaround. I feel like they’re putting a lot of thought into Rise, and forgetting about their flagship product.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves a ton of issues. So much content needs to be delivered sooner then sending a Facilitator all around the state. We can use it to get practical content to our learners when they need it.

 ### 5. Articulate user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I like best about Articulate 360 is Rise. It makes it easy to create clean, professional-looking courses quickly without needing advanced design skills. The responsive design works seamlessly across devices, which is especially important for staff who access training on the go. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is—building and updating modules in Rise takes much less time compared to other tools.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

What I dislike about Articulate 360 is that some of the more advanced tools, like Storyline, have a steep learning curve. While the features are powerful, it can take significant time to master them, especially for creating complex, interactive courses. Additionally, the software can be resource-intensive on some devices, which occasionally slows down development. For simpler courses, the advanced functionality can feel more than necessary, making the platform a bit overwhelming at first.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps us create consistent, high-quality training quickly. Rise allows for fast, mobile-friendly courses, and Storyline handles more interactive scenarios. This saves time, reduces costs, and makes learning more accessible for staff.

 ### 6. Most important part of my eLearning toolset

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate360 gives you all the tools you need to build exceptional eLearning experiences, whether you are a longtime user or new to the eLearning field. As someone who has been building eLearning for over 10 years, I’m still finding ways Articulate can enhance my eLearning projects. Review360 has been incredibly valuable in our development process by making client reviews simple and efficient. No more guessing what screen my client is asking for revisions. As someone who started with Articulate years ago, I found that its learning curve allowed me to quickly create digital experiences with its intuitive interface. I cannot create the level of training I am able to without Articulate360

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

As a continuously updated application, I do run into bugs or little quirks in this software. Some of them are able to get by, if you know the trick. But none are ever so bad that I can’t get my work done.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate360 helps us to create eLearning quick and efficient with high quality our customers expect.

 ### 7. Multilanguage Publishing That Makes Training Content Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Multilanguage publish content in different platfotms

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Nothing to add—the solution is amazing for training and development.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Democratize learning production with instructional design methodology.

 ### 8. Rise and Customer Service is top-notch. Storyline, not so much.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Rise 360 has been a game-changer for building clean, professional-looking eLearning content quickly. The interface is super intuitive—even folks without a background in instructional design can jump in and start creating. I really like how everything is block-based and mobile-responsive right out of the gate, so it looks great on any device without a bunch of extra formatting. The built-in interactive elements (like timelines, flashcards, labeled graphics, etc.) are easy to use and make the learning experience much more engaging without having to mess with coding. We use it every day in some form, and it is our preferred development tool.

It’s also really collaborative, which is a huge plus. Since it’s cloud-based, multiple people can build or review a course at the same time, and changes happen in real time. I’ve found it especially useful for team projects and fast turnarounds.

A quick plug for Peek 360 and Review 360, which are also easy to use and practical.

I have also appreciated the customer service I have received from the Articulate team. Even though my problems haven't always been solved right away, they always communicate quickly and clearly, and we eventually come to a resolution.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline. While on the surface it seems to have deep and customizable tools, it is very archaic in many ways. It is terrible with cloud storage, which makes collaborating on files difficult and almost impossible. It crashes frequently, and is littered with bugs. It is difficult to teach new people and integrate into our workflow, because most errors cannot be explained. I'd like Storyline to come into the modern era - work better with cloud storage and do the basics well before getting crazy with AI features, etc.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rise, in particular, speeds up development and provides a modern and approachable user interface. It is easy to learn and utilize.

 ### 9. Effortless Training Module Creation with Tons of Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The best part is that we can create the training modules with so much ease and there are so many templates which we can use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don't think there is anything that I dislike about this platform.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating the product modules for sales and marketing teams

 ### 10. Fast, Efficient Course Creation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber L. | Senior Learning & Development Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 to create eLearning courses for our company, and it makes the process easier and faster. I like that it's web-based, and the installation was very easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don't like the frequent updates, meaning I have to call my IT department to get Storyline updated usually every few months.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to create eLearning courses easily and quickly, enhancing my workflow.

