The platform is veyr good overall, I really like the flexibility which allows to personalise the platform and integrate our tokens/subscriptions. Sourcing articles from reprints desk is very easy and quick. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** Downsides are the absence of a built-in reader and offline access. I like to highlight things on a paper, so I wish I could have this chance and my annotations are saved. I also find Bibliogo is not very user-friendly and the organisation of papers in folders seems impossible (smart folders are difficult to comprehend and I find it tricky to explain it to my colleagues). **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avoiding duplication of costs is a big asset I think. It can also be annoying when a download fails for certain documents and a new link has to be requested. I like the way you can integrate the article galaxy widgets directly with websites, such as pubmed and google scholar. The ordering process itself is easy, and provides you with a rental option if you are unsure if the article will be useful. I also really like the fact that you can integrate Bibilogo directly into word (windows and mac compatible), allowing you to insert in-text citations from your library and utilize the Cite While You Write feature in word. By using this system, we have been able to build a comprehensive library for our company. **What do you dislike about Article Galaxy?** Since they change the design of the webpage, it is much harder to find the login for system administrators now. **What problems is Article Galaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small biotechnology company and will be filing our first IND next year.
