The support team is also very responsive and helpful if you ever run into the rare and minor glitch. Occasionally there are minor issues (ie: manually geotagging properties and designing in new build communities) but support is effective in resolving these issues. Extremely professional and it’s truly been refreshing and a pleasure to have met and worked with Walid, Jeremy and the Artemis team as we watch them grow. **What do you dislike about Artemis?** - not necessarily dislike - because ANY issue we’ve faced has been resolved, there was a few minor bug issues in the beginning, but now we are working towards improving the battery time of use and cost versus savings and production reflections. All of this takes an enormous amount of data, communication and implementation, which we cannot ask for a better team to be working with. They assisted us from front to back to ensure that our products and services were well represented to our sales network. As an EPC, it’s important for every option and every adder to be displayed properly and priced correctly. Sales teams and child teams are well represented with their appropriate visibility and options. As far as the design software, it’s the quickest and most accurate I’ve ever seen. The ML design tool will map your roof, all obstructions, and give you the optimum solar layout base on your initial programming. The battery only section was a HUGE piece for us, being able to change from solar to battery only on the fly while showing savings propositions is a game changer. We have nearly zero change orders now and our electrical designs match the proposal perfectly because we don’t have to move around the sales reps layout due to obstructions. We have had a regularly scheduled meeting with the Artemis team weekly for about a month to ensure our success and roll out. They are always to accommodating and do the mockups we request live on a google meets call. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Any sales rep that I have that says “idk, I’m used to ” quickly becomes a believer when I make a mock proposal with them in less than 5 minutes, then they never go back to the old way. If your selling solar in 2025 and beyond, you should try Artemis. **What do you dislike about Artemis?** Nothing, it’s all great. It gives the user the almost complete control and allows for highly customizable designs to be generated. The satellite imagery is constantly updated so recent changes can be accounted for and the features are very user friendly and easy to familiarize with. The customer support chat feature is responsive and provides solutions quickly and the team does a great job of implementing entirely new features if requested by the association using it. The production estimates and utility rates are very accurate and allow for minimal change orders down the line, leading to higher customer retention. Artemis effectively integrates your tools into one place. It provides a one-stop-shop for most things needed to submit your project without having to bounce from tab to tab. The proposals are generated almost instantaneously and in a customer facing friendly format. It's easy to read and navigate. I've been in the solar industry for many years and this is the best solar proposal generation tool I've used. **What do you dislike about Artemis?** Artemis does occasionally have its bugs and can have some outages, but these are rare and quickly repaired. There currently isn't a feature to remove obstructions that no longer exist (trees that have been removed, etc.), which can sometimes make proposal generation a bit more difficult. With very new builds, the imagery isn't always up to date and shows an empty lot when there is a house there. **What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Artemis is solving the problem of adding site survey scheduling and utility bill uploads to it's platform. This is extremely beneficial as it reduces the need to hop from tab to tab and manually transfer data often leading to mistakes in user entry. Artemis is also solving the problem of lack of customizability with panel arrays. Being able to manually add panels and rotate their orientation has been helpful in creating the perfect design for every customer. ### 13. Anytime that you are accustomed to one tool there will be a learning curve on how to use a new tool. I've used 3 different solar software's before and Artemis is the easiest and quickest to use. **What do you dislike about Artemis?** Not necessarily a downside of Artemis but when a home is located in more remote locations, good high quality satellite/flyover pictures can be hard to obtain and so sometimes designing isn't the easiest to manually do.
