We had a tight timetable already - and then COVID hit with a 6-1 deadline and our office working from home. Our broker went above and beyond to make it as simple as possible, always answering our questions which were many. **What do you like best about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?** Customer focus--we implemented at the beginning of COVID and they went above and beyond for us. **What do you dislike about Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.?** Just wish they were closer to us geographically. **Recommendations to others considering Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.:** Do not hesitate to consult with them. Be open to their recommendations. **What problems is Arthur J.
