Arlo is an AI chief of staff for teams. It connects to the channels where a team's work actually happens (email, calendar, Slack, chat) and builds a persistent memory of the people, decisions, commitments and open threads behind them. Every morning it tells each person what happened overnight, who they are meeting and why it matters, what needs a decision, and what Arlo has already handled on their behalf. Unlike inbox assistants that summarize one channel, Arlo reasons across all of them. Its memory engine keeps a structured, evolving understanding of the organisation: who owns what, what was promised to whom, what is stale and what is at risk. That context is injected into every answer, draft and briefing, so Arlo gets more useful the longer a team runs it. Arlo Desktop is the primary surface. It runs local AI models or the customer's own Claude or OpenAI subscription, so email and messages never have to leave the user's machine for triage. Organisations get their own API endpoint, with the option of a fully on-premise deployment for teams that cannot send communications to third-party AI providers. Mobile delivery via WhatsApp keeps the briefing in reach when away from the desk.
