It's customizable in terms of the labels, allowing us to match our internal business definitions, which makes it really easy to train people without having to translate terminology. This simplification has meant smooth adoption across the board. The initial setup was really easy despite our complex setup, thanks to the support and onboarding we received. The web development team was incredible, the product and onboarding teams were great, and our customer success manager has been fantastic from onboarding all the way through the years. It's the teams and the people that make Arlo so successful. **What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?** Our biggest dislike which is that arlos order API didn't allow automated approval or cancellation has recently been resolved, so now the only thing we dislike is that more complex scheduled offerings (weekly at a specific time and date as an example) doesn't allow us to use the lecturer request automation which would allow them to accept the offering or decline it so we still do this manually. **What problems is Arlo Training Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arlo Training Management Software consolidates multiple systems into one, streamlining our scheduling, teacher management, and financial processes. We replaced 7 various software needed to manage our learning center (e.g. wordpress, registration software, calendar, CRM) with a single integrated solution: Arlo. In addition, Arlo gives us some automation that we never had before (e.g. sending group lists, certificates, invoices automatically). It's a HUGE time saver, increases the quality, reduce errors and improves client experience. **What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?** It is not well suited for providing a bilingual system. That is a huge showstopper for some of our clients. It also does not include a Learning Management System, so we end-up using an external one (Talent LMS) instead of keeping things in Arlo, which was the objective. Each workshop has a set of 'tasks' with deadlines that I check each day to see what I need to do in the following week. You can also preset a group of tasks which is wonderful. I'm not sure how these compares to Arlo's competitors as we haven't gone looking for an alternative provider. **What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?** Very little. My only bugbear is the registration email that goes out to registrants has some formatting errors which apparently can't be fixed. It is exceptionally well designed and I can use it well - despite having no training on how to use it - good design can't be beaten - and Arlo has great design - meaning it can't be beaten! **What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?** There's nothing I really dislike - Arlo is constantly updating and improving their product. I wanted them to add attendance by individual session to their app - and they have -so while I didn't like that this was not available it took only a couple of months for them to develop it after it was raised - when a company is this responsive there's nothing much to dislike! **Recommendations to others considering Arlo Training Management Software:** It's worth the price because it does what you hope it will. I have used other training and educational software such as Blackboard, a purpose built IMB Mainframe system (AS400), Wisenet and several other competitor systems and none of them come close to Arlo's functionality, intuitive ease of use and responsive development. As a brand new user to the Arlo platform in February, after only a few weeks confidently began to navigate our set up and could further specify our needs as a company because simply because the users are set up for success. **What do you dislike about Arlo Training Management Software?** The only downside is the time difference between where I am in the US and the company. Haha. I really couldn't think of anything else. Even though there is a barrier in that regard it is very very small.