 ### 11. Designing with Depth: What I Love and Challenge in Articulate 360

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi S. | Senior Analyst, Instructional Technologist, E-Learning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is an incredibly powerful suite for eLearning development, and what I like best is its ability to create highly interactive, learner-centric experiences-especially with Storyline 360. The flexiblity it offers through triggers, variables, and states allows me to design complex interactivities and branching scenarios that feel personalized and engaging. I appreciate the Review 360 feature as it streamlines feedback from stakeholders, making collaboration much easier. Articulate 360's strength continues to grow-not just in interactivity, but also in localization and AI tools. Its one-click translation in 70+ languages, built in math editors, morph transitions and smarter AI assisted content creation are all game changers. Overall, the platform is ideal for creating learning that's not only functional but also engaging and learner-driven.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

While I really enjoy using Articulate 360, especially Storyline, there are few areas where I feel there's room for improvement. One challenge with Storyline 360 is that storyline has a steeper learning curve, especially when working with advanced features like variables and conditional triggers. Second, while it's a powerful tool, the interface design hasn't evolved much-it feels a bit date compared to some of the more modern cloud-based platforms. Another challenge is that Storyline doesn't support real-time collaboration.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves a key challenge in today's learning environment: delivering engaging, interactive, and scalable eLearning without needing to code.
It benefits me as a designer in several ways:
It gives me creative freedom through tools like triggers, variables and states, allowing me to build personalized learning paths, simulations, and assessments.
It enables rapid development especially with Rise 360 for responsive, mobile-friendly courses and AI assisted features.
It streamlines stakeholder collaboration with Review 360, so feedback loops are faster and more organized.
And because it supports SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration, I can ensure that my work is trackable and measurable across platforms.

 ### 12. Effortless Course Creation Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly g. | QA Curriculum and Designer II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The quick and easy method of creating courses. I use all the products by Articulate especially storyline and peek. Those two main tools allow me to create courses and supporting SOPs and Job aids to help my customers.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

it crashes when I am working on a file with over 500+ slides. It happens every single time.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that articulate hash all the products in one package so I do not need to use different programs to do different things.

 ### 13. Quick to Learn and Design with Rise 360

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LATRESA W. | Employment Training Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Ease in learning the tool quickly and begin designing.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish Rise 360 offered an auto-play feature for slides that includes text-to-speech. This would make the experience much smoother and more accessible.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transferring in-person courses to online modules has helped save time.

 ### 14. Effortless All-in-One Suite That Streamlines Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randi G. | LXD, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

A complete suite of tools that works together effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Can lack features that other tools provide. I wish Rise had more options for personalization.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to quickly create and share content for reviews. This helps us get through our work faster.

 ### 15. Standard software solution for e-learning authoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is the standard software available for elearning development. The various software offerings allow a range of courses to be created - Rise for quick, easy development of web-based learning, Storyline for slower but more powerful courses with all sorts of user engagements possible, and Review 360 for collaborative content and layout reviews. If you're responsible for training development and delivery, this should be the first tool you add to your tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some other software now available have more fully integrated AI capabilities for automatic inclusion of avatars, voiceover, and language translation, so Articulate 360 can't quite cover everything that you might need to do for elearning course creation.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training courses need to be developed and delivered to address knowledge and performance gaps.

 ### 16. Essential Tool for Collaborative Learning Design

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate Rise and Articulate Review has been an integral part of our team, as we use it to design unique learning experiences for our students. Review has been crucial in ensuring all team members have the opportunity to provide feedback to ensure we are creating the best possible product for students.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The Articulate Storyline user interface could be more up to date and user friendly.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are ever changing and updating their platform to provide newest tools and technology.

 ### 17. Responsive and Customizable e-Learning Tools

**Reviewed by:** Angela S. | Education Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I really enjoy the freedom to be creative and the level of control that Storyline 360 offers me. It is truly customizable and limitless in its options. Rise is an unparalleled tool for rapid e-Learning development. It is responsive and easy to use. Another amazing feature is being able to embed Storyline blocks into Rise to bring interactivity to the next level.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish Articulate Replay had more features and were more similar to Camtasia. It would be nice if Storyline were cloud based like Rise is.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Articulate 360 suite of tools allows for dynamic, interactive, and responsive e-learning that is ideal for offering learners asynchronous learning options.

