Review, accept, and work on work requests. Having the field crew track their tasks and time completing them and being able to escalate internally or externally easily.

**What do you like best about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

The Platform can handle whatever our needs, including digital paperwork, project management, and time management.  Every time we come to them with a problem, they are knowledgeable, fast, and courteous.  They integrate with dozens of platforms and are always ready to partner with us for a new one.

**What do you dislike about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

There are a few limitations to the platform like synchronization schedules and status that could be a little more dynamic although we've made strides in both cases in the preceding months.

**What problems is Arrivy Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arrivy allows us to conduct our Service to our customers with digital paperwork and effective day-of-service communication as well as helping us provide a safer and more secure environment for both our customers and our associates.

**What do you like best about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

Arrivy is a great product off the shelf, but I have been most impressed by their team's willingness to take feedback and work to add new features and integrations, so that the product is always moving forward, and getting better.

**What do you dislike about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

Honestly with the level of collaboration to work with me on new integrations has left very little I do not like. It has mostly been my experience that when i wanted the app to do something that it didnt do the team was very helpful in finding a solution, to meet my needs.

**What problems is Arrivy Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arrivy is serving as a digital dispatch solution for our Commercial moving company. This allows us real time updates on work and the capability to send and complete forms digitally. Field paperwork can all be completed on device and immediately available back in the office for admin work to begin. Real time status updates and notifications are great to keep track of the crew progress throughout the day.

**What do you like best about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

1. Arrivy provides a ton of flexibility that allows the business owners to manage and modify the settings and setup on their own without dev work or updates from Arrivy. The scale of the things that can be changed on the fly is incredible. I built out the initial implementation for the tool in a day and the custom integrations within a month. The tool is built so that it's flexible for use for multiple industries. My experience was in solar.
2. The breadth of features on the product is quite vast. Every time we'd have a new requested update from business/management it was almost always a setting update or a feature offering in the tool.
3. The tool is incredibly user friendly both in the web and mobile app, so it's easy to understand how to use the tool for the business owner and the field service workers. The mobile app is simple while still providing the workers with all of the information and functionality that they needed. Being able to link to past visits was a huge win for the team.
4. The integrations team is fantastic. We did a Salesforce integration initially and over time I'd get additional requests/updates from business. They almost always turned around the updates for us in ONE DAY. That turnaround is unheard of for those types of updates. (For reference we used TaskRay for project management and they were able to integrate).
5. When we did have requests for a feature that the platform didn't offer the team was great about working with us to come up with alternative opens or workaround. Plus, they take the customer requests seriously and are constantly releasing new features. We had a specific need for integration with Salesforce which was used for a CRM and project management that wasn't a native offering. Their team worked with us to come up with a solution and did it with a fast turnaround.
6. The people are fantastic. Both the account manager and the developer took the time to understand our business needs and what we were trying to accomplish so that they could help with implementation.

I've managed many SaaS implementations in my career and this is hands down my favorite vendor to work with. I can't say enough good things and hope to see them grow even more.

**What do you dislike about Arrivy Field Service Management?**

1. Photo markup - I can't remember if they released this already
2. There were some CRM integration needs we had that weren't a native option because it was syncing three apps together at the same time while not duplicating records. The team quickly came up with a custom solution for us though.
3. Photo/File bulk download on tasks. We had to save files one at a time to download, which when the workers have to take 50-100 photos for record keeping it can be a lot to manage. This would be solved with an integration to automate the process though which they already provide.

**What problems is Arrivy Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool manages field service appointments and work done for customers throughout the process of getting solar installed and turned on. Customers require multiple visits for the process and the tool easily helped to track field service visits and the workers, updating customers on visits, etc.
