## About Artemis
Artemis is a unified platform for energy and roofing companies that brings design, sales, financing, and operations into a single system. Teams use Artemis to go from an address to a fully priced, lender-approved proposal in seconds, whether the job is a energy or roof project. The platform was built by the founders of Monalee, who created it to fix the problems they ran into running their own installs: too many tools, too many handoffs, and too much time between first contact and signed contract. That experience shaped a product focused on speed and accuracy at every stage. On the design side, Artemis uses AI to analyze roof geometry, obstructions, setbacks, shading, and irradiance, then generates a complete system layout or roofing scope automatically. An advanced editor lets sales reps and designers make adjustments on the fly, no technical experience required. Reps can reposition panels, swap materials, update measurements, and see pricing reflect changes in real time, all within the same tool they use to present and close. On the sales side, reps can present proposals in person or over video with live adjustments to equipment, materials, and pricing. An embeddable quote widget lets companies turn their website into a lead capture tool that matches their brand and delivers instant estimates to homeowners. On the financing side, Artemis presents loan, TPO, cash, and insurance options in a single view with side-by-side comparisons. Soft credit checks run without impacting the customer's score, so financing conversations happen on the first visit instead of the third. On the operations side, Artemis includes a built-in CRM that lets companies manage projects through every stage of their pipeline, from lead to install. For teams that already use Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs, the platform integrates directly via API and syncs with marketing tools, operational dashboards, and fulfillment and permitting workflows. Artemis is built for sales and operations leaders at energy and roofing companies who are tired of stitching together disconnected tools and losing deals to slow processes. It replaces the stack, cuts costs by up to 75 percent, and gives teams a way to close on the first visit.

 ### 4. Efficient Solar Design with Some 3D Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the feature of switching between panel types in a single design with Artemis. It cuts down a lot of design time compared to having to create a duplicate model and switch panel type manually. Also, the ability to determine building, tree, and surrounding area height through LIDAR, sun shading, and calculate how much a solar system production is very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I find the 3D mode option challenging because it often disappears from the site. When it's available, I can't see the panel heights or edit roof/obstruction heights. Also, the initial setup of Artemis was kinda rough due to the lacking features

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis helps me determine elevations and sun shading via lidar, and estimate solar output. The feature to switch panel types in one design reduces design time significantly.

 ### 5. Convenient Yet Complex Solution for Roofing and Solar

I like that Artemis is easy to use and convenient. It really helps the process go smoother, giving me convenience and peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

If it was a bit easier to use, there's just a lot of things that go on and simpler would have been better.

Artemis gives me convenience and peace of mind, and it helps the process go smoother.

 ### 6. Streamlines Solar Presentations with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne B.

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like that Artemis makes the whole process easier from start to finish. The navigation of the site is easier than the last platform we were using. I really appreciate having the ability to change things on the fly. When I’m at a customer’s home, I don’t have to say I’ll figure this out and come back, I can handle it right there without needing another appointment.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

So far, just getting used to all the different icons and things that we can use and we'll be able to use to make things easier in the future

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis makes the process easier from start to finish, with easy navigation and the ability to change things on the fly in a customer's home, eliminating the need for follow-up appointments.

 ### 7. Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Solar Design Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how easy Artemis is to use. I appreciate the cost, it's more cost-effective compared to our previous tool. It allows me to design projects really quickly. I really like the satellite imaging feature where you can just put in the customer's address, and it pops up their house. It's great that you can easily plug in either the cost of their bill or get detailed by adding their monthly electricity usage. It's also nice that it can be used by pretty much anyone, and you can train third parties in just a couple of hours to design a system in a few minutes. The setup process, even though ongoing due to our large company size, is quite easy overall.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Their satellite imaging looks like they only use one source, so there is a problem with placing some modules on the roofs. But all in all, it's great.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Artemis cost-effective and easy to use, allowing me to design projects quickly without needing a degree in CAD design. It's user-friendly for third parties, enabling quick training and scaling with other companies.