 ### 18. Articulate 360 transforms eLearning design with Power, Simplicity and Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sudipa S. | Learning Consultant and Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

1. It's an all in one Authoring Suite.
2. Storyline 360 is ideal for scenarios, branched learning and advance user interactivity.
3. Rise 360 is quick and responsive.
4. Review 360 speeds up the review cycles and simplifies collaboration.
5. It facilitates seamless integration, delivery and implementation.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

1. Beginners find Storyline 360 overwhelming
2. No Mobile App support
3. Occasional bugs and unexplained crashes
4. Storyline 360 is not fully responsive
5. Rise 360 has limited features as it is template-driven.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Though this question is not relevant to me but I feel It provides faster time to training, cost efficiency in the long run, ease of update and modification of content and maintain brand consistency and global reach.

 ### 19. Excellent product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan H. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the scope of the tool. You can create simple content quickly, as well as complex content with variables and conditions to create gamifications or very interactive activities. The great thing about the suite is that you can not only embed content from the tools themselves, but also embed content from other applications and create much more interactive courses with add-ons from other programs. Having AI Assistant within the programs is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

That Ai Assistant has an additional cost while in other applications it is already included, that Ai Assistant works in Spanish since in some cases the prompts and results come out in English and these results are reworked by adding a prompt to translate into Spanish, although artificial intelligence is very good at optimizing times, it needs more refinement such as textual citations and references from where it gets information, generate evaluations of more than 10 questions, a Spanish version in the case of Rise.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, technical support is good except for some very rare cases where they take a long time to respond or it takes a long time for a response, but there have been very few cases.

 ### 20. Great experience using Storyline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre D. | Training Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

It was very easy to get up the learning curve and start creating content.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Sometimes cut and paste doesn’t always work properly and other objects get shifted around.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create content to sell as training Courses for our customers.

 ### 21. Simple and Intuitive Platform, Perfect for New Designers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the simplicity of the platform. It makes it easy for new instructional designers to learn and for us to have SME’s participate.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish there was a search and replace feature for phrases or words. Sometimes we have language that changes and we need to update a single word the whole way through a training. In Word, you can search and replace. It would be nice if Articulate had that as well.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate allows us to design interactive e-learning quickly and distribute it via our LMS. It’s showing the value of e-learning to our SME’s, so they can free up their own time not delivering the same webinars over and over.

 ### 22. Effective Employee Training - Made an Ease!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayson H. | Canadian HSE Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate has many different features that allow your creative aspirations flow and thrive. Very few limitations in place, allowing full creative control.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Many software applications are now introducing their A.I. models with no additional charge or "Tier Up" required. It would be great if Articulate allowed users that are paying the annual licensing fees access to the A.I. as well.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a software that can read our Power Points effortlessly with what I have found to be a 100% compliance rate is a huge benefit. Less clean up time required. Articulate allows us to provide training to our employees that is custom and not broad or cookie cutter.

 ### 23. Great tools!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin C. | Training & Education Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love Rise and the new AI voices in Storyline. I also love the updates that happen. It is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The costs is a bit high - would love to have a personal account but its too costly.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m about to test the new feature in Rise where I can do a quick share. Hoping it will create a movement to move away from our LMS and provide quick and easily accessible training.

 ### 24. Impressive Growth, But Conditions Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda M. | Owner, Designer, Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate is constantly growing and improving! I’ve been a long-time user and have been able to watch Articulate grow and constantly evolve and improve to provide better services to their users.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

My biggest challenge with Articulate tends to be around triggers and conditions. If one thing is out of place, things get complicated pretty quickly.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My clients are requiring better accessibility in their courses so the developments in Accessibility and AI (to assist) have been a HUGE benefit to me and the work I do.

