AroBuddy is cloud-based clinic, hospital and pharmacy management software built for India. It runs a clinic's front desk, the doctor's consultation, an in-house or standalone pharmacy and a small hospital's inpatient ward on one patient record, so nothing is typed twice. Clinics book appointments with token numbers, and AroBuddy recognises new and follow-up cases on its own and charges the right fee. Doctors write digital prescriptions in English, Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi using reusable templates. Billing handles cash, UPI and card in any mix, part payments and dues. Medical stores get GST billing by batch, batch and expiry tracking, purchase and distributor management, returns, low-stock and near-expiry alerts, and a GSTR-1 export for their accountant. Nursing homes add rooms and beds, admissions, deposits, daily case notes and discharge summaries. AroBuddy runs in any browser and installs as an app on Android, iOS and desktop. Every plan includes unlimited users, onboarding with data import from Excel, staff training and 24/7 phone support. Plans start at ₹3,999 a year, with a one-month free trial.