 ### 8. Exceptionally Responsive Team and Rapid UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne C. | Solar Sales Consultant, Renewables & Environment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The team is VERY responsive to feedback! When we put in a request for adjustments that make the UI better, it doesn't take very long to see that followed up later. Additionally, the fact that there is always someone available to help with any design errors is super helpful. It is clearly an ever-evolving work in progress that is always open for improvement and that improvement doesn't take months to implement.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

It would help a lot to get emails about updates to the UI, so that if we jump in while we're on a call, we don't get surprised by a change that we have to maneuver in real time. Also, the ability to add building outlines ourselves for detached garages, etc. Also the ability to delete DQ'd projects from the main page.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis really feels like a collaboration between the salesperson and the program. The fast turn around time for interactions makes for a very positive experience particularly in a position that requires finesse and quick thinking.

 ### 9. A Night and Day Difference for Proposal Building

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really appreciate how awesome it is to use Artemis. It's really simple and shows a lot of great detail. Building proposals doesn't take very long, usually two or three minutes at most, compared to other platforms where you have to wait twenty to thirty minutes. I also like that it allows us to detail the proposal to every home, and the customer can see exactly which parts of their home will benefit most from the solar production. If there's any changes needed, we can make them ourselves right there with the families. It's truly a night and day difference after switching from Solo to Artemis, especially in terms of cost per proposal. Once I got past learning each step, it became very simple and easy to use, making it quite nice.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

When we first build the proposal, if there was a way to have roof pitches already mapped out, it would be better.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis to build proposals quickly, in two to three minutes, compared to other platforms that take twenty to thirty minutes. It also lets me customize proposals for solar and batteries, allowing customers to see where solar is most effective and make changes on the spot.

 ### 10. AI that accelerates designs and proposals: easy to use and with great team control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paola C. | Asistente de operaciones, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how it uses AI to advance the design and proposal for clients. It seems to us to be an easy-to-use tool for our salespeople, and it also gives us control over the team and the adders.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

we have noticed a couple of things when we have to add panels with the inverter included to the equipment, like some AC references from qcells.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ease and speed for design and being able to show it to the client, we think is the main problem it solves compared to other options we have been handling

 ### 11. Arti’s AI Assistant Streamlined My Workflow with Fast, Accurate Insights

Streamlining design inputs with integrated financing options.

 ### 12. Super Impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler D. | Senior Energy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Super easy to use. It automatically places the panel on the roof. It’s super easy to draw out the different roof planes. It’s also super convenient to be able to remove any trees that are on the old satellite imagery so we can get the real shade report. I also like that they have a dealer support chat in the design portal. I have asked them on numerous occasions to max out a roof or move panels here or move panels there. They have always been super responsive usually within 5 to 10 seconds, and they help me get the designs completed for the customer in real time.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

At first, it was a little bit hard to navigate. But I feel like they’re adding new features every single day.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us to make designs very quickly. And I know that it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than Aurora.

 ### 13. Effortless Design and Presentation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the ease of use of Artemis, as it is very self-explanatory. This simplicity allows me to create a design and produce a proposal in a matter of minutes, which is crucial when customers on the phone don't have much patience. Setting up Artemis was quick and simple, which was a big plus for me. I'm quite satisfied with how it allows me to present a proposal to my customers efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The AI outlining the roof isn't too accurate sometimes. It sees shading and thinks that is the roof edge, which could be improved by paying more attention to the actual outlines.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for solar system design; it allows me to present a proposal to my customers quickly. Its ease of use means I can create and produce a proposal in minutes, which is crucial as customers on the phone don't have much patience.

 ### 14. Solid alternative to Aurora Solar design tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The integration is really solid and very simple to use. Overall, I’d say it’s competitive with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Some of the design limitations can be very difficult to overcome. In particular, the panel placement and the presets can make things challenging.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The financial intervention has been really good, based on what I’ve seen so far and what I’ve been able to use.

 ### 15. Easy to Use and Navigate Compared to Other Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

How easy it is to use and navigate compared to other softwares

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Newer software so integrations and just new small items that can be added to help expand contractors databases.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier proposals for reps to table for customers

 ### 16. Great Experience So Far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani G. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

We've just begun using Artemis and I'm very impressed. It's very easy to use and has a ton of features I have not seen in any other proposal tool. I especially like how it's been made to be interactive for the prospect, it gives them a sense of being apart of the process and in control of what they are getting. I love that. I also love being able to add our other products and services into the proposal with just a couple clicks. It's super convenient that they are already integrated with all of our most used financing options. The very best part though is being able to apply and send contracts directly through the tool. It's definitely streamlined our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The AI can sometimes get the roof planes wrong and they have to be manually redrawn.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales reps not creating their own proposals. Now they can and it frees up the time of the person who was doing it to do more important things.

