What problems is Arphie solving and how is that benefiting you? We receive a high volume of RFx's from prospects which consume a lot of time from my team in completing and responding. We had been using another platform for a few years, but the time my team was taking to moderate the content and answer library was becoming counter-productive to the time saving it was meant to generate. Additionally, the answer quality was deteriorating over time. Arphie is significantly easier to moderate content (taking my team a lot less time) as it uses more advanced and modern technology to read from existing data sources. The answer quality, supplemented by AI is also higher and more consistent. When we used to fill out RFPs and Security Questionnaires, it would take several hours just to do a first pass with our existing repository of RFP questions and answers. In Arphie, we can upload our RFP, autogenerate answers in minutes and now we just spend some time reviewing the answers and making small tweaks as needed. Prior to using Arphie, we had to sift through completed questions/answers and support pages for our platform to be able to answer these questions. Many times we had to separate if the question is about our company and the internal governance or our platform. This was very tricky for the team as we had to look into various locations to get these answers. Arphie automatically pulls information from our internal governance articles, security teams, product support pages and our marketing content. We can tag questions to ensure the correct information is used and then within a minute or two, the entire questionnaire or RFP is filled out. Rather than reaching out to different teams for information, we simply connect to the designated files and folders for regular access and updates. From there, Arphie uses AI to pull the necessary data to respond to RFPs and questionnaires automatically.
