Downsides are the absence of a built-in reader and offline access. I like to highlight things on a paper, so I wish I could have this chance and my annotations are saved. I also find Bibliogo is not very user-friendly and the organisation of papers in folders seems impossible (smart folders are difficult to comprehend and I find it tricky to explain it to my colleagues).