 ### 17. Facilitate Design and Quotations with Speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto R. | Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

the Google point vs exact address for Puerto Rico market

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis to quote solar systems with easy design solutions and speed. I like its agility.

 ### 18. Best/Affordable AI Design/Proposal Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan H. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Artemis is like Solo but better for many reasons. The app has a lot more flexibility than Solo in regards to design and standards as well as allows you to customize the proposal more so that you do not look like every other company using the application. The ease of use for representatives is also really amazing. They are able to get started pretty quickly with very little training. Implementation can take some time but is relativelty simple. With all the inverter and module changes happening so frequently, it is nice to have an app that allows custom entries.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Artemis is a relatively small company getting ready to explodee it feels like. They are entering a market with a better price than their competitors so through this time they can get inundated with requests and it can take some time. This in the long run with be goodd for them and the competition in this space as well.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis solves the custom proposal problem in the solar space. It allows a company to look different from others whila also offering an easy designing process in the home.

 ### 19. Artemis Helps Omega Solar Present Solutions With Confidence.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kara R. | Office Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

We’ve tried a lot of proposal tools, and Artemis is the first one that actually matches the way our sales conversations flow. In a couple of clicks we drop a pin on the home, plug in either the average bill or actual usage, pick the utility, and we’re looking at a clean, professional proposal that customers immediately understand. During calls, we can resize the system or add a battery on the fly and watch production, bill impact, and savings update in real time—no clunky spreadsheets, no awkward pauses. It shortens the back-and-forth, cuts down on follow-up questions, and moves deals forward faster. Our newer reps picked it up quickly, and the workflow mirrors how we track opportunities in our CRM, so handoffs to operations are smoother too. The finished proposals look great—easy for homeowners to share with a spouse or advisor—and the Artemis team has been responsive whenever we’ve needed help.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The proposal templates look sharp but aren’t endlessly customizable, so if you want heavily branded layouts or unique disclaimers, you may feel a bit limited. Because it’s cloud-based, a strong internet connection is a must—something that can occasionally be an issue in more rural areas. New reps generally learn Artemis quickly, but there is still a learning curve if they’re coming from spreadsheets or another platform. And while the workflows line up with how we use our CRM, there can still be the occasional need for double entry or extra syncing. Finally, like any proposal tool, the accuracy of the numbers relies on getting the inputs right—wrong bill data or usage figures will lead to misleading results.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis is solving a handful of pain points that used to slow Omega Solar down and, at the same time, it’s giving our sales process a real edge. Before, building proposals meant juggling spreadsheets or other clunky tools, which slowed conversations and sometimes confused homeowners with too much technical detail. Artemis streamlines everything—drop a pin on the property, enter the bill or usage, select the utility, and in minutes we’ve got a polished proposal ready to go. That speed matters because it keeps calls moving and shows customers that we know what we’re doing. The proposals themselves are simple to understand, laying out production, bills, and savings in a way that customers actually connect with. That clarity cuts down on objections and shortens the decision-making process. It’s also a win for consistency: every rep follows the same workflow, so the information handed off to operations is accurate and standardized. Plus, when customers ask “what if we added a battery?” or “what if we sized the system bigger?”, reps can make those changes live without breaking the flow. All of this adds up to smoother handoffs, faster close times, and more trust in Omega. Artemis makes us look polished and professional, while reducing the headaches that used to come with proposal prep.

 ### 20. Artemis Makes Solar Proposals Fast, Easy, and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker B. | Project manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

My experience with Artemis has been exceptional from beginning to end. The software transformed what was once a long and complicated solar proposal process into something remarkably quick and easy to use. I was able to move from an initial lead to a precise, finance-ready system design in very little time, which gave me a sense of confidence and clarity I hadn’t experienced with other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Honestly, I haven't encountered any issues so far!

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, Artemis has made the whole process way easier. We used to spend a ton of time going back and forth on designs and quotes, but now we can build a full, accurate proposal right there with the homeowner. It saves time, helps us close faster, and makes us look a lot more professional.