 ### 25. The Good and the Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

We chose Articulate because the course build was intuitive with a lot of baked-in interactive features. Our staff are subject matter experts, but not necessarily super familiar with building out an online learning experience. The interface has made it easy for them to create courses with interactive components on their own. We also LOVE the feature of being able to invite other team members or partners to review and comment on course content before launch via Review 360. The Learning Pathways feature in Reach360 is also great, but given some lessons learned since purcahse, we no longer think we will be using Articulates LMS component (Reach360).

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There are several features we thought the system had, that it doesn't, and some that we wish it had. The system definitely seems to be geared more towards a more internal learning audience (e.g., corporate training).

We liked the Storyline feature very much - but missed that it is only available to PC users, and our staff are mostly on Macs.

We understood there to be tools to allow us to monetize courses via Reach360, but that appears to not be the case.

We wish there was a native whiteboard/FAQ/Comments board option - we have had to get creative for those things and connect different software to accomplish this need.

We intended to embed some courses on our site for free via the HTML exports, and then have some where we wanted full LMS data captured. The way the library works, however, we need to do inhouse development work to connect the libarary via API to build a "copy" of it where we can present users with all learning options.

Working out logins, presenting certain info to certian groups, and course registration without making our users set up yet another account and login outside of our site started to get pretty complicated. We are currently taking a step back and re-thinking our needs and a plan forward.

Themeing and brand templates are not easy to accomplish - and very limited in scope. We have found some ways around this issue that we think will work, but it is definitly a trial and error, is taking a lot of time to think outside the box on how to do it, and does end up with more work for our authors. I really want to be able to go in as an admin, set fonts, colors, logos, etc, and have that be the default for all authors in our org.

In today's day in age, I also want the product to do more to apply or help my authors apply accessiblity standards.

The product stands out for its ease of use and the quality of the materials used. I found it straightforward to handle, and the materials feel durable and well-made.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The cost required to access the system is a consideration. Additionally, there is a certain level of knowledge needed to both access and create content within the system.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on onsite content creation for the Engineering team. The turnaround is quick whenever it's needed.

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

AI voice feature, no more having to do my o n voice overs

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline still can be difficult to do a simple project, but rise can’t meet my needs either.

Allows us to make custom content.

 ### 29. Highly Customizable Courses for Every Need

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

There are several different options available to customize a course.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The subscription is expensive and we have to pay per seat.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The LMS makes it easy to deliver courses and share ongoing work with stakeholders.

 ### 30. I love Articulate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer J. | Product Trainer / Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love how creative Articulate allows me to be. I learn new things every day. I also love the discussion forum, e-Learning Heroes. I post often and always receive responses quickly. This is a great community of creative minds!

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think the software can be buggy sometimes. For instance, sometimes the text-to-speech does not work, and I have to make a change in the actual text for the audio to play.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate is allowing my company to create e-Learning that simulates real life experiences at the user interface on our machines. This better prepares the students when they come to our live training.

 ### 31. Empowering eLearning with Intuitive Tools and a Supportive Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany R. | Sr. Instructional Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The elearning Heroes community. I love how easy it is (for me) to use Storyline and Rise. The new accessibility checker in Storyline is a great tool to use especially because it attaches feedback to the WCAG standard.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline is not available for Mac. Although I I use my MacBook Pro to develop, I have to use a virtual Windows machine.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

elearning development; helping team members grasp accessibility requirements to development

 ### 32. Love Articulate, have always have, yet so much room for improvement.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sankalpa C. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love the flexibility and the scope it provides in terms of tailoring the learninig experience for learners. So much we can do with this product.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

1. Some imporvement in AI assitant image generation can be helpful. Currently the ouputs are not that great when we are trying to gneertae human real characters.
2. The image generation AI tool also doesn't allow upload of image and generation of someting similar that may be very useful for our use case.
3. The UI can be better. Currently usability is great but can visuals improve. ALthough I like the slide based view.
4. Some things like bendable arrows, curves are missing in the shapes options. those are very useful in creating flow charts/mind maps.
5. Some more inbuilt real life character options can be useful. there are not much options for healthcare industry characters in SL.
5. Some library of inbuilt JS triggers that can be used for basic functions (Like highlighting, zooming, etc) can be useful.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us customise Learner intreactability in courses the most.

