ArthaLeads is a CRM built only for real estate sales teams in India: builders and developers, channel partners and brokers. Every enquiry lands in one list with its source attached: Facebook and Instagram lead ads import automatically, new WhatsApp chats become leads, website forms connect through a free WordPress plugin (8 form builders) or the API, and Google Ads lead forms are available on Enterprise. Portal leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com can be imported from a sheet. QR codes on site hoardings and brochures capture walk-in buyers with the source tagged. The WhatsApp AI agent (Growth plan and above) replies to buyers 24/7 in English, Hinglish, Hindi or Marathi, asks about budget, need and timeline, shares the brochure and location and books site visits. The team works from one shared WhatsApp inbox and can take over any chat. Approved templates and campaigns go to filtered lead lists, and every lead carries a WhatsApp consent status. Sales teams get a Kanban pipeline, follow-up reminders, one-tap calling, AI lead scoring with a daily Hot Today list, AI-drafted messages, call recordings with AI summaries, and project-wise pipelines. Managers get attendance with selfie and location clock-in, a team performance dashboard and conversion and booking analytics. Closed deals become bookings in one click, with brokerage and GST calculated and a branded PDF invoice carrying your logo, RERA number and bank details. Each company's data is kept separate and role-based access shows agents only their own leads.