 ### 21. Solar Design Software to keep things simple - Artemis!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | Solar Sales Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how I'm able to add/remove panels using different paths. One example allows me to press the minus or plus button and it'll take-off or add the most efficient panel. I also love the fact we can start designing customers' systems right away instead of waiting for someone behind the scenes to create one for you.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

When I add panels one at a time, they don't line up correctly. I also can't use the mouse to just add multiple panels by "brushing" them on, like in other software I can place a panel and move the mouse over while holding down a button and a whole line of panels appear.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to see which panels are generating the most energy in a whole list instead of having to click on each one to see the data.

 ### 22. Fast and Accurate Solar Proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really appreciate Artemis for its ability to generate accurate solar proposals quickly, which streamlines my workflow during live transfers. I enjoy the speed at which I can modify designs; the ability to draw my own roof planes and re-do a design swiftly is incredibly useful, especially when the system-generated designs usually suffice. I like the feature that allows me to switch between different satellite images to ensure the best fit, which enhances the design's precision. Additionally, the tool's functionality to add and remove panels quickly while alternating between portrait and landscape modes is a significant advantage. The initial setup of Artemis was very easy, making it highly user-friendly from the outset. My satisfaction with Artemis is reflected in my willingness to recommend it highly, as demonstrated by my enthusiastic rating of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I sometimes experience a save error with Artemis. This issue primarily occurs when I do not allow enough time for the system to complete a task before initiating a new one.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis to generate accurate solar proposals quickly and modify designs efficiently, enhancing my workflow with easy panel adjustments and multiple satellite image options.

 ### 23. Straightforward, Organized Dashboard with Handy Design Shortcuts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevynn E. | Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Dashboard is pretty straightfoward and organized. Designing shortcuts are simple and useful. Details of the design sections are pretty well done.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

So far just drawing out lines for roof faces could use a bit of a fix, trying to maintain the lines straight is tedious. Also being able to edit a roof faces by the edges instead of by the corners would be useful as well.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setbacks were solved and that was definitely useful to have in this recent fix.

 ### 24. Fast, Accurate Proposals Boost Sales Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David I.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I appreciate how Artemis allows us to generate accurate proposals quickly and accurately. It simplifies complex proposals and lets my sales team scale quickly and effectively. I really like the clear dropdowns, quick data import, and the ability to easily update redlines. These features make it easy for my sales team to generate proposals that are uniform and consistent. It's also great that Artemis allowed us to incorporate more services on a single tool, making it fast and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I need a roof measures tool for roofing proposals.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis generates accurate proposals quickly, simplifies complex proposals, and lets my sales team scale effectively. The clear dropdowns, quick data import, and easy updates to redlines ensure uniform, consistent proposals.

 ### 25. Efficient and Supportive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I find Artemis really easy to use, and it gives me visibility of all I need at a glance, which helps me complete my work quicker. The super intuitive interface makes it easy to locate projects and shows me how to work with them. I also really like the support chat option. Whenever I need something, they're super fast and always help in the best way. They're always ready to jump in, help, explain, or look for a solution. I also appreciate the ease of initial setup thanks to the intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I'm unsure if Artemis has an option for dark mode, which is really useful for people like me who spend several hours working on a PC.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis to update Solar proposals, and it saves me time with easy visibility thanks to its user-friendly interface.

 ### 26. Artemis: Reliability and Speed in Solar Quotes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like how Artemis facilitates the management of solar quotes. Its speed in solar analysis is impressive, and it is a more accurate and faster tool than alternatives like Solo, eliminating bureaucracy and being more efficient. Customers also appreciate when a salesperson presents information in a responsible, ethical, and professional manner, something that Artemis allows to do in a way that generates greater receptivity from them. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Artemis easy, which is a great advantage, and I feel confident knowing that I am using a superior and well-designed solution.

 ### 27. Super Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Collin S. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The proposal pops up immediately and is accurate and user friendly. I didn't do any training beforehand and could easily understand what was going on and add and take away panels. There are more advanced settings for customers that want to ensure accuracy. The roof is clear and the imagery is very up to date.

Super convenient with financiers integrated into the tool so you can see all your options right there.

