What do you dislike about Arphie? Quick feedback after connecting the Arphie MCP server with Claude in the terminal. Setup: Connection to Arphie MCP was successful. Test query: Asked who is assigned to all "In Progress" tickets for the Evenerece project in Arphie. Results: Ticket count for In Progress tickets was correct. Assignee name was incorrect — it returned "Todd Wheeler" instead of the correct assignee, "Meredith McEneaney." Response time was noticeably slower than expected. The auto-translation of many European languages into English in Arphie has been a great help — it's allowing me to address questions much faster, especially given the tight timelines on many of these RFPs. The interface is highly intuitive, and the answer quality from the AI has been very impressive thus far. The onboarding experience was very quick and easy on our end, so we were able to get rolling in the platform in almost no time, and support has been incredibly quick whenever I've had questions. What I like best about Arphie is the amount of time it gives back to our Solutions Engineering team while still producing high-quality, customer-facing responses. Instead of spending days manually hunting through documents, copying and pasting, and rewording answers for large RFPs, the team can use Arphie to pull from multiple sources and generate responses that feel thoughtful and tailored to the customer. It has turned a very admin-heavy, low-value task into a much more efficient and strategic process, allowing our SEs to focus on the work they do best. Arphie solves a major efficiency problem for our Solutions Engineering team by reducing the time spent on large, admin-heavy RFPs and questionnaires. Before Arphie, responding to these could take 1–2 full days of manual work, with SEs searching across multiple documents, copying and pasting answers, and rewording content for different customers. Arphie streamlines that process by drawing from multiple sources and producing responses that are more polished and customer-ready from the start. The benefit is significant. It gives our team back valuable time to focus on higher-impact work like demos, solution design, and supporting active deals, instead of being tied up in repetitive admin. I love Arphie's AI answer element that gives me a solid foundational answer to questions, which I can then build on. This feature is fantastic because it provides accurate responses to RFI questions, allowing me to focus on more complex inquiries and saving me a lot of time. I also enjoy the browser extension, which I frequently use for specific questions related to internal security or product issues. This has greatly improved our internal process for RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires. Additionally, the integration with our internal knowledge base means the AI provides intelligent answer suggestions based on current information, which is super helpful. Setting up Arphie was easy. Answering 1000's of RFP, RFI, and RFx questions with quality, curated responses in a quick manner. Saves me 100s of hours a week in response writing, and with the right prompting, I can almost 1-shot an RFP & spend my time validating responses & augmenting them instead of starting from scratch. The AI is both powerful and intuitive, and it responds very well to our training. I have also experienced the fastest support response and resolution times compared to any other technologies I use. While there were initially a few feature gaps in Arphie compared to others in the field, the team has addressed these in just the few months we've been using it.