 ### 33. Energetic, Insightful Conference—Wish It Lasted Longer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen B. | Education coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love the overview and sharing of tips and tricks some of it is a great refresher however there's always a new Hack That is available. A conference that is full of energy and is engaging your staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and open to suggestions

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Nothing I think it is an excellent conference I guess the duration could be longer as I would love to hear more

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More functionality within storyline. Tips about creating engaging content very enlightening

 ### 34. My Articulate 360 Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna O. | Learning & Performance Consultant , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love the option to include accessibility’s into my courses.

I also really like how I can make my E learning courses not just impactful but interactive.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I truly struggle with layers in storyline. Between layers and triggers, the ordering of these items can be really irritating at times.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 is streamlining certain features like closed captioning and because of how user friendly it is, I was quickly able to feel more comfortable with the software. Because of this it cuts down on the time it takes to create courses and trainings, makes them more user friendly, engaging and accessible.

 ### 35. The Swiss Army Knife of Learning Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliana V. | Instructional Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Powerful, capable, versatile tool. Articulate 360 is like the Swiss Army knife of learning content creation—versatile, powerful, and capable of producing incredibly beautiful results. The integration between Rise and Review 360 is seamless, and customer support is consistently reliable.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

While it’s easy to get started with simple projects, unlocking its full potential requires a deeper learning curve, and I wish there were more accessible tutorials, step-by-step projects, and learning clubs to develop fully. UI feels outdated and needs a refresh. I wish it would have a more modern, refreshed interface, as the current design feels a bit dated; think Figma or Canva vs Powerpoint 1998.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps me create learning content that’s not only interactive—with the right triggers and logic—but also visually engaging. Its seamless integration with Rise and Review 360 makes our team’s workflow smooth and collaborative, saving time and ensuring consistency across projects.

 ### 36. Easy for experienced content developers, intuitive learner interface, but could use add'l features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 to give learners the fundamentals of how to use our software. I've found, if you're an experienced learning content developer, it's very easy to pick up 360. I like that I can set a variety of things that define the experience for the learner and measure success - such as navigation, marking modules complete, passing percentage, etc. With established corporate templates, creating a new course with all new content can be done relatively quickly. Exporting a scorm and uploading to our LMS works well (though it would be even better if I could configure this once and forever afterward just click to upload the scorm direct to the LMS). In addition to the advantages for the content creator, it provides a pretty intuitive interface for learners and it can be an effective and interesting way for them to get prepared to use our software.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There are some lacking features that could make this product far better. Here are two:
(1) I cannot move or copy a block from one module to another. I see you added the feature to copy a module to another course, but I still can't copy a block to another module within the same course. Sometimes I need to reorganize content and it's unnecessary work if I have to rebuild something from scratch just because it's currently in the wrong module of the course.
(2) I cannot preview a single knowledge check question without previewing all the others before it. The workaround I use is to move the question to the beginning, preview, then move the question back to where I wanted it. I shouldn't have to do this.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to scale learning content to learners who will use our software, while accommodating differences in those learners. For instance, some have previous experience with similar software, some don't. Some only need a subset of content from a course. Some learn quickly and need only go through the course once while others need to review the content multiple times before they're ready to progress to the hands-on software labs. Articulate 360 gives me enough options that I can get most of the learners on the same page before we move to the next phase.

 ### 37. User Friendly Course Authoring!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane L. | Director, Human Resources/Talent Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

It's easy for new, inexperienced trainers to learn how to create professional, interactive digital training experiences.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Haven't experienced any downsides, this is a great product!

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because this online software is so intuitive, it makes on-boarding new trainers less time-consuming. Also, the publicly available, editable courses have been a wonderful resource as we can leverage these to quickly design and deliver training for our employees.

 ### 38. Articulate is the key to successful onboarding and training for my company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** matthew z. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

It’s very intuitive and user friendly. I do wish there was a Mac version however.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish there was a Mac version. Unfortunately it is only available on windows devices

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to provide universal standards and education within the company. Articulate will give me the tools to provide interactive and helpful training for all.