I've used several proposal tools and this one is probably the easiest to use and one of the more trustworthy ones.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I didn't see a place to edit or verify roof pitch, but it is very possible I am missing something.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need proposal software that is quick and user friendly. Our sales reps need clean, quick designs that we don't have to completely re-do. This is helping meet customers expectations from the beginning rather than changing their design drastically part way through.

 ### 28. Effortless Quoting with Outstanding Client Engagement

I appreciate how user-friendly Artemis is, making it accessible even for clients who are not tech-savvy, allowing them to navigate the platform with ease and get their quotes done efficiently. This simplicity helps clients visualize their systems’ installation and engage in the design process themselves, thereby increasing their comfort and confidence in proceeding with installation. The ease of integration with Salesforce to track installation details and generate other types of reports is another significant advantage. I am impressed with the seamless transition from Aurora to Artemis, as it combines the design and quoting process in one simple, effective platform. Additionally, the initial setup of Artemis was straightforward, and the clear step-by-step guidelines make it easy for my team to use the platform effectively. Overall, I am eager to recommend Artemis to others, as it not only meets but exceeds my expectations in managing solar system quoting and client engagement.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I don't dislike anything in particular, just wish that more potential clients could be able to navigate the platform and see how easy it is to not only see their potential installation, but also what their monthly bill would be and the potential saving they could achieve.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis to create solar system quotes in minutes, convincing clients with potential savings. It's intuitive for tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy users alike, allowing us to integrate with Salesforce for streamlined reporting.

 ### 29. Quick and User Friendly Proposal Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec N. | IT Systems Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I’ve been using Artemis for my solar proposals, and it’s been a big improvement compared to the other platforms I’ve worked with. The first thing I noticed was the pricing. It’s much more inexpensive than the big-name competitors, and the fact that it doesn’t limit users, revisions, or signatures makes it even better. That alone has made a huge difference for our team. The speed is another big plus. Proposals that used to take minutes to generate are now ready in about 10–15 seconds. It pulls in roof data, shading, and production estimates automatically, so I can get something accurate in front of the customer while I’m still with them. That’s helped us close deals faster and keep customers engaged. I also like how integrated it is with financing. I can run loan options right in the proposal without bouncing between different systems. For our team in the field, that’s been a huge time saver. One feature I didn’t expect to like as much as I do is the website embed tool. We dropped it into our company site and now homeowners can design their own system, look at payment options, and send us their info directly. The leads that come in through it are much warmer than a normal contact form. Overall, Artemis has been worth the switch for us. It’s faster, more affordable, and easier to use than what we had before. I’d recommend it to any solar company that wants to save money and speed up their sales process.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

While Artemis has been a strong step forward for us in many ways, there are a few things I don’t like about the platform. One of the biggest challenges is the lack of flexibility with user roles. Right now the options are very limited, and we can’t customize roles to fit some of the specific functions we need for our team. That makes it harder to give certain users access to only the tools or permissions that match their job. Another drawback is that the platform is still relatively new. Because of that, it doesn’t have the same depth of features or polish as some of the longer-established competitors. There are moments where the workflow feels a little rigid, and we’ve had to adjust how we do things to fit within the way Artemis is currently set up. Overall, it’s a good tool and the speed and cost advantages are real, but the lack of customizable roles and some of the platform’s limitations are areas that I’d like to see improved as it continues to grow.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Artemis has helped us save time, reduce friction in the sales process, and simplify how we manage proposals as a team. It’s made a clear difference in how we operate day to day and in the overall customer experience.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using ARTEMIS for a couple of weeks now through a partnership with a sales organization, and as a solar EPC, the experience has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly, simple, fast, and accurate, exactly what we need to keep projects moving.
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to create high-quality proposals quickly and how responsive the ARTEMIS team is. As an EPC, we sit between the sales organization and the lender, so having both a reliable proposal tool and a support team with a true sense of urgency makes all the difference.
I’ve worked with other solar platforms, Enerflo, Solo, Sub Hub, Sunobi, and it’s often hard to get quick help or resolve technical issues. With ARTEMIS, it’s the opposite. Their team is knowledgeable, proactive, and always focused on giving users the best experience possible.
Other features we value:
CRM integration for seamless lead and project management
Financing options with side-by-side comparisons for TPO, financing, and cash
Overall, ARTEMIS has been a refreshing change in the solar platform space. I highly recommend it to any EPC or sales team looking for efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional support.
