The new AI feature of summarising articles is helpful to filter them down to a manageable number and the reports available ensure we can maximise the use of the system and not overspend on articles unnecessarily. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** It can be hard to get consistent levels of recording/tagging articles between teams, but it is great that the system has a duplicate order check so we don't get charged twice for ordering the same article. **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to manage references and order new articles when needed. Consolidates these into one location and reduces the need for managing subscriptions and accounts. ### 3. Article galaxy has not only saved me time on presentation but the ability to extract information that much faster has made research a much less mundane task. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** There's very little to say, I find the site to fit my needs very well. **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I struggle to find motivation to sort my references - this is no longer a problem thanks to research solutions products. ### 4. Makes it easy to quickly utilize the software with minimal learning. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** Article Galaxy sometimes has an explainability issue. It can be difficult to understand where the chosen citations and results came from. The citations are good, but why those citations were chosen is not necessarily clear. **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Classical literature reviews are very time consuming and often leads to missing key sources. Article Galaxy helps with this by rapidly performing this literature review and finding topics that are a mix of both recent and impactful. ### 5. The platform is veyr good overall, I really like the flexibility which allows to personalise the platform and integrate our tokens/subscriptions. Sourcing articles from reprints desk is very easy and quick. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** Downsides are the absence of a built-in reader and offline access. I like to highlight things on a paper, so I wish I could have this chance and my annotations are saved. I also find Bibliogo is not very user-friendly and the organisation of papers in folders seems impossible (smart folders are difficult to comprehend and I find it tricky to explain it to my colleagues). **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avoiding duplication of costs is a big asset I think. Also, the reduction of admin work associated with article purchases has had a very positive impact on the company and people seem more motivated to read articles, because it is an easy process. ### 7.
