Sonar gives me an easy way to understand how changes that have been made in the organization or proposed process changes will impact other processes and automations. It gives admins the ability to make changes with confidence and ultimately puts more time in your day. Sonar makes up for my gaps that are inherently human, and would otherwise only be solved otherwise by tasking myself or others with more monotonous documentation. Documentation is critical, but it’s only as good as the person or team that creates it and the attention they are able to give it. The tool is nicely integrated with SFDC from a UI perspective - i.e. you can jump to a field from Sonar by selecting the SFDC icon next to it, or you can jump into Sonar right from a SFDC field.

It's also great for change management. I inherited our SFDC org and built only a small portion of the automations, which were created by my predecessor. Sonar has made "playing detective" a breeze.
