**What do you like best about ARSloaner.com?**

THIS SOFTWARE ALLOWS US TO TRACK FUEL AND MILEAGE LEVELS VIA VEHICLE TELEMATICS. PREVIOUSLY OUR SERVICE ADVISORS DID THIS BY HAND, WHICH LED TO LOTS OF INEFFICIENCIES.

**What do you dislike about ARSloaner.com?**

WE ARE FAIRLY NEW TO THE SOFTWARE. IT WOULD BE NICER TO HAVE A COMPLETE INTEGRATION INTO OUR DMS, BUT WE ARE OPTIMISTIC THESE DEVELOPMENTS WILL COME IN THE FUTURE.

**What problems is ARSloaner.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ARS PROMISES TO PROVIDE A MORE AUTOMATED AND STREAMLINED RENTAL PROCESS FOR BOTH THE CONSUMER AS WELL AS OUR DEALERSHIP. IT ALSO PROVIDES CLEAR EXPECTATIONS AS TO WHAT CONSUMERS ARE  AND ARE NOT ENTITLED TO WHILE USING OUR RENALS.