 ### 39. Effortless Course Authoring Makes Creation a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip M. | Manager of L&D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The ease of course authoring id great for course scalability.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don’t love the limitations of the blocks, having used the mighty extension it makes sense to consider some of these design elements in your authoring tool

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for newer employees to the industry who may have a high skill ceiling and could potentially be excellent as an L&D professional but have little to no course authoring experience

 ### 40. Standard Manual for Restaurant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** María de Lourdes C. | Operation Services Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

We were able to transition from a physical manual to a completely digital one, including interactive media and videos.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think there are some tools that can be maximized, like other process templates. Or the way hoy can edit pictures in Rise.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to save money in physical copies and save time on how the operation deals with updates.

 ### 41. Intuitive and Adaptable Tools for Effortless Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin Y. | Senior Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate is highly adaptable and guves the developer easy to use, intuitive tools and interface.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

More advanced interactivity can be difficult without coding skills.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapids development with intuitive interface.

 ### 42. Unleashes Creativity with User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is very user-friendly and allows you to be as creative as you want to be!

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish the AI voices were more real sounding, and I wish you could adjust the voices more.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate provides branching opportunities that allows learners to choose one of two options. This is great for scenarios! We have call center agents, and this allows them to practice different scenarios.

 ### 43. Game Changer for developing training content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy M. | Knowledge Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

We love the ease of use and customer support as well as support from the community of users.
We use this often for all new projects and we are hoping to implement AI features as well within the next year.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

My only concern at this time is requiring all seats to have buy-in for the AI features. Because this is a price increase, it would be much easier to have our frequent users invest in and implement the AI Assistant immediately. If we have one team that refuses, then everyone loses out.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick easy creation of training materials for ongoing projects.

 ### 44. Flexbity in designing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto Paolo F. | Sr Assoc Mgr-Knowledge Mgmt, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The platform offers a wide range of features that can be utilized by designers, and the interface is easy to navigate as well.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

From my experience, the major downside is that it requires a fast internet connection. At times, the design process is disrupted because pictures and uploads take time to load.

However, this issue might be specific to my situation. Feature-wise, I believe everything else is perfect.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a design perspective, one notable business improvement is the standardization of designs. However, I’ve only been using Articulate 360 for a little over a year. As for budget, cost, and overall efficiency, I cannot speak for the team’s perspective.

 ### 45. Content and Instructional Designer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony . | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Rise is an intuitive platform and was easy to pick up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline specifically has a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to streamline the development process.

 ### 46. Interaction Now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaimie S. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The ability to think of how learners need to learn and being able to create that experience. There are out of the box options and customization available when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I would like to see more more video and recording creation tools.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training is available to a variety of different learners in different lines of business

 ### 47. Create Engaging Online Courses with Articulate 360

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Storyline 360 is a powerful eLearning authoring tool with a lot to offer. While there’s a learning curve, the abundance of free tutorials makes it easier to get up to speed. Once you get the hang of it, creating interactive and professional-looking courses becomes intuitive and rewarding

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There is a learning curve to understanding how the tools work.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Articulate Storyline enables us to create interactive, engaging online courses instead of static ones, giving us a competitive edge in the e-learning space for our industry.

 ### 48. Great Integration, But Collaboration Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah S. | Senior Learning Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The ability to integrate the various products with one another is a valuable feature.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Collaboration can be challenging because sharing the AI assets is not straightforward.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a repository of tools that can be easily accessed and updated is essential. This approach ensures that resources remain organized and up to date, making it much simpler to find and maintain the tools when needed.

 ### 49. Great Ease of Use and AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan F. | Director, Learning and Development, North America, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Love the ease of use, interactivity options as well as the new AI and localization features

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Not a dislike per se, but would love to see branching scenarios brought to rise360 as well.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us solve rapid elearning design needs

 ### 50. Great building platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia H. | Learning And Development Specialist - Content, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 provides packages between its rise and storyline offerings to truly create a customized learning approach for your business and your audience.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some areas are not as accessible as others. For instance, you cannot create interactive videos throughout.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me speed up timelines and fine-tuning the content that I build as a team of one.
